Friday night Garba (Indian Folk Dance program) and Saturday wedding dinner (after the cocktail hour that was catered by the venue). He seamlessly worked with the site and their caterer's and thought of details I hadn't. Their dishes were creative and delicious; he had great suggestions on the menu, set-up, flow of event, etc. He was a really good listener too. Everyone at our wedding loved the food: Americans without any Asian heritage, Indian Americans, Indians, and Southeast Asians. He also was able to add some Southeast Asian elements to the menus (from Sambal) since we wanted some food to represent the groom's Thai and Filipino origins. And he even sourced Ube ice cream when he heard that was one of the groom's favorites. And we were delighted to hear that my daughter's favorite dessert when she visited Thailand -- mango sticky rice -- was on Sambal's menu but with a locally-sourced twist: pumpkin sticky rice. I can't say enough good things about them -- eat at their restaurant at the very least -- the food is delicious.

such tasty food. Everyone kept on commenting on how wonderful all the dishes were. At the wedding, everyone raved about the selection at cocktail hour as well as the main buffet. Navjot was so easy to work with and made sure everything was taken care of as we had discussed prior. He was willing to accommodate special dietary restrictions and really made our events perfect!
Highly recommend Navjot and the Chutney team. You won’t find better Indian food in the Westchester area. His team is easy to work with and we got dozens of compliments on the food....

s. I found him to be the single most accommodating and professional caterer through all of our wedding events and highly recommended him to friends in the Hudson River Valley area. He cooks great Indian food and since we are Pakistani and couldn't find a Pakistani caterer for 200+ people in the area he helped us with the menu as much as he could. od is even the Queen’s Sunday dinner. At Sangeet, we had live street food stations of Aloo Tikki Cholley, Punjabi Papadi Chat, and Chili Chicken. We had passed appetizers of Aloo Samosas, Fish Amritsari, Lamb Seekh Kebab, Hara Bhara Kebab, Bhajjia, and Chicken Achari Tikka. The actual meal consisted of staples like Bhindi Masala, Saag Paneer, Lamb Rogan Josh, Baigan Bharta, Saffron Pulao, and more. It was a feast! Navjot Arora and his team were amazing to work with, and we would do it again in a heartbeat. Definitely a top 3 favorite vendor we would recommend, and was in fact recommended to us through our closets family friends.
