Christy & Co. - Makeup Artistry & Bridal Hair Design

Christy and her team did hair and makeup for me and my wedding party for my Woodinville wedding in August. She came highly recommended by my wedding planner, and I loved working with her and her team. Being someone of Asian descent, it was key for me to find someone who could understand how to enhance my features while keeping the makeup clean and natural. She was very professional by providing great tips on skin and hair care for the months leading up to the wedding. She had experience with the wedding venue and adjusted the makeup accordingly to fit the lighting of the space. She also provided a makeup kit for touching up throughout the evening which was helpful. Communication was spot on. I would recommend Christy K for any special event!

Christy and her team were amazing and my bridal party hair and makeup could not have looked better! Christy was always very quick with her communication, and when we had to push back our wedding last minute due to Covid she quickly adjusted her schedule for us. Each artist on the day of the wedding listened to each of the girls’ requests for what they wanted their hair and makeup to look like and they nailed it! I felt and looked so beautiful all day. Christy, Renee and the team did an incredible job on our hair and make up for my wedding. They were incredibly easy to work with and everyone was so happy with the way they looked! The team worked efficiently. We were so impressed by how quickly they were able to style a group of about 8 people. Not only that, but our looks lasted all day. I have been to and been in many weddings before where I had make up caked on and a million bobby pins in my hair just for it to fall out a few hours in. That was not the case here! I only had 4 bobby pins in my hair and very little hairspray and it looked amazing all night!

Christy & her team are incredible! They did the hair and makeup for my wedding that included myself, 5 bridesmaids, and two mothers - we all looked and felt so beautiful! Their desire to make you look and feel your best was palpable and did not disappoint! Cannot recommend them enough!

Christys team was amazing !!! I hired her for my wedding in August and I am so happy I did. They were so helpful, patient, fast, and kind. I went to my hair trial and they nailed my hair on the first try. On the day of my wedding, there was a lot of chaos happening in the get ready room. I was talking to vendors, trying not to cry from my wedding being moved inside due to rain, and about 10 people getting hair & makeup done. I was shocked at how fast the team finished everyone's hair & makeup. My bridesmaids are not into makeup and we're nervous about getting their hair and makeup done. The smiles on their faces when they stepped away from the beauty chairs was amazing. These girls couldn't stop taking pictures all night !! I highly recommend this company !!

Christy was recommended to me by my venue and I am so grateful they did. I barely ever wear make-up and had no idea how I was going to do my make-up for my wedding. Christy did a phenomenal job for me and my bridesmaids. She made me feel beautiful on my wedding day, which isn’t that exactly what you want? Following my make-up trial I went to a pool party on a particularly humid day and my make-up did not budge! On my wedding day, my make-up stayed in place the entire day. Christy is incredibly knowledgeable and talented. While doing make-up she even explained what I should be using if I wanted to use make-up. As someone who has no idea what they are doing with make-up, this was incredibly helpful. I cannot recommend Christy enough to anyone looking for a make-up artist!

I cannot speak highly enough of Christy and her team! They were so helpful through the planning process and I am so grateful for their flexibility when we had to adjust our start time last minute. Everyone’s hair and makeup looked beautiful and lasted the whole day and night, even with some scorching heat and humidity! They were also so efficient and we were done about an hour early and had some time to relax before photos! Christy is amazing. As someone who wears minimal make-up, I barely gave her any direction and somehow she still figured out exactly what I wanted and made it happen. Even members of my family who are very self-conscious loved the the way they looked and can't stop raving about Christy. In additional be being exceptional at what she does, Christy was also a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive, professional, and fun to be around.

From the trial to my wedding day, Christy was responsive and easy to work with. As a group who was not familiar with airbrush makeup or any “pampering” so to speak, she was receptive to each of our individual requests and never made us feel like we were asking too much. She gave us a “natural” glamour that lasted the night!

