To say Ciao Bella was absolutely amazing & perfect is an understatement. Deanna and her teams level of organization, timeliness, patience, attention to detail and amazing energy is unmatched. As an event planner myself, I had an extremely high bar of what I expected my day of coordinator to do. She absolutely exceeded them with flying colors. Deanna managed all 20+ of our vendors with ease and always had a smile on her face. Deanna deserves a 10000/10. I would recommend Ciao Bella to everyone. I wish I could get married 10 more times just to work with her again! Having a day of planner was an incredible decision and having Ciao Bella exceeded all of my expectations!

I have been telling everyone that this was the best wedding investment I made! During our initial call, I was between the Coordinated Bride Package and the Partial Wedding Planning Package. Deanna recommended her Coordinated Bride package since by that time I had already booked a majority of my vendors and had a lot of planning underway- I truly appreciate that she did not try to push a more expensive package on me. Despite using her smaller package, she helped immensely! She is incredibly organized, responsive, and knowledgeable. My wedding day was smooth and stress free because of Ciao Bella Events.

There are few things that leave me speechless and one of those things is Deanna and the CBE team. There is so much that goes into a wedding day that having someone to guide you is of utmost importance. Having Deanna and her team specifically was the best decision we ever made. They are absolutely STELLAR at what they do and did an amazing job for us every single step of the way to and on our wedding day. We had the Day-Of Coordination & Wedding Management package that starts 2 months before the wedding. Deanna was extremely organized, paid attention to every little detail, was extremely supportive & honest with me in the months leading up and handled all coordination with my venue + vendors. This alleviated so much stress as we got closer to the wedding. On the day of the wedding she took care of EVERYTHING from start to finish, calmed my nerves, was the go-to person, and made sure everything was being taken care of allowing both me and my husband to be fully present and enjoy our day. Anything my husband and I needed, she and her team were right there - right on down to personal fans during our 90+ degree outdoor photos and ceremony. Hiring Ciao Bella Events was the BEST decision for our wedding day. Deanna is truly an amazing human to work with -- we chose the package that kicks off 2 months before the wedding, and continues for a full day of coordination, and everything went BEYOND our expectations. From Deanna's initial outreach in March to kick off our process, she was SO attentive to details and so organized. She set up a website for us to utilize, with all the planning tools and tips included, from a guest list organizer, to a seating chart platform, to a gratuity guide. Every single question I had was answered within hours through email, which is amazing turnaround especially during wedding season! The morning of, she texted me to check in before she arrived, asking if she could grab anything last minute -- which helped settle my nerves. She arrived right on time with her assistant, and they got right to work steaming the bridesmaid dresses and answering anyone's questions that came up. She handled coordinating with the venue regarding a rain plan, all gratuity envelopes, and making sure we stuck to the timeline (which was SO important). The rest of the day went SEAMLESSLY, all because of CBE! I cannot say thank you enough, especially coming from a control freak, OCD bride who thought I'd be worrying all day about the little things. Deanna took that stress right off my shoulders, which I will be forever grateful for!

I cannot say enough good things about Deanna and CBE! After our very first consultation call about 10 months out from our August 2023 wedding, Deanna left me with so much confidence, I instantly knew I wanted to bring her on to help plan and execute our big day. My husband and I opted for CBE's Coordinated Bride package, which we felt was very affordable and fit our needs perfectly. The months leading up to the wedding Deanna was there for it all (the questions, the walk-throughs, general advice, etc.) and never missed a beat. Not only is she extremely organized and very knowledgeable in the wedding space, but her positive, can-do attitude and warm demeanor made her an absolute pleasure to be around and collaborate with. Overall, Deanna and her team exceeded all of our expectations leading up to, and of course, throughout our wedding day. She played such a huge part in helping execute everything to perfection and make our day so special; I can confidently say I don't know what we would have done without her! If you are in search for a wedding planner/coordinator or on the fence about booking one, I highly recommend CBE -- Deanna's expertise and services are phenomenal and well worth it!

Deanna and her team at CBE were there for me and my husband every step of the way. When we started this journey planning our dream wedding over a year and a half ago, CBE immediately made us feel taken care of. Deanna was present at every vendor call and knew every question to ask! Her professionalism paired with her kindness and deep understanding of what we were going through made us feel so secure and at ease (even when a hurricane hit during our family photos!) She kept me calm not only during the planning process, but was such a grounding force on the day of. She kept all of us (including the venue and their staff) organized and on schedule. She made my family feel special and at ease as well, knowing what to do and who to talk to every step of the way. She was the fixer of the day and night and never let my husband or I worry. If there was an option for 10 stars, that's what I'd give. Could not recommend Deanna and CBE ENOUGH!!!

I wish I could give 6 stars. My husband and I decided to hire CBE a few months before the wedding and it was the best decision we made. We worked with Deanna 2 months leading up to the wedding and she was absolutely wonderful. She truly cares and it shows in how she runs her business. Deanna helped us stay super organized, attended all of our final vendor appointments and made sure we felt confident that everything was completed before the wedding. On the day of, we worked with Ali and Michelle and they were so helpful, kind, professional and friendly! CBE is the dream team and we are so happy that we had them help us bring our wedding vision to life!

