it a year for that (although we might actually get her to make a small version of the same one for new years). She was great to work with, we did a tasting box beforehand which was a lot of fun. We got the white velvet with chocolate ganache and vanilla buttercream, but there were so many good combinations that you could go with! The decoration was very pretty and it tasted amazing.

Christine delivered beyond our expectations! The cake and cupcakes were delicious and moist and she worked well with our coordinator and florist to decorate our cake and dessert table. We highly recommend Christine's Cake Creation!

We worked with Christine for our wedding cake and were so so pleased with the outcome. We were living out of state but she made it very easy to work with in terms of arranging the ...
consultation, picking up the samples and delivering the final product. The cake looked better in real life than the photo we sent her and was complimented so beautifully with a floral arrangment by our florist. More importantly, it tasted AMAZING! So good that I’m anxious for the one year mark to try the frozen slice we saved. Christine was also very knowledgeable and offered advice as to what frosting would work best in the conditions and weather of our venue. Everyone was so pleased, but no more than the Bride and me!
OMG Christine is amazing!!! We did an individual 8" cake and 4 different cupcakes for our wedding and it was all so delicious!!! I also asked Christine to do piping to make the fro...

We had her make her pink champagne cake with raspberry filling.
Christine is so amazing, that even after we accidentally checked out of our hotel and left our top tier in the mini fridge, she offered to make us a new top tier for our one year anniversary. Thank you so much Christine!!

first attitude and always had timely responses to our questions. She created a perfect cake that was exactly what we wanted. Would recommend!
Our Cake and cupcakes were so delicious, there was none left - nothing. Every flavor was delicious and moist, and the cake was simple, and beautiful! I wish there were leftovers.
Not only was Christine cost-effective and super sweet, her cakes were delicious. At the tasting for the wedding, I had a hard time choosing my flavors even though she let me choose...
three different flavors for each layer. She was great at recommending what would work best for my outside venue and time of year and when the cake arrived the day of the wedding, it was gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. She provided pretty stands for the cake to go on and had pictures to show me to help me figure out what style/decor cake I wanted. I would definitely recommend her to any bride.
Christine's services were very good. She sent us up samples to our venue, Cass Winery, during our tasting so we didn't even have to go out of our way. The cupcakes were very tasty....
We choose red velvet cupcakes filled with cheesecake and chocolate cupcakes filled with peanut butter. Everyone said that they were delicious. Our small personal cake was red velvet. It was suppose to be filled with cheese cake between the layers but it tasted just like white frosting. It was pretty good tasting but not as moist as I had hoped. Overall I wasn't disappointed, I just wasn't overly impressed.
The cake tasted delicious, and it looked just how we wanted!!
Thank you!
My then fiancée and I really didn't care about the wedding cake. We bought it more as a formality since we had a full sit down dinner, with a dessert. But let's be clear, the cake...
was beautiful, and more importantly to us, it was DE-licious!
We met with Christine only once; for our tasting, and to make design decisions. The cake we saw on our wedding day, was exactly as expected. Christine was great to work with, and she was professional. No complaints.

motely & Christine was always quick to answer questions and respond to email. When we visited Paso Robles to meet with vendors, Christine allowed for plenty of time to taste cake samples and decide on final selections & set up. We also sampled gluten free options and chose a few flavors for our guests.
On my wedding day, I was so pleased to see our cake table with our cake and also the dozens of yummy cupcakes so expertly displayed by Christine! My cake was so moist & delicious I wanted to eat the whole thing right then and there!!
My guests raved about the cupcakes and I took my cake with me & shared the bottom layer with family & friends the next day (still so fresh, moist and amazing!!)
My husband and I plan to return to Paso Robles for a vacation & I plan to order a cake from Christine and relive a bit of our wedding day celebration. Thank you Christine!

ry both gluten free and full of gluten. She is completely aware of the gluten free diet and is so considerate about you enjoying your cake while still being aware of your budget. We ordered a top layer gluten free cake (with a piece of cardboard below it to protect from cross-contamination) and the rest wasn't gluten free. Everyone loved the cake. Whenever I need a cake I am visiting Christine for all events. You will not be disappointed!

ut 45 fewer people than we were expecting originally and most of the cake still got eaten, which is a testament to how good it was. I was actually kind of sad there wasn't more left over because there wasn't any when we got back from our honeymoon. Anyway, Christine is so sweet and is an awesome baker! If you are in SLO county you should definitely meet with Christine!!
Our cake was delicious and it beautiful! i couldnt have asked better for it!
I had Christine make cupcakes and a small cutting cake for our wedding. We put filling in all of the cupcakes and they turned out really good! We got lots of compliments on them.