I can't speak more highly of Christy & Co.! My husband and I were one of the many couples who had to alter their wedding plans due to COVID-19, and Christy remained incredibly patient and flexible with me throughout the entire process. My mom, mother in-law, and bridesmaids, don't wear a ton of makeup on a regular basis...so, I was particularly excited to get all of our hair and makeup done. Christy and her team did an excellent job at preserving everyone's natural beauty and turning them into a more enhanced version of themselves. I was so impressed! Please look no further for your hair & makeup artists - you won't be disappointed!

Both of Christy and Renee made my bridesmaids, moms and myself look stunning!!  People were telling me how beautiful I looked including my now husband!! That was the first thing he said to me when he saw me.  The two of them were so kind, patient and accommodating. Renees idea of the last minute change of plan of the baby's breath in the back that was nestled in my braid was beautiful and I just loved the wave she did with my hair! Christy gave me a natural look as I wanted. I was back and forth about how to do my make-up in going with colors of the dress and flowers but everything went together lovely!!   Lastly, Christy was able to successfully squeeze in make-up for a bridesmaid whom changed their mind about getting it done. I highly recommend them! 

As the saying goes, "third time's a charm!" I went through HECK and back trying to find the perfect hair and makeup company for my wedding day and I am so thankful to have found Christy's business. Both her and Renee make an amazing team and are super tentative to every single detail. I had originally tried something different then what I'm used to for my trial and I soon realized I didn't feel like myself. I was able to change my vision without and troubles at all. The wedding day came and the girls delivered more than I could have ever have imagined. After the horror stories I've been through while wedding planning, this was definitely one of the top three best decisions I could have made! Thank you ladies oh so much for making me and all my ladies feel flawless on my special day! :)

Let me start off by saying my trial was amazing. I was so excited that everything looked wonderful and it held up so nice!! Then my wedding day came. My make up came out great and it held up so well. Christy did an amazing job. I had a few complaints for people who did not have Christy but had another artist. The make up was clumpy and darker then they would like. My hair..... did not hold up at all and I was so disappointed!!! Looking at pictures I can see just how much it was all falling out. I have naturally curling hair and I even asked her to make the curls a little tighter so it would hold better. I had many complaints about hair and we ended up needing to find time to curl our hair again. 4 of us had this issue out of 7. Over all I would not recommend for hair. Which I am finding very difficult to write. Because the trial was so amazing. I felt like they were rushed to get us done and out the door (I had even asked if we should start earlier) because we had to re-curl our hair the rest of the timeline was falling out of place. If you only need make up I highly recommend Christy. The other lady who we had we felt did not listen to what people were saying. It is so heart breaking to write this review. I had such high hopes.

Renee and Christy did an AMAZING job with the hair & makeup for my wedding. My hair and makeup was absolutely PERFECT and I received lots of compliments on it. I was nervous about getting my makeup done because I have sensitive skin and normally don't wear a lot of makeup. Christy did an expert job of making sure the makeup worked well with my skin and gave me the exact natural and elegant look that I wanted. Renee is super talented and gave me the hair of my dreams on my wedding day. She did a great job creating volume and styling my hair exactly as I wanted it. I made a few changes on the day of my wedding from a year ago when I had the trial and Christy & Renee totally nailed my look. All of my bridesmaids were super happy with their looks as well and I was impressed with their attention to detail. Everyone's hair and makeup lasted the entire day, an impressive feat when we wore masks at times at the wedding due to COVID. I also had to switch my wedding date several times due to COVID and Christy was very accommodating. Christy was also very helpful in advising on the schedule for hair/makeup and was flexible when I had to make some schedule changes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Christy & Co!

Christy was absolutely amazing!! I will never trust anyone else with my makeup from this point forward! Christy was so attentive and patient throughout the trial process and she made sure I was super happy with the makeup choices and “look” before the actual wedding day! I felt so comfortable and confident knowing I had Christy and her team to help me on my wedding day. She was super responsive and flexible through the planning process and made every single person in my bridal party look GORGEOUS! I’m so happy I was connected to Christy and I can’t imagine my day without her expertise and talent!

