Our team of passionate, talented, and supportive professionals will make your budget a top priority while organizing a fantastic event. Whether you want a timeless, classic ceremony or a fun, themed reception, we believe everyone deserves a great event without breaking the bank!
Our Partial Planning package is a budget-friendly alternative when full wedding coordination is not an option and includes all vendor communication, a detailed timeline for the day, and tracking for all deposits and balances so you will never forget a payment. This service is perfect for those couples who want to be involved in the planning process but may need professional guidance and advice. We can then pass the plan to a friend, co-worker, or church member that wants to help you but may not have a lot of experience with event coordination.
Our Full Wedding Coordination includes everything in the partial planning package as well as contract review for all vendors and two coordinators to facilitate your rehearsal, ceremony, reception, and send-off. We create a customized plan for your perfect day.
We can also book your travel for FREE! Several team members are travel agents so we will be happy to assist you with accommodations for your out-of-town guests, your honeymoon, babymoon, or bucket list dream vacation - AT NO CHARGE TO YOU!
