About this vendor
Chronicle Consulting is a wedding and event planning service with home markets in north Alabama (Huntsville, Gardendale, Cullman and surrounding areas) and central Alabama (Birmingham, Oxford, Alpine, Tuscaloosa, Trussville, and surrounding areas). Our team of passionate, talented, and supportive professionals will make your budget a top priority while organizing a fantastic event. Whether you want a timeless, classic ceremony or a fun, themed reception, we believe everyone deserves a great event without breaking the bank!
Our Partial Planning package is a budget-friendly alternative when full wedding coordination is not an option and includes all vendor communication, a detailed timeline for the day, and tracking for all deposits and balances so you will never forget a payment. This service is perfect for those couples who want to be involved in the planning process but may need professional guidance and advice. We can then pass the plan to a friend, co-worker, or church member that wants to help you but may not have a lot of experience with event coordination.
Our Full Wedding Coordination includes everything in the partial planning package as well as contract review for all vendors and two coordinators to facilitate your rehearsal, ceremony, reception, and send-off. We create a customized plan for your perfect day.
We can also book your travel for FREE! Several team members are travel agents so we will be happy to assist you with accommodations for your out-of-town guests, your honeymoon, babymoon, or bucket list dream vacation - AT NO CHARGE TO YOU!
We would love to schedule a call with you and make your wedding dreams a reality!

I could go on & on, but I highly suggest you reach out to her for a pressure free consultation & see for yourself!!!
The Chronicle Consulting team made our wedding dreams come true!
If you’re searching for planners who are organized, professional, and genuinely invested in making your day everyt...
hing you’ve envisioned (and more), look no further than Chronicle Consulting. From my very first interaction with Mia, Colleen, and Breanna, I knew I was in great hands. Each of them brought warmth, expertise, and a level of professionalism that instantly put me at ease during one of the most important seasons of my life.
While the entire team was outstanding, I have to give special recognition to Colleen, who truly went above and beyond in every way possible. She wasn’t just my planner — she became my advocate, my sounding board, and my calm in the chaos. From coordinating vendor details and managing timelines to catching every little detail I didn’t even think of, Colleen’s commitment and care were unmatched.
In the months leading up to our wedding, she kept everything on track, making sure I stayed organized without ever feeling overwhelmed. On the actual wedding day, she was an absolute force — gracefully managing every moving piece, anticipating needs before anyone even had to ask, and making sure Jerrowl and I could simply enjoy our day. Whether it was fixing last-minute hiccups, keeping the bridal party on schedule, or ensuring our send-off went perfectly, she handled it all with patience and precision.
Our guests even commented on how seamless everything felt, and that’s 100% thanks to Colleen and the Chronicle Consulting team. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine kindness truly made our wedding day stress-free and unforgettable.
If I could give more than five stars, I would. Chronicle Consulting exceeded every expectation and made our wedding everything we hoped for — and then some. I will forever be grateful for this team and would recommend them wholeheartedly to any couple looking for planners who treat your day like it’s their own.