My bridal party and mother’s all had their hair and makeup done by Christy & Co. for our fall wedding. Booking was so easy with Christy and she made sure to be thorough and allowed plenty of time in the schedule. My trial was about one month prior to my wedding and Betsy and Renee were awesome to work with. I showed them photos of hair and makeup styles that I liked and we went through each photo to figure out what exactly it was that I liked in each photo to create the best look for me. I really appreciated the fact that we talked about each photo to make a plan instead of them just going and recreating each look. On the day of our wedding, we had Betsy, Renee and one other makeup artist to get 11 of us ready. In all the other weddings I’ve been in, these ladies were hands down the most fun to be around, they were so nice, and most importantly listened to what everyone wanted and worked quickly but efficiently. Everyone was happy with their look and we finished ahead of schedule, which helped me relax! I would recommend booking with Christy & Co. for your wedding and you will not be disappointed!

My bridesmaids and I had a great time with Christy & Co on my wedding day! They came to my home to get everyone ready. All of us ladies were very pleased with our hair & makeup, even those of us who don't normally wear much. Christy is a total professional and such a lovely person. I used Christy & Co. for bridal makeup and it was a DREAM come true! Christy and her team were professional, accommodating, talented, and really fun to work with. My bridal party and I were all so happy to have had Betsy and Chelsea from Christy's team do our makeup and hair for my wedding. Betsy and Chelsea were both incredibly professional, listened to what I wanted during my trial, and perfectly executed on the wedding day. I cant say enough great things about Christy! She did an absolutely amazing job on me and my bridesmaids! We all looked exceptionally beautiful! The air brush foundation is also amazing. Betsy did the makeup for me and my girls at our wedding. She was amazing. My makeup was exactly what I wanted and the airbrush lasted all day long. I changed what I wanted from my trial to the day of and Betsy went out and purchased a new palette to match what I wanted! She was very thoughtful and is so talented.

We met Chelsea, from Christy & Co., while we were photographing a wedding. As I was editing photos, I couldn’t help but notice how meticulous all of the hairstyles of the bride and her bridesmaids looked on the big day! I also had a feeling from spending time with her that day that she would be exactly the calming and professional presence I needed when getting ready on my own wedding day. I booked with Christy & Co basically a few years in advance because I knew how perfect their services would be for me and my bridesmaids. The communication leading up to the events was exactly what I needed as a bride and a person who appreciates effective communication! Since I booked their services so far before the wedding day and my vision shifted a bit through the planning process, I had two hair trials with Chelsea, during which we had so much fun! I felt like I was catching up with an old friend while she creatively and masterfully gave me the perfect, most romantic, natural bride look that I was going for. My bridesmaids all LOVED their hair that day. So much so that many of them kept their do’s in until the next day just to enjoy it some more! I hope that we work with Christy & Co. in the future on our wedding photography ventures, and I can’t wait to recommend their services to all of our future clients, friends, and family!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Christy and Alexandra. First, Christy is quite possibly the most responsive person EVER (and definitely the most responsive of all my vendors!). She got back to all of my emails immediately, accommodated add-ons, subtractions, changes in schedule, etc. Moreover, she even helped me find a hair stylist! Really above and beyond. Alexandra was my makeup artist and I feel so lucky to have gotten her for my big day. I almost never wear makeup, and Alexandra helped me feel beautiful but true to myself. On top of that, Alexandra is an esthetician and gave me all sorts of skin advice that would help for the perfect look on my wedding day. After my makeup trial, she literally called a spa for me and booked a facial on my behalf. I wouldn't have known where to begin without her. My bridesmaids were all gushing about how incredible she was. I even have one girl who is also a bride, and she showed her makeup artist the picture of herself with the makeup Alexandra did! If it's not clear already, GO WITH CHRISTY & CO., and if you get Alexandra, consider yourself EXTREMELY lucky!!!! Seriously the best.

