Welcome to Chuy's, your premier wedding caterer voted #1 Tex-Mex in Orlando, FL, two years in a row by the Orlando Sentinel! Tex what? While we refer to our food as “Tex-Mex,” our menu is made up of a combination of flavors, with recipes and ingredients from across New Mexico, Mexican border towns, the Rio Grande Valley, deep South Texas, Austin, and beyond. Our Green Chile sauce recipe was “borrowed” from a little hole-in-the-wall in Española, New Mexico, and our fajita marinade is an old South Texas family recipe (used at some “infamous” South Padre Island beach parties). Mike and John wanted to bring FRESH to Tex-Mex, and that commitment to food is still the core of everything Chuy's does today. Chuy’s strives to offer high-quality service, catering events with cuisine services that include lunches, rehearsal dinners, hors d'oeuvres, and cocktail receptions. We are passionate about our clients and their potential dietary restrictions. Because of this, we have taken special care to accommodate gluten-free, nut-free, vegan, vegetarian, and no-pork dietary requirements.

nue that we needed to incorporate this into our reception. Once our venue confirmed we could use an outside vendor, we were thrilled to book with Chuy’s! They were easy to communicate with and it ended up being one of the most talked about vendors that we had! Set up went seamless and there was an instant line of guests eating and taking photos. What a hit! Would instantly book again!
