Ciao Bella Events

ily available during our big day if any problems or mishaps were to happen. Thank you so much for making our wedding journey as less painful and nerve wrecking as possible!

veryone was on the same page (often trouble shooting solutions long before they became problems), and made sure everything on the day was seamless and stress free. She and Linda were incredible on the day of the wedding - even pinning up my wedding dress right before the reception when we realized it was too long and I couldn’t walk without tripping. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and would recommend her to any couple!

hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Deanna ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish. She reviewed all of our vendor contracts, built and managed the timelines, handled time management flawlessly, and truly made our entire wedding day completely stress-free. Our day went off without a single hitch, and that is 100% because of her and her team. Both Deanna and Erica are beyond sweet, calm, organized, and such a pleasure to work with. They made us feel so supported the entire time. My mom even said, “I don’t know what we would have done without Deanna,” which says it all. I truly could not recommend Deanna and her team more. Anyone who says you don’t need a wedding coordinator is lying — you absolutely do, and Deanna is the one you want.

uld’ve imagined. I’m a very organized and involved person, so I honestly never thought I’d be able to be fully relaxed on my wedding day. But I couldn’t have been more relaxed, comfortable, and completely present and in the moment- and I attest my ability to be able to do that all to Deanna. From the early planning stages, to executing the day, and everything in between, she was on top of everything and it was such a gift to be able to go into our day knowing it was in the BEST hands. We can’t recommend Deanna enough, we’re seriously so lucky to have had her as our planner!

h more. She kept every detail beautifully organized, anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, and brought a sense of calm and confidence to every step of the process. Her preparation was truly incredible. No matter the scenario, Deanna had a plan in place and made sure everything flowed effortlessly. She took care of our families, our wedding party, our vendors, everyone, so that we could simply enjoy our day without an ounce of stress. Because of her, our wedding was not just seamless, but genuinely magical. We are endlessly grateful for her dedication, professionalism, and warm, thoughtful approach. Ciao Bella Events is the best of the best, and Deanna is an absolute gem. Highly, highly recommend!

planner. She was absolutely amazing, organized, attentive, and always on top of every detail. She truly listened to us and made sure our day flowed seamlessly. I can’t even imagine all the chaos she managed behind the scenes, keeping it completely away from us so we could just enjoy the moment. My husband even called her our guardian angel. All of our friends commented on how she was the best coordinator they have ever worked with. Do yourself a favor and book Deanna, you will be so grateful you did!

Deanna went above and beyond to keep us organized — collecting contracts, setting up meetings with vendors, and staying on top of every detail. She acted as our advocate with vendors and venues, making sure everything went smoothly and that our vision was always respected. Having her assist with all the communication and scheduling in those final weeks truly saved my sanity and allowed me to go into the day calm, collected, and fully present. On the wedding day itself, Deanna kept everything running calmly and on schedule. She brought such a positive attitude and was so kind and respectful to our families and bridal party, which made the whole day feel effortless and joyful. Knowing she was there to handle the details gave us the peace of mind to focus entirely on celebrating with our loved ones. I cannot recommend Deanna and Ciao Bella Coordination enough! She made the biggest difference in helping us enjoy the day exactly how we imagined it.

ng handled with their attention to detail truly making all the difference. They were so easy to feel comfortable around and trust, especially on such a high-anxiety day. There wasn’t a single second when I felt like they weren’t paying the closest attention to all the details seen and unseen. We’re so grateful for all the care and effort they put into making the day so special — we couldn’t have done it without Ciao Bella Events!

the wedding day. We cannot thank her enough.

dible attention to detail allowed me to feel relaxed, grounded, and fully present — which is honestly the greatest gift you can give a bride. I never had to worry about what was going on behind the scenes because I knew Deanna had it all under control. She kept everything running smoothly and handled every detail with care and professionalism. Leading up to the day, she was always available to answer my many questions, offer advice, and was a true source of support whenever I felt overwhelmed or stressed. So many of our guests commented on how well-organized and effortless the day felt, and that’s 100% because of her. Ciao Bella Events played such an essential role in making our wedding feel magical, meaningful, and unforgettable. If you’re looking for someone who will bring calm, clarity, and care to one of the most important days of your life, I can’t recommend Deanna and Ciao Bella Events enough.

ding and became so much more than that. From the moment she stepped in, she brought order, clarity, and calm to what had felt like total chaos. She kept me organized, helped me prioritize, and made sure absolutely nothing fell through the cracks. On the actual wedding day, she was a total rockstar—handling everything behind the scenes so flawlessly that I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. I got to be present and actually enjoy my wedding knowing she had it all under control. She has the perfect mix of professionalism, warmth, and “get-it-done” energy that every bride needs. I truly don’t know how I would’ve pulled it all off without her. If you’re on the fence—hire her. You’ll be thanking yourself every step of the way.

e overwhelming, but her patience, kindness, and expertise made every step of the journey feel effortless. She never rushed us, always gave us the time we needed to make decisions, and ensured we felt completely at ease throughout the entire process. On our wedding day, Deanna was nothing short of incredible. She executed our timeline flawlessly, staying on top of every little detail while making sure everything ran smoothly. From perfecting our décor setup to coordinating with vendors and keeping everything on schedule, she handled it all with grace and precision. Because of her, we were able to fully enjoy our special day without a single worry. We truly cannot thank Deanna and Linda enough for bringing our vision to life and making our wedding day as magical as we had dreamed. If you're looking for a wedding planner who is organized, dedicated, and an absolute joy to work with, look no further than Ciao Bella Events!