Christy and Chelsea are absolutely BEYOND amazing. To start, Christy accommodated me ONE WEEK before my wedding, and at that point I was praying for a miracle because I was running out of time. The one difference I found between Christy and all other makeup artists that I came across was her way of making me feel comfortable enough to tell her exactly what I wanted. My main concern as far as makeup were the dark circles under my eyes that I wanted gone - and Christy did more than a wonderful job hiding them! My friends and my mom loved both their makeup and hair. Chelsea also did a beautiful job on my hair and on the day of the wedding she was able to accommodate my changes and still make me look absolutely beautiful. I am so happy that I made the decision to find a new makeup and hair artist, even with such little time. Thank you Christy and Chelsea. You both are so sweet and are beyond talented in your areas.

Christy and her team were amazing from beginning to end! To start, I didn’t know much about how this whole process would work and they helped me through the steps and provided tips from our hotel room setup to timing. On the day of the wedding everything went smoothly and we finished on time and ready to go. With different requests and styles to touch ups, all the ladies were more than accommodating. I LOVED by look by Christy. She was able to create a look that fit me perfectly while also adding small details that made the look feel unique to me. I cannot recommend the team at Christy & Co enough, especially for large wedding parties! We had LeeAnne and Alexandra for makeup, and Renee for hair for 11 women (8 bridesmaids, me, and the 2 moms). Everything went so smoothly and there never seemed to be any rush- in fact, Renee finished hair for 11 people with plenty of time to spare! I had also decided to change the style I wanted from the trial, and Renee was able to work with the photos I brought that day - my hair stayed in place the whole time and I was so happy with how it turned out. Alexandra and LeeAnne did an amazing job with the makeup - everyone looked flawless throughout the whole night. They were also able to accommodate some last minute mishaps and help us out - my brother was a groomsman in the wedding party and showed up with a black eye, and Alexandra worked her magic on that so you couldn't see anything (haha- thanks Alexandra)! Christy was very professional and great to work with, always following up to check in and make sure things were working out. If I could go back I wouldn't change a thing - thank you all!

I used Christy and her girls for hair and make-up for my wedding in October 2017. They were amazing! They nailed everyone's hairstyles that they wanted! Everyone did something different and all were extrememly happy with their styles! Christy is also amazing when it comes to make up. I don't wear makeup besides foundation and mascara, and she made me look so natural and beautiful for my wedding. I would highly recommend using them! They are timely, professional and worth every penny!

I don't even know where to begin with Christy and her team as I am speechless with their work on my wedding day. I just recently got married on August 26th and had selected Christy and her group to be a part of our wedding day as our hair and make-up team. All of my girlfriends and mothers loved her entire team and were all so happy with how their hair and makeup came out. I on the other hand was completely in awe when I saw what they did with my hair and make-up. I had people coming up to me throughout the entire night of my wedding asking about my hair and how incredible it looked. If you are thinking about choosing Christy and her team, do not even think twice!! You will be beyond happy that you chose them and trust me you will look absolutely stunning on your wedding day and in your wedding photos.

Christy and her team are the absolute best. When I started my search my hair and makeup I knew I wanted someone who had many positive testimonials and that led me straight to Christy & Co. Through hair and makeup trials the whole team heard and patiently adjusted anything I needed to make sure my vision of how I wanted look on my wedding day was perfect. I typical wear very light makeup and wanted to look natural and not overly done up for my outdoor wedding. My makeup was exactly what I wanted, natural and the airbrush makeup was light and perfect. It felt like you were wearing nothing but provided except coverage. I woke up with a surprise blemish on my jawline and Christy did not even flinch. The airbrush makeup completely covered it and you could not even tell! My wedding was a warm July day and my makeup held up all night! I was so pleasantly surprised with the staying power! I never once worried about my makeup or how it looked, and I feel that is a true testament to how confident I was in the services. I felt truly beautiful on my wedding day. The team was so kind and professional, my family and bridesmaids continue to compliment the services from the wedding day. They are the best you can get!

