ake my fake smile hating husband (fiancé at the time) super comfortable he didn’t even have to fake his smiles! When we received those pictures, they exceeded our expectations! Our engagement session happened in April of 2021 and we didn’t get married until SEPTEMBER OF 2022! During that time Preston and Laurette kept in contact with us making sure we didn’t need any help finding other vendors or had any additional questions. Once we got closer to the wedding, Preston and Laurette made sure to reach out to ensure they had all the pictures we wanted to get done that day listed out they also aided in our decision to add extra time as well as adding Laurette as an extra shooter for our day! During our wedding day we were able to “relax” and have them run us around and keep us on time! They made sure we got ever picture we wanted/needed. They even gave us a surprise at the end of our day! Our picture preview was available that Monday and I couldn’t wait to get the rest of them! Once we received the rest of them it was time to start planning our album and let me just say the album they put together literally made me cry!! We of course were able to make any edits we wanted/needed. I can’t recommend these two enough! Do your self a favor and book with them today!

ter. Once that happened we booked our engagement session, then picked the package we wanted. A couple of weeks prior to the wedding we got on another call and they laid out our day for us and what they were going to do and where they were going to be. They even came to the rehearsal so they could get to know the Deacon and Church better prior to the wedding. If that doesn’t scream service I don’t know what does! The pictures were posted as a sneak peek only 1-2 days after the wedding! They were amazing by the way. Breath taking! Exactly 4-5 weeks after the wedding we got a link to our whole album. They captured every moment possible. Moments that Pat and I will cherish for the rest of our lives. We added videography onto our package as well and let me tell you, it’s not your average wedding video. I literally cried watching it and it was just a sneak peak! I highly recommend Preston and Laurette (and their team)!!

s stressful! Our engagement session was fun and we got such beautiful photos!! Preston accommodated every ask we had, which included running all around Ricketts Glenn state park! I can’t thank them enough for the beautiful wedding and engagement photos and for the help planning our wedding day so it went as smoothly as possible! We even booked our videographer through them. ents was meticulous and thorough; there were hardly any additional questions we ever had. The Christmans have the ability to empathize with their couples, as they are one themselves. They do not hesitate to model how they want you to pose, and they add humor to make you feel more comfortable. This is easier to comprehend when it comes from a professional couple who also love each other and have endured the wedding experience themselves. To our surprise, they also took candids and portraits of many of our guests at our wedding, and it not only made our guests feel acknowledged by the photographers, it was also great to look at since we didn't interact with everyone at every minute. Needless to say, our guests also still talk about how great our photographers were, yet I cannot recall any photographers from other weddings I've attended (lol). These two are not the type of photographers that make you feel like you're in the way or obstructing their view. They will go to great lengths to get the shot, no matter the position they need to get into. At our engagement shoot, Preston was on crutches, and though he didn't need to, he still brought in an additional photographer to make sure the shots were perfect. Our guests and bridal parties still rave about how wonderful our photographers were because they were professional but still involved themselves into the fun of our wedding process and day; they let us be us, but they didn't make it solely about us- they understood how much everyone around us also meant. There are many candids of Laurette and Preston and the videographer in our wedding gallery, and they're hysterical. They would dance with the guests, laugh with us, help to fix my bustle when my bridesmaids weren't readily available, and even held a restless baby, so mom could be in the shot. Laurette and Preston are personable and joyous individuals who are adaptable and competent; they are truly dedicated to you as their clients and friends. My husband and I cannot recommend them enough to our friends, family, and now you (the internet world); we're so thankful to have met them and feel like we've made new friends for life!

He made my husband and I feel very comfortable in front of the camera at our engagement photos which translated over to when he was shooting our wedding. Our wedding photos speak for themselves. I liked how he wanted to try different things based on the lighting or scenery but also got all of the specific photos we wanted. Throughout the process, Preston went from being a photographer to a friend. Preston has been amazing to work with and I would highly recommend him to capture your special day.

ncluding our photographer. Like so many things - we are so glad Plan A didn't work out. First, my (now) husband and I are not the sort of people who are into getting our pictures taken. We sort of you know hate it, but Preston and Laurette put us at ease both by showing of amazing work and just by their easy going manner and creative drive. They did better than our Plan A. Second, Preston's a man with a plan on how to shoot your wedding. He shared it with us (and Plan B and Plan C) and we then were able to refine it and all get on the same page as the world was changing and adapting. And then he actuallly followed through with the whole thing and did what we wanted. Third, all photos were respectful and appropriate at our church ceremony. We heard only good things from folks who interacted with him during the whole day. See previous comment about easy going manner. Here's the most important thing though...while shooting the wedding, this artist hurt his ankle. Like starting to swell and look purple. But he didn't let that stop him. He strapped ice to his swelling ankle and finished off the night snapping all sorts of pictures. He's talented and skilled and amazing and he photographs through the pain. Laurette and Preston are a great creative team. You will not be disappointed with their work. You will be at ease, even when you have to go to Plan B.

first zoom interview, through our album design session after the wedding, not to mention everything in between, the process was excellent, and they are SO professional! Preston really was a key part in not only helping us capture the day, but also plan for it! They blended seamlessly into our wedding day, and were so fun to hang out with, it was hard to tell they were working, but did they ever! The proof is in the pictures, which are so fantastic and reflect the day - and us - so perfectly. Preston really is an artist; a phenom at making light work, even on our foggy engagement session day and the brilliant mid-afternoon sun at our reception. Laurette, his wife and fantastic partner, even took some priceless Polaroids to give us that night! The unexpected attention to detail in the service that Christman Photography provides really makes it so special. The literal memories, both captured in front of the lense and the friendship we made with the people behind it, are such a gift!
