I am buying an amazing ring from CWJ next week. Words can't explain how great of a Gemologist Ms Executive Tess Nauman is. She is more than a diamond expert. Ms Nauman represents everything you would want in a lady you buy a ring from. Her knowledge was off the charts. Ms Nauman also took the time to make me less nervous about a very expensive purchase. The most expensive purchase of my life. She taught me so much. Ms Nauman advised me on what Lexi would want for a ring because a surprise was so important to me. If you buy a diamond make sure you buy it from Ms Nauman. I am traveling thousands of miles to buying this ring from her. It is well worth it! I am so relieved! Ms Nauman educates you on everything. She knows about the finer things in life. Ms Nauman is so high class and smart.

Chris and his team are extremely good at what they do. Throughout our entire wedding process, they were professional and helpful at every turn. They went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed was perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of a high quality jeweler.

Visited the Harrisonburg location. Went there to shine up my ring (for free!) and purchased my husband’s band. Great prices, fast turnaround on replacements (tantalum ring needed sized), extremely professional and gorgeous atmosphere too! We shopped around other places in Harrisonburg and none would compare as far as a reputable company and wonderful hospitality!

We bought our wedding bands and he bought my engagement ring at this location and they were wonderful (especially Andrea)! Everyone knew us by name are were very excited for our big day. They are now our go-to jewelers. Thanks CWJ!