I used Alexandra for my makeup and Chelsea for my hair. Both did wonderful work and stayed cool, calm, and collected during the stressful moments in the bridal suite day-of. I ended up having two makeup trials because I was unhappy with my look after the first one, and Alexandra and Christy worked patiently with me during round 2 to make sure I felt beautiful day-of. I appreciated their openness to feedback and willingness to put in that extra time to make sure everything was perfect. There were 7 of us getting hair and makeup done on the actual wedding day, and everyone's lasted 12+ hours (including many hours of dancing!). Only potential downside for Boston brides is that trials have to take place in the studio in Sturbridge, which is a bit of a trek.

Christy and her gals were a wonderful addition to my wedding-day team. In addition to doing my hair and make-up, they did that of six bridesmaids, two moms (mine and my husband's!), and my husband's brother's girlfriend. Christy, another make-up artist (whose name I forgot!), and Renée (the hair stylist) arrived right on time and actually finished early. Everyone loved their looks, and each one was distinct -- it's not like they put the same face on everybody. Everyone's hair and make-up truly stayed on for the ENTIRE afternoon and evening, i.e. about 12 hours, from approx. 2 PM to 2 AM! I dealt only with Christy and Renée, and they were great listeners, solicited feedback after my pre-booking trials, and were more than happy to make changes in light of my comments, including a day-of moment of indecision about lip color. Highly recommend!

So great! Booked Christy & Co when I was a bit panicked that I would not be able to get a hair stylist who would be willing to travel to Leominster for the wedding, and I am so glad I did. Chelsea was our stylist and she had her work cut out for her. She did both mom's hair, four bridesmaids hair, and mine. She was very quick but diligent and her work is beautiful. I loved the hair style that Chelsea helped me create! So many people told my mother in law how much they liked her hair, and one of my bridesmaids felt she NEVER had her hair look so good! Just a great experience!

Christy is absolutely amazing. She is extremely skilled at identifying the look of the wedding and coordinating the looks of everyone in the bridal party. Christy is also extremely professional and responsive through the entire process. She is prompt to respond with any questions along the way. Having Christy as the makeup artist I felt confident and relaxed about the makeup day of. I would highly recommend her!

Christy and Chelsea were so wonderful throughout the entire process. I never wear make up, but they were able to perfectly decipher what I was looking for despite the fact that I have no idea what I am talking about! I have never felt more beautiful than I did the day of my wedding. My girls and my mom looked absolutely stunning and they were such a pleasant addition to our little group. We laughed and had such a great time getting ready. So easy to communicate with. The airbrush was totally fantastic and held up alllllllllll night. I would highly recommend.

