My wedding day was absolutely perfect. I was so happy to be the first couple to book a wedding here! Ashley made sure everything ran smoothly. On the day of, I did not have to worry about anything. Ashley even came up with a last minute gluten-free option for us. Everyone commented on how pretty the venue was and how fun the environment was. I was so happy with everything and wish we could do it all again. Thank you Ashley & Church on Jefferson staff for making my day perfect. I love Franklin and I love that you guys had the perfect venue to get married in the town that I love!
We hosted our daughter's wedding at Church on Jefferson in July. The venue is beautiful and Taxman Hospitality Group was amazing to work with. The food was outstanding and Ashley and her crew went above and beyond with set up and service.
We did have one major issue and that was the temperature of the bridal and groom suites. It was a hot July day and the wall unit AC systems in the suites were not able to keep the rooms cool at all. Luckily Ashley was able to place an industrial fan in the room for the bride to try and stay cool. If I were to guess, it had to be over 80 degrees in the suites that day. It made getting ready with hair and makeup very difficult. Hopefully the landlord will address this issue before next year's summer weddings.

This one-of-a-kind blend of storied allure and contemporary features is ready as a setting for you and your momentous celebration.
The original sanctuary of the Church on Jefferson has been transformed into an expansive event space. This ballroom has a stage, as well as an upstairs VIP lounge and a balcony, providing a unique experience for you and your guests. The ballroom can host up to 200 people sitting, with tables, chairs, and standard linens included in bookings. Combined with the lounge, this space can accommodate up to 250 total seated guests.
These premises can host a multi-faith-based or non-religious wedding ceremony, as well as an elopement, civil union, commitment ceremony, and vow renewal. Bookings for Church on Jefferson include four hours of rental time as standard, with a flexible bar setup and a dedicated venue coordinator to assist in your event planning. On-site catering is provided exclusively through the venue partner, Taxman Hospitality Group, with a reputation for superb quality and attention to detail.
Event venue cost starting as low as $1,500 non-peak, up to $6,500 depending upon day of the week and time of the year. Catering menu options start as low as $17 per person. Cash bar and open bar options starting as low as $25 per person. This is one of the best values and elegant venues in the Indianapolis and surrounding area.
