I have so so so many incredible things to say about Christine that this review doesn't do her justice. We were lucky enough to have her capture both our engagement & wedding photos in 2021. Aside from being our photographer, Christine was genuinely invested in us as a couple & was there for us every step of the way from our engagement all the way up to our wedding day. She went above & beyond what we could've asked for in a photographer. Her edits were incredibly gorgeous & unique & she made us feel so comfortable during the photoshoots. I'm fully convinced that we won't ever find another photographer that has been as great as Christine has been for us!

Christine was a joy to work with! She made everything so easy and helped even map out our day for us. Her turnaround time is very quick and she delivers high quality work. My husband and I got married in the midst of the pandemic, and at times it felt like we were changing our plans everyday. I must have sent her multiple emails with different plans in the months leading up to it. Christine was willing to hold a backup date for us when we were trying to figure out if we should postpone the wedding. Christine was always very flexible and willing to work with us, even when we changed venues just 10 days before the wedding! I can't tell you how much that calms an anxious brides' nerves! We worked with her for our engagement and wedding photos. We absolutely love and cherish all of the photos she took, she made us look like models! From the small details to capturing special moments between us and our loved ones on our wedding day, we can't say enough great things about Christine and her work! She is a true artist. I know she sticks to weddings but who knows, maybe baby bump and baby photos one day? (;

We worked with Christine for our engagement photos and she made the entire process such a blast for the both of us. We had so much fun and felt so comfortable during our session. She brought various ideas for shots to get of the both of us and made sure to capture our true selves in each of our photos. The turnaround time from our shoot to when we got our photos was only within a couple days with sneak peeks the night of our shoot! We loved working with Christine and highly recommend her to anyone in Tennessee looking for engagement/lifestyle/wedding/etc. photography!

I had Christine photograph our wedding and she was AMAZING! She made our poses feel effortless and fun. My husband and I forgot at times we were even taking photos because we were having such a good time. Christine is beyond creative in how she photographs and edits. She perfectly captured every detail and special moment from our big day. In addition to her talent, she is kind and easy to work with. I am so appreciative for all she did to make our wedding day experience so wonderful. Christine is a MAGICIAN!!! When selecting a photographer, I knew I wanted someone who could make us feel beautiful, comfortable, and enjoy the day with us while also creating beautiful photos that we could cherish forever. The work that Christine and her second shooter put into finding the perfect details, candid shots, and the in between moments were something out of a magazine. I stop and stare at every single photo i was given. She is the most down to earth human I’ve ever met and I’m so glad we chose Christine. I never once felt scared, awkward, or worried things weren’t going great. She had the day flow so smoothly and easily that you had no idea it was jam packed with a million wedding things. I can’t thank her enough for giving me the best day of my life to relive over and over again. Thank you a million times over!

Christine was an absolute dream to work with! I researched dozens of photographers and spoke to several but knew that Christine would be perfect for us as soon as I got off of the phone from our first call. She is cool, calm and collected and her demeanor made everyone feel so comfortable on our wedding day, even those who are not used to being in front of a camera. I know I might be biased but the photos that we received back are absolutely stunning. She she perfectly captured all of the sweet moments and tiny details, plus all of the fun that was had at the reception! She made sure that we got every shot that was important to us and did a great job of keeping us on schedule without us even knowing it. We could not be more thankful that we have these beautiful photos to remember our wedding day by!

Christine was wonderful throughout the whole day! She captured both our engagement photos and the wedding day. She made us comfortable through the whole experience and my entire party never felt pressured or rushed. She was quick to respond to any questions we had through the planning phase. Her vision and style is exactly what we wanted and the pictures could not be more perfect. She also sent us a sample of our pictures from the day within 24 hours. We now have the tough decision on which ones to frame from all the beautiful moments. You will not regret having Christine on your unforgettable day!