Betsy and Chelsea from Christy & Co. were amazing to work with. I was so excited to be working with them after I had my hair and makeup trial at the studio, I couldn't stop smiling! On the wedding day they came to where we were getting ready which made things so much less stressful! My Bridesmaids were in love with their makeup done by Betsy, which looked flawless from 8:30am through the after party! Chelsea was amazing, she listened to what the bridesmaids had in mind (some knowing what they wanted and others having no idea) and then was able to create gorgeous hairstyles that all complimented each other. I would recommend Christy & Co to ANYONE looking for beautiful hair and makeup for their big day! I know that they are not the most "affordable" option, but the value of knowing that you and the women you love most will be well taken care of and feeling beautiful on your day is well beyond the monetary cost. While I did not get to meet Christy in person, she was always so sweet and responsive - you would think you were her only customer with the personal attention she gives you! She even checked in before my wedding to say congrats :) I had six bridesmaids, my mother, my aunt/officiant, and myself getting ready -- which seems like it would be chaotic! However, we could all enjoy ourselves while getting ready, and were as relaxed as possible in anticipation for the day ahead - all thanks to the professionalism, friendliness, and talent of the Christy & Co team. Renee did everyone's hair and it all turned out amazing. My family is blessed/cursed with a lot of hair, and it still held for the whole night! Alexandra and Leanne did all of our makeup, and we received compliments all night! The airbrushing held up so well that I didn't even need any touch-ups! I absolutely adore these girls, and would hire them again in a heartbeat if I ever needed hair & makeup services again. One of my best friends/bridesmaids is using them for her wedding next September - and I'm so excited to see them again when I'm not panicking as an almost bride :) Thanks so much for everything, Christy, Leanne, Alexandra, and Renee! Christy and her team were phenomenal - highly recommend. Christy's communication skills are fantastic; she responds in a VERY timely way. And, of course, she's incredibly skilled, a true professional expert. Her team for hair is also highly recommended. I felt like a queen!! We booked Christy & Co. to do hair and make-up for my daughter's black tie wedding last month in Boston. Christy and Rene came to the Fairmont and performed their magic on my daughter, her bridal party of 8, the MOG and me. I have never seen more beautiful women in my life! The updos ...which were all different...were gorgeous. The makeup...flawless! I am very critical of myself and I have to say that I was at a loss for words when I looked in the mirror. Never wore false eyelashes in my life and I am SO happy Christy added them! Honestly, I felt like a queen!! Needless to say, I highly recommend Christy and her team to perform their magic!! Christy & Co. are the best and absolutely wonderful to work with. Christy and her team did both hair and make-up for myself, bridal party (8 girls) and my Mother and Mother-in-Law for our wedding. Everyone looked flawless thanks to their amazing skills and artistry. We had a formal wedding in downtown Boston, and Renee did such a beautiful job doing all of the up-dos for the bridesmaids. They each had a different style in mind and she executed them all amazingly. She also did my hair perfectly - I can NEVER keep curls in and by some form of magic she got curls to stay in all day on top of a very detailed half-up style. Christy did our make-up and I can honestly say I've never seen any of us look better! She listened to the color palette requests from me as well as the individual style of each girl and did absolutely amazing work. From the trial run that my Mom, Mother-in-Law and I did this summer to the wedding weekend, everything was perfect and Christy was so great to work with. I felt so beautiful on the day of the wedding, due in (VERY) large part to Christy & Co. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Christy and the team were fantastic! They were flexible and easily worked with all of my bridesmaids and family (both moms, an aunt, and grandmother also had makeup done). Everyone felt beautiful with their hair and makeup. They worked quickly so we didn't have to start too early in the morning and they were great company through the time they spent with us.

Where do I even begin. From the first time I reached out to Christy she was amazing! Not only did she respond nearly immediately but she was very professional and made me feel so comfortable that I booked without even having my trial!! (Everyone thought I was insane) but for some reason it just felt right. ( I had spoke to and met with four other companies before booking her. all of which had something that turned me off ) I went into my trial for both hair and makeup not really knowing what I wanted. I thought I wanted a loose hair style and the hair stylist (I feel so terrible for not remembering her name) did EXACTLY what I explained. It turned out that that style did not look great on me personally. Christy was AMAZING about scheduling a second trial and this time I let her do whatever she thought would look nice and I left in tears because I was so happy with my hair. As far as makeup goes I was stunned with how the airbrush came out! It was absolutely perfect! I wanted a lot of makeup and that's exactly what Christy gave me yet did not let me leave looking like a clown! The three of us laughed, listened to music and shared great stories through out the trial and during my big day! The day of Christy and her crew made it to the hotel on time and ready to go which was such a breath of fresh air. There are so many stressful moments throughout the planning process and I can honestly say that from booking, to trials, to paying christy and co. I never once felt stressed or nervous but rather thrilled to have such great people to work with me on my special day. She is worth every penny and more!

Christy and her team were absolutely fantastic! I met Christy and Renee the day of my hair and make up trial. They were so kind and helpful in finding the best look for my wedding day. We tried different hair styles to make sure it would hold for the entire day. They also gave their opinions in a professional which I found very helpful. The day of my wedding the team was ready to start right on time and very efficient working through my entire bridal party (I had 7 bridesmaids, myself, my mom and my mother-in-law, so there was a lot of us there). They were very patience with everyone and changed around any style some of my girls didn't feel comfortable with. In the end everyone looked and felt beautiful and it was all because of Christy and her team!