Her professionalism can’t be matched. She is timely, organized, prepared, honest, smart and genuine. I can confidently say without Deanna my wedding would not have been what it was. There wasn’t a moment I felt worried as I knew she had everything covered, and was two steps ahead of me. I couldn’t recommend Ciao Bella enough. Hiring a day of coordinator was the best decision I made for my wedding day. Most venues come with an event planner but having someone who is fully dedicated to you as the bride and groom makes the day run so smoothly! Deanna was honestly a dream! The email corespondance was quick and extremely helpful. She provided me with a website to track everything single detail of my wedding. She managed all of the vendors and made sure the space was set up correctly. We had a little issue with the florist and our ceremony arch, and Deanna handled it with no stress or anxiety. The entire day was perfect. I cannot recommend Caio Bella events enough!

Deanna is AMAZING!!! I seriously do not know how I would have had a successful wedding without her. CBE made my wedding run as smoothly as possible. So smoothly that writing this review fell off my radar for over 2 months. My advice is to hire a planner that feels like talking with a friend (Deanna!) that helps make the wedding of your dreams come to life. I opted for the Coordinated Bride package where I had access to Deanna and her resources starting 2 months in advance. We got engaged in late July 2021 and got married in late April 2023 so I had plenty of time to knock off the big ticket items myself and having a planner step in at the final sprint was exactly what I needed. I was able to text Deanna like I was texting a friend, and all of the resources available through AislePlanner were invaluable. I was also able to seamlessly link her into my Zola, wedding ceremony planner (Provenance) and on every email to vendors. After talking so much with Deanna leading up to the wedding I did truly wish that she would be a part of the day of, but due to a previous booking I worked with two of her associates Ali and Andrea who were AMAZING. It was as if I had been working with them as well the entire time. They came out on Thursday to a venue walkthrough with my whole family which was so helpful. They truly made the day go off without a hitch. From steaming dresses to coordinating timelines, entrances, and keeping me calm since it was a literal monsoon on 4/29/23, they do it all. Run don't walk to the easiest way to enjoy your wedding!!!!!!!

Working with Deanna and her team was simply a wonderful experience! From beginning to end, Deanna kept us on track and organized all while being kind and a pleasure to work with. Additionally, Deanna was on top of all of the little details on the day of so that we could be stress free and enjoy the day. Hiring Ciao Bella Events was the best wedding planning decision we made. Deanna and her team are incredibly attentive and professional. With their help, my husband and I could share the planning load with experienced professionals and enjoy our wedding day without managing the event ourselves. Since my husband and I were planning the wedding with minimal input from our families, Ciao Bella offered us guidance and expertise on all things wedding planning. From helping us decide on picking the right décor, the ceremony processional/recessional order, and even allowing us to vent during our chats. Deanna is extremely kind and pleasant to work with. When our time was over, I was sad that I wouldn’t get to chat with her as often because she was just a light in the planning process. The most valuable tasks Deanna led were the day of timeline and executing tasks along with her assistant on site. Handling all the vendors in a discreet, confidential way and ensuring the wedding day was seamless. I 100% recommend working with Ciao Bella and would give SIX STARS if I could.

Hiring CBE for full service planning was one of the best wedding decisions I made! Deanna was organized, punctual (the fastest to reply) and overall so easy to work with. She put her knowledge of the wedding industry in every meeting that a bride would never think to ask or know. She took on tasks flawlessly such as making our timeline, walking us through getting a marriage license (reached out to the borough for us), collected vendor COIs and made sure the venue was on page with everything. Deanna did an amazing job leading our rehearsal. For our wedding day, her and Michelle were absolutely rockstars making sure everything was perfect (and it was)! No detail was overlooked. Throughout the day, the team would ask if my husband and I needed anything. Deanna kept a water bottle in our backpack for us the whole day- a small example of how these little things make CBE next level. I cannot thank CBE enough and wish it’s much deserved success. They put myself and my husband’s wants and needs over everything. I wish every bride the wonderful wedding planning/ wedding experience I had thanks to Deanna.

Deanna was by far the best vendor we hired. It sounds weird to even call her a vendor because she was so much more than that! Deanna gave us so much help before the wedding day even arrived. I knew we made the right choice before even meeting her in person. When she arrived at the venue she was immediately on top of everything from grabbing the rings and marriage certificate from us to making sure the room was being set up. She had the answer for everything and advice for me all throughout the day. We did not have to worry about a single thing. Something was wrong with the photo booth that the DJ provided. Deanna ran to the bridal suite, grabbed my Polaroid cameras and set up her own little photo booth. Our ceremony was on top of a mountain, which the venue provided golf carts for us to get up. Deanna drove me up in her personal vehicle so that my dress did not get dirty. She really cares deeply for her brides and that is something I’ll never forget. When booking with Ciao Bella, you are getting the best possible service and you can enjoy your event knowing they have it covered.