There aren't enough words to explain how happy I am with Christine and our choice to ask her to document our wedding day! She went absolutely above and beyond what I could've asked for. She was great to work with leading up to the wedding and even more helpful the day of. Her husband, Alex, was our second shooter and he was also fantastic. He even brought my vow card and rings to my husband and groomsmen when myself and bridesmaids were running around finishing getting ready. We provided a shot list of photos we wanted with family, and Alex did a phenomenal job getting everyone's attention! I had a general idea of where we wanted to take photos after the ceremony. I pointed it out to Christine while on the bus and told her to pick the spots she thought were best. It worked out perfectly and we were able to take beautiful photos! I was so worried the whole planning process that it was the shortest day of daylight of the year and Christine was super calm and confident that we would get what we wanted. She did not disappoint! She sent us about 50 photos the night after the wedding as our 'preview', which was incredible. If those were the only photos I had of our big day, I wouldn't have been disappointed. It was a quick turnaround until ALL of our photos were ready and she sent us the cutest gift box with a flash drive, online gallery link and printed photos. It was so sweet! Christine could not have been more helpful or have captured our day more perfectly. We are over the moon.

Where do I even start? Christine is truly the BEST of the BEST of the BEST. From our engagement photos to our intimate courthouse ceremony to our dreamy wedding day, there is no one in the world I would've rather had in front of us with a camera than angelic Christine. She is insanely talented, such a calming and happy presence to have around and I am endlessly grateful I stumbled upon her beautiful Instagram account while searching for a photographer all those months ago. She captured our most special memories so beautifully, made being a model so easy and fun and gosh I'm so thankful to have such gorgeous photos to look back on my most favorite days for the rest of my life. Her style is so clean and timeless and it will surely stand the test of time. I sure would do a lot for her to capture every important event in my life for as long as I live!! ;)

From the very moment I reached out to Christine, she was extremely flexible and patient. As a very indecisive person, she took every change or new idea on with no hesitation. With her talent, we knew we could depend on her for an honest answer and her best work. We also knew we could trust her! Our preview of engagement pictures was sent to us the same night and literally had us shocked! Like a lot of couples, this is usually the first time having professional pictures taken, but these were so fun- not awkward at all, and she made it look effortless. We couldn’t wait for the wedding to roll around to see what Christine would capture... BUT WOW. It 100% exceeded our expectations- which were reallyyyy high given that we loved our engagement pictures so much! Even with a packed weekend, she put in as much detail with our first ceremony as she did our second ceremony/ reception with another couple’s wedding in between the two. She is professional, positive, and easy to be around. She captured raw emotions and moments we will definitely never forget because of these pictures. I still choke up looking at pictures from our wedding weekend. I would recommend her to ANYONE. She does magical work!

After researching tirelessly for photographers, we found Christine based out of Nashville, TN. We endlessly browsed her beautiful website and Instagram and couldn’t get enough of the photos she shared. We interviewed with her, I think via Skype (I can’t remember, it was so long ago), and it didn’t take us long to decide who we wanted as our photographer. Throughout the entire process she was willing to work with us on the style and feel we were hoping to capture and kept in touch with us periodically before the wedding. It was also really cool to find out that we have very similar interests! We knew in our hearts that choosing her was the right decision and that she was going to artistically document our big day the way we hoped. On the day of wedding Christine was so much fun and so easy to work with. She was bright and bubbly as well as being incredibly down to earth. She went with the flow of the craziness during the day and even went out of her way to help us with things when needed. She and her second photographer were also so excited that we brought some personal props for couples photos and were both eager to try different poses/shots. She was also incredibly timely about sending preview photos the next day and we can’t wait to see the full album! My husband and I were leaving for our honeymoon when he opened the email with our previews and I cried at seeing just the cover photo. It was absolutely stunning. The photos we’ve seen so far perfectly captured the overall vibe of the wedding for which we were striving and we couldn’t be happier. We knew she was going to hit the ball out of the park with whatever she did. If we could give her all the star ratings we would, but it only goes to five! She was hands down our favorite vendor and she deserves so much more.