By this time I had already had a trial with a different makeup artist, and chose not to go with that artist. I'm so glad I found Christy! Christy and Chelsea were the most professional patient, and on point team imaginable! They worked seamlessly together! Every single person looked their most beautiful self possible, without looking like a clown!!! Christy was able to do make up exactly how each individual person wanted. And it came out perfect , it's like she can read your mind! Chelsea was equally as great with the hair. My daughter picked out a hair style from Pinterest 10 Mins before she sat in the chair and Chelsea was able to duplicate it exactly !! I can't say how happy and thankful I am to have found them ! Working with Christy & Co was a fantastic experience. From the very first day that I e-mailed Christy, she was extremely friendly, responsive and helpful. She helped me set up a make-up trial with the beautiful & talented Betsy, proactively followed up on my experience, and dutifully answered all of my questions and made it easy to book my day-of make-up for myself and 6 bridesmaids/our mothers. And, Betsy was absolutely amazing on my wedding day - I would work with her 100 times over! She is so good at her craft and made everyone so happy and feel so confident - I was just so thrilled with how my make-up came out. There were a lot of us, which made for a long morning of make-up, and Betsy was professional, cool, calm and collected the entire morning/day - touching up girls as needed. I loved having her as part of my day.

Christy & Co is the perfect makeup artistry company! We were all blown away by their work. I never actually met Christy but I love her! She was so helpful and easy to work with and the value we got from her company is excellent. Our wedding was in Amherst so I didn't work with Christy, but with an amazing member of her team named Betsy. Betsy was so sweet and fun and professional! She did everyone's makeup in a way perfectly flattering for them. The makeup didn't make us look fake, it made us look like the most glamorous and gorgeous versions of ourselves! Just how you want to look on your wedding day. I was worried about the airbrushing because I didn't want my freckles to get masked, but it's so light that it didn't hide my skin at all, it just perfected it. I am so glad we chose Christy & Co to do the wedding makeup for my bridesmaids, my mom, and me. Their work is worth every dollar and I'd recommend it to everybody! Thanks Christy and Betsy!

Christy and Renee were so fantastic, I don't even know where to start. She was a recommended vendor from my venue - and I can absolutely see why! From day one Christy was spectacular, answering my emails right away and always having an answer for my countless questions. Her and Renee made me feel so comfortable at the trial that come the wedding day, I felt like I was welcoming old friends into the hotel room! Renee had NINE full heads of hair to do, and she did it all at an amazing speed with a smile on her face! And when Christy was done with my makeup, I couldn't believe it was really me. Christy and Chelsea did such a great job with my hair and makeup for my wedding and engagement photos! My hair and makeup came out exactly as I hoped and stayed in place perfectly throughout the entire day. They were both very professional and easy to work with. I am so thankful than Renee was my hair stylist for my wedding. I booked her based on a recommendation from a friend, and am so glad I had the recommendation. Renee was willing to try multiple hair styles on me until we found the perfect one. I was so grateful for her patience and expertise. I was very happy with how my hair turned out. It was also such a pleasure to work with Christy. She was extremely responsive and went out of her way to meet my needs.

I loved working with Christy and Alexandra. The whole experience was wonderful. I contacted Christy, inquiring about wedding make up and heard back from her so quickly! I pre-paid in advance, and didn't have to worry about a thing. I went for my trial, which was a few month before my wedding, and Alexandra was AWESOME. She did everything perfectly, was professional. I had never had my make up professionally done before, and I couldn't believe how much she was able to accentuate my features. Everyone who had their make up done the day of the wedding looked stunning, and loved it. Alexandra was so great to work with, and so personable. If you are looking to get your make up professionally done, this is the place. We had our wedding at Old Sturbridge Village, and she came to us, which made it hassle free! A+ for this group!