Deanna is your GIRL! She was seriously a god send. I was struggling with a few things and she came in and just took over and I literally felt instant relief the minute I found her. Through her work and recommended vendors, they helped our vision come to life and even exceeded it!! Not is Deanna amazing at her job, you can tell she loves doing it. She is so easy to get in touch with and is quick to respond. 10/10!!!!

Deanna and her team at Ciao Bella Events are UNREAL!!! I could not have gotten through my wedding planning and wedding day without them! They truly were so on top of everything, and were with us every step of the way. I got make up on my dress, and boom she had a shout wipe to clean it. I was dying of thirst during our first look pictures, and they literally fed me water. Would highly recommend hiring and would hire CBE again 10 times over!! My in-laws also ended up having her help coordinate for our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner the night before and have nothing but amazing things to say. Lastly, Deanna helped specifically soooo much with our wedding timeline and making sure all of the vendors were on board with what we wanted, which was huge because our photographer was giving us push back on timing and she handled it all perfectly!

Deanna and her team at Ciao Bella Events are beyond amazing!!! I was hesitant at first to hire a day of coordinator but now have no clue how my wedding would’ve happened without her. I felt an instant connection on our discovery call and knew Deanna was the right fit. I had major issues with my venue after changing management and Deanna was amazing to help assist with all the issues that came up. She was so easy to communicate and always available to answer any questions leading up to the event. Deanna also helped to manage all my different vendors which also had some other hiccups. Lastly; on the day of my wedding, the venue didn’t follow any of our requests, so Deanna and her assistant Alicia made sure they made the room exactly how we discussed. Without Deanna, my wedding wouldn’t have been my vision at all. I’m so happy to have worked with Deanna and appreciate everything she did. She’s extremely talented and will help bring your dream wedding come to life!

We hired CiaoBellaEvents- Deanna, to be our day-of-coordinator. She was so professional and helpful from the start. A month out, when her services started, I knew I could go to her for any questions. Her advice was so helpful and I could tell how knowledgeable she is from being in the industry for so long. She made sure she had all of my vendor contacts as well as the contracts in case of any discrepancies. She was coordinating with all of my vendors before the big day. The morning of, her and her assistant, Ali arrived right on time and got to work. They steamed my dress along with all of my bridesmaids dresses (8!). They laid out all the details for the photographer to capture detail shots in another room. They were so on top of everything and made me feel so secure. We still had a good amount of setting up at the venue to do which I was very stressed about but Deanna and Ali went to the venue early to do it all. They did an INCREDIBLE job. I could not have asked for a better company to work with. When we met them there, they coordinated with the photographer, videographer, caterer and DJ to ensure that everything was running smoothly. There was an issue with the cake that my husband knew about but Deanna told him to not tell me until the next day (thank you!!). Deanna was so professional and took charge, even though the pre-ceremony was so hectic and with such a large wedding party, she was able to keep everything running smoothly. We especially felt how important Deanna was when she left after the contracted 8 hours. Our reception entrance was running behind and therefore dinner and the timeline was pushed back at least 20 minutes. So, I wish we could’ve had Deanna and Ali with us the entire day. Overall I could not have been happier with her services and would 100% hire her again. I will recommend her to anyone getting married! Deanna was a dream to work with!

Where to begin? I don't know how I would have gotten through the day without Deanna and Alicia. Deanna was fantastic about helping me finalize all the last-minute details in the few weeks leading up to the wedding, working with me to build out a great day-of timeline, coordinating transportation for our guests to the afterparty and back to their hotel, and so much more. The day of, she and Alicia arrived with a treasure trove of emergency kit items (shout-out to the double-sided tape!), were right by my side whenever I needed anything like water or a snack, and ensured everything at the venue was set up exactly how I wanted it. They were also super communicative with all our vendors to make sure everything went smoothly and according to schedule, and were so attentive not only to me but to my mother and our whole family. I had the best day ever thanks to them. I can't wait to hire them for another event!

Deanna was super helpful! I hired her and her team to help tie everything together one month before our wedding. Deanna and her sister literally made my wedding day. Not only the month up to the wedding did she stay in contact with me (and contact all my vendors for me) but the day of my wedding they were absolutely amazing. A million little things you wouldn’t think of (example : double sided tape) she had. One of my bridesmaids dresses broke, boom she was there to take care of it. I needed some champagne to calm my nerves, she was next to me handing me a glass. My limo was late, before I could even ask.. she had already called. She made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it, without me having to do it. She made my day so stress free so I could really just ENJOY. Which is all i wanted. It was truly the best desicion I made for my wedding. So ladies, If you are on the fence about this, DO IT. If it’s something you didn’t think about, think about it, you need it!

My husband and I are both so happy she and her assistant were there to help us with literally everything! From preparing timelines and confirming all of our vendors the month before, to getting ready, to handling all tips and final payments, to keeping us cool in the dreadful heat during pictures, to moving and helping to set up all of our decor, we didn’t have to worry or stress about anything and we fully enjoyed every second of our day. My husband and some family even came up to me and were shocked at how calm I was throughout the entire day, and it’s all because of Deanna! You are in great hands with them and I can’t thank them enough for helping to make our day even more perfect!