Christine was absolutely fantastic. I found choosing a wedding photographer to be one of the most stressful/difficult aspects of wedding planning, and I can wholeheartedly say that I have zero regrets. From our initial correspondence, Christine was responsive, detailed, and professional. I felt so at ease with our email conversations, I didn't even feel the need to meet or speak with Christine on the phone before hiring her to be our photographer. On our wedding day, Christine and her second shooter were so comforting, and I was truly amazed at how they seemed to be everywhere, catching all of those little moments my husband and I might miss throughout the night. To top it all off, we received a handful of preview photos that very same night and received the rest of our photos a few weeks after in the most beautiful package, with the sweetest note and gift. Christine's attention to detail is so impressive and her creativity and style was truly a perfect match for our vision. Needless to say, I highly recommend Wind and Gold Photography. You will not regret hiring Christine!

I cannot say enough good things about Christine! The best advice I could give any couple is to hire her immediately! She truly gave us the greatest gift of all for our wedding, which is capturing everything so beautifully so we can re-live it forever! She was an absolute delight to work with, so friendly and fun! Every photo was literally perfect. She posed us in ways we would have never thought about ourselves but she's a total pro and knows exactly what she is doing! She had a creative vision for the lighting and various backdrops for our couples portraits, and it all turned out so beautifully! The morning after our wedding, we were so surprised and delighted to see she sent us several preview photos -- what a fun treat! The turnaround time on the remaining photos was incredibly fast, and she sent the photos in this incredibly beautiful package with a sweet and thoughtful gift and note attached. Truly above and beyond across the board! We absolutely loved Christine and can't recommend her enough, she is the best around!

We cannot say enough about how amazing Christine is! We were blown away with our photos, as was all of our family and friends. We live in Boston and got married in Connecticut, but from the moment I video chatted with Christine, I felt comfortable with the distance not being an issue. She and Alex were so great the day of! They were very efficient, getting all of our shots in quickly, even the ones with 30+ people in them who were ready to get the party started! Christine took the time to get to know what kind of photos we wanted and was so accommodating when we pulled people in for group shots. The photos make it seem like we had 5 photographers that day, as they didn't miss a thing. We cannot recommend her enough and even had people asking for her contact info afterwards so that they could see if she was available for their wedding!

I fell in love with Christine’s style just by looking at her website, and she ended up exceeding any expectation I had! Christine and her husband (aka her 2nd shooter J) were so much fun and helped us all relax during what could have been a stressful time. You never would have known by looking at our pictures that we were standing in 95 degree heat. The photos came back SO FAST and I was in complete awe at how beautiful they were. I cried all over again looking through them - they really captured the best moments. If you’re a bride, you will see how fast your wedding day goes by and it truly is a blur, but looking through the pictures, you get to see what everyone else saw and experience the day from another perspective. Make sure you choose someone who is going to give you the best moments – Christine did that for us.

Christine is THE best! Our photos were something we wanted to be special, natural, and of course, beautiful! Christine did just that. She made sure my day was about me and she took control of all photos. I couldn’t be anymore pleased or happy with how our photos turned out! She is amazing!!!

I know there are some people who do not consider photography an art. But it is. Pull out all of those snapshots you & your friends have taken and compare them with the pics from a gifted photographer. Christine Meyer, of Wind and Gold Photography, IS an artist. Her work is in the Old Masters style: romantic; moody; beautifully & thoughtfully composed; her eye for detail is spot on; exquisite & just drop dead gorgeous. You will never know that she is there. However, Christine is EVERYWHERE during a wedding, getting a million great detail, posed & candid shots but doing so in such an unobstrusive manner that she might as well be invisible. Christine also makes sure that she gets the shots that you want--is detail oriented enough to send an email asking for the what the bride/groom/parents specifically want to have documented. She delivers and is very open to last minute "suggestions" (i.e. crazy MOB requests :)). I cannot recommend Wind & Gold Photography/Christine highly enough!! It was a pleasure to work with such a talented & responsive artist. Our pictures are beyond gorgeous!

If you're looking for a photographer, your search should end here because Christine is the absolute BEST! I could not have asked for a better photographer to shoot our wedding. We had an amazing experience with Christine-- she was so sweet throughout the whole process and did such a good job making us feel comfortable in front of the camera. She also captured all of the special moments throughout the day, the ones I want to remember years from now. On top of all of that, she really blew us away when we got a preview of 50-60 photos at around midnight the night of our wedding!! It was so fun being able to look through them the next day. Christine does truly exceptional work. We are so grateful for her and for the beautiful photos we'll get to treasure forever!

