Chuy's Tex Mex is a wedding catering company operating out of Raleigh, NC. For more than four decades, the talented crew of professional foodies has provided celebrations with delicious Tex-Mex cuisine crafted with love. They offer a sumptuous selection of Southern-inspired dining that guests will love, from classic tacos to delicious enchiladas and everything in between. The first Chuy’s Tex Mex restaurant was opened in downtown Austin in 1982 by founders Mike Young and John Zapp. Over the years, the business continued to grow and earned a reputation for its delicious dishes crafted using classic Southern recipes and ingredients. Today, the company has dozens of locations nationwide and a team that's committed to delighting every last client. Chuy’s Tex Mex is available to provide catering services for events held both off-site, as well as in the restaurant's private spaces. Available for engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, receptions, and more, their team works hard so that every stage of the celebration can taste incredible. They'll work alongside you to craft a bespoke menu filled with your favorite dishes, whatever they may be. This can include nut-free, pork-free, vegan, and vegetarian alternatives. These professionals will take care of delivery, setup, and cleanup services on the day, too. Please note that travel range is up to an hour away from either our Cary, NC or Raleigh, NC locations.