Christy and her team are absolutely amazing. I had a 4:30 ceremony, and my three bridesmaids and I were all having hair and makeup. My mom was also having her hair blown out and my wife was having what is basically men's makeup. Christy and Chelsea arrived exactly on time at 10 am and got on there way. They were so incredibly efficient and organized. My photographer even commented that she has never seen anything go this quickly. Even with my last minute add ons of my mom andfiance, I think they even finished early. I was having a 20s theme and really only had a basic idea of what i wanted for the BMs hair, but Chelsea listened and came up with absolutely perfect hair styles. I also wanted period makeup for the girls and Christy did such a great job and gave them all an extremely bold red lip, and matched the color to each girl individually. I can't believe how beautiful they all looked. One of my bridesmaids even said that she liked her makeup better than she did at her own wedding. As for myself, the hair and makeup was just phenomenal. I wanted a strong eye, but I also do not like heavy eye shadow. Also, while I wanted period makeup for the girls, I did not want it for myself. It looked amazing. I also changed the style of my hair from our previous hair and makeup trial and Chelsea did a fantastic job. I wore a birdcage veil, and Chelsea placed it perfectly to frame my face. It photographed beautifully, and was very easy to take out after the ceremony. My hair looked exactly the same when I removed it. Everything lasted from 12:00 pm when they finished me, until midnight when I washed it all off. I also cannot stress the importance of having makeup that photographs well. All the pictures came out flawless. My photographer says she normally has to do a lot of editing, but none of our photos needed anything. The airbrush makeup was incredible. I got so many complements. Even my hair stylest, who I guess used to travel with a performer/singer to do her hair and makeup, commented on how fantastic the makeup was and how well it photographed. I also asked Christy, last minute, (literally, as she was finishing up) to cover my port scar on my chest. I used to have cancer and now have a scar from the port that they put in. As my dress was strapless and plunging, I didn't want it to appear in photos. She quickly airbrushed it and you cannot see it in any of the photos. None of the makeup came off on my dress either. THAT STUFF STAYS PUT! As to my Wife, she is very boyish and never wears makeup. However, she was a redhead when she was younger, so she still has those non-existent eye brows and lashes. She also is prone to breakouts. She wanted to photograph well and to even her skin tone. Christy did an amazing job. You couldn't even tell she had makeup on, but people commented on how great she looked. The airbrushing was so light, and Christy just added color to her lashes and brows, and some bronzer. She looked so good. I would recommend them to anyone, no matter how much or how little you want. Your photos will be amazing, and you will look stunning. PS get fake lashes. Christy and crew were so amazing. They did my sister-in-law's wedding and they were a no brainer for mine. She and the hair stylist did such an amazing job! My hair and makeup stayed all night without flaw. I got so many compliments and my bridal party looked great! It was so nice to have them come to the house and not have to worry about traveling anywhere the day of my wedding. I was so happy to see my mom looking flawless because she never gets pampered like this! She still looked herself but drop dead gorgeous! I have never seen her so confident! I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone in need of these services!

Myself (bride), my maids, my mother, my mother-in-law, and my aunt all had our makeup done. I also used the hairstylist at Christy for myself, my aunt, and some of my maids. We were all really happy with the end results. The makeup was amazing...they really did an amazing job. I wish I could add photos to this review to display but you can certainly check out her website and ask her for pictures as well - Christy is beyond nice. I think more than half of the ladies had false lashes (I highly recommend getting this done). The airbrushing had all of our makeup stay perfectly throughout the night. I don't think anyone felt "too done up." And they were really able to personalize the look for each girl. I also had Christy coverup a tattoo of mine. It came out amazing and I was so happy I did it. Overall - they were professional, extremely kind, will to change things we wanted changed, listened to everything we wanted, and made sure we all looked great. It is pricier to go with an airbrushing artist but it's worth it and Christy and her team do a wonderful job.