I cannot recommend Christine enough!! She captured our wedding day perfectly and looking at the pictures from that day is my favorite thing! Christine helped us navigate through the day before the ceremony and made taking pictures fun and comfortable. We never felt stressed or rushed throughout the day, and a large part of that is due to Christine and her second shooter. She did a great job of getting all of the posed pictures we could want, but also got a ton of candid pictures from between shots and the reception. It was so nice to get the preview shots 24 hours after the wedding and we got our entire gallery in a sweet package soon after the wedding as well. Highly recommend!!

You will not find a better photographer out there! Christine made us feel so comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire day and I truly believe that is how we got such beautiful and genuine photos. She will bring ideas of her own, but will make sure you are happy with it all and get every shot you want. Don’t be afraid to try her ideas, they turned out amazing and became some of our favorites! She is a master of gaging the perfect time to take those sought-after sunset photos and ours are absolutely breathtaking! I loved loved loved having Christine and her second shooter/husband Alex on our wedding day. I was recommended to work with Christine through a friend’s photographer. I didn’t get a chance to meet her in person before our wedding day because she was in Nashville and I was in NY/DC, but from the moment I met her my bridesmaids and I thought she had the best energy! She is truly a professional and has a great eye. She knows exactly how to place people and instruct us to get the best photos. She had never even been to DC and yet she immediately scoped out the best spots for photos. When we the bridesmaids’ hair/make up was running late and I was stressed about getting pre-ceremony pictures, she assured me we would still have plenty of time to get the photos I wanted after the ceremony. I sent her my photo groupings list to her before the wedding, and Alex was so helpful calling people out to make sure we got all the group shots we wanted. As one example, the groom’s aunt and uncle were missing after the ceremony and Christine and Alex remembered they were on our list at the reception and asked if we wanted those photos with them. I thought that was so so thoughtful of them. Also during the reception I could easily flag down Christine to get photos with guests. Best of all, Christine was able to get us a sample of preview photos the day after the wedding—which was amazing. She also not only took amazing photos, but was down to help carry my veil, my bouquet, and anything I needed! I simply cannot recommend Christine enough!

Christine was amazing to work with! From our first meeting she totally understood our vision/vibe that we wanted for our big day and the pictures showed just that! She was so professional and fun the day of our wedding and it felt so natural shooting with her. She gave us so many sneak peaks in less that 24 hours after the event. After such a whirlwind of a day, it was nice to see so many pictures the next day! And the package she sent with the final pictures was so thoughtful and had such a personal touch I would highly recommend her to anyone getting married!!

We couldn't have asked for a better photographer for our wedding day! Christine gave us great direction, while also making us feel really comfortable. She was able to capture all of the details of our intimate wedding while not being intrusive and sticking to our strict timeline. Her contract & payment platform are very user-friendly and super helpful with keeping all of the details organized. Aside from being an incredible photographer, she is a genuinely nice person and the perfect fit for our wedding!

Christine and her husband were fantastic! They both are so easy to be around and made us feel so comfortable the whole day. She captured our moments perfectly and was on top of getting all of our portraits done efficiently (we were chasing the sun, because we got married in November and its dark by 5... but they made it happen before our 530 ceremony!) 100% would recommend hiring them to photograph your wedding. Plus she's always down for a jeni's ice cream meet up, and I think it's important to surround yourself with people like that. :)

Finding a wedding photographer that was fun, easy going but would still keep things under control at my wedding was a big deal for me. Im very type a and I was worried about staying on our timeline all day. Christine was so great at keeping us on task, but more importantly, gave us so many beautiful pictures! We got them back quickly and could not wait to look through them! She was so nice all day to not just us, but our family and guests too. She was so professional all day and is so talented! Christine and her husband, Alex, were incredible on our wedding day. Out of all of our vendors, they truly impressed us the most! Christine was even running around our reception looking for a cake plate while we cut our cake. She guided us through anything we needed help with and was so calm throughout the whole day.