olutely perfect, and it was entirely because of Deanna’s help! We didn’t have any worries that day, because Deanna and Ally had everything under control. When things needed to shift, they were on it. When something unexpected happened, they rolled with it. I was able to stay calm and present the entire day because I trusted that Deanna understood what we wanted and she was completely in control. She also helped pull together a videographer less than 24 hours before the wedding when my grandparents fell ill and I last minute decided we needed a recording for them. Anyone who is possibly thinking about hiring her should stop thinking and do it, and anyone who is not thinking about hiring her should re-evaluate their priorities. Having Deanna and Ally allowed me to be present for the whole day, without worrying about details, logistics, or corralling all the involved people. She is worth every penny and so much more. Deanna and Ally- THANK YOU! You have no idea how much of a difference you made for us, we will be forever grateful ❤️

day. She worked with all my vendors to finalize timelines and payments, navigated any issues I was facing with vendors, kept me organized and on top of my checklist to ensure I had everything ready to go before my wedding day. She not only was professional and organized but gave her insight and opinions when I was overwhelmed or didn’t know what to do. The logistics of my wedding day were tricky – my husband and I got ready at two different locations and the ceremony and reception were also at separate spots, however, Deanna and her assistant always stayed on top of our vendors, our bridal party and family to transition everyone smoothly from one spot to the next. I truly believe the day would not have been as amazing and stress free without the help of Deanna and her team. I highly recommend a coordinator if you’re on the fence of hiring one and would look nowhere else besides Ciao Bella!

go, Deanna stepped in and truly transformed the experience for us. Her extensive knowledge is invaluable, and she’s seen it all—always offering the best advice and proactively addressing potential scenarios. I felt completely at ease confiding in her about all aspects of our wedding. The resources she provided were instrumental in tying up the small but crucial details, which also helped our families who were involved in the planning. Deanna is organized, kind, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring everything runs smoothly so that couples and their loved ones can relax and enjoy the celebration. On our big day, she was a calming presence. From steaming the bridesmaids' dresses to flawlessly managing the timeline and coordinating with every vendor behind the scenes, Deanna took a huge weight off our shoulders. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She and her assistant, Ali, ensured everything flowed seamlessly, assisted the photographer and videographer to capture every moment perfectly, ensured we felt comfortable from start to finish, and effectively communicated with the venue staff to keep us on track and aid the flow of the evening. I am truly in awe of the care and energy Deanna and her team brought to our special day. I wholeheartedly recommend Ciao Bella Events to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator who will go above and beyond. Thank you, Deanna, for making our day absolutely perfect!

ization, and was with me during my special day to make sure everything went smoothly and I didn't have to worry about a thing. I could not have done this without her and her assistant. Truly she was indispensable and well worth the cost. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for help with the final stretch of wedding day. If I could go back in time I would hire her for full planning services!

unmatched. As an event planner myself, I had an extremely high bar of what I expected my day of coordinator to do. She absolutely exceeded them with flying colors. Deanna managed all 20+ of our vendors with ease and always had a smile on her face. Deanna deserves a 10000/10. I would recommend Ciao Bella to everyone. I wish I could get married 10 more times just to work with her again! Having a day of planner was an incredible decision and having Ciao Bella exceeded all of my expectations!

a huge help in working with our vendors directly and keeping us on schedule. I highly recommend!

ugh every step of the planning process with ease and professionalism. On our wedding day, the weather was quite unpredictable, but Deanna handled everything flawlessly. She ensured all the vendors were well-informed and coordinated, making sure the day went off without a hitch. Thanks to her, I was able to fully enjoy my special day without any stress. Her timely responses and attention to detail were invaluable. If you're looking for a wedding planner who will go above and beyond to make your day perfect, look no further than Ciao Bella Events!

Package. Deanna recommended her Coordinated Bride package since by that time I had already booked a majority of my vendors and had a lot of planning underway- I truly appreciate that she did not try to push a more expensive package on me. Despite using her smaller package, she helped immensely! She is incredibly organized, responsive, and knowledgeable. My wedding day was smooth and stress free because of Ciao Bella Events.

of utmost importance. Having Deanna and her team specifically was the best decision we ever made. They are absolutely STELLAR at what they do and did an amazing job for us every single step of the way to and on our wedding day. We had the Day-Of Coordination & Wedding Management package that starts 2 months before the wedding. Deanna was extremely organized, paid attention to every little detail, was extremely supportive & honest with me in the months leading up and handled all coordination with my venue + vendors. This alleviated so much stress as we got closer to the wedding. On the day of the wedding she took care of EVERYTHING from start to finish, calmed my nerves, was the go-to person, and made sure everything was being taken care of allowing both me and my husband to be fully present and enjoy our day. Anything my husband and I needed, she and her team were right there - right on down to personal fans during our 90+ degree outdoor photos and ceremony. There are not enough thank you’s we could say!!!! We are so grateful for Deanna + CBE so much!!! 100000000/10 recommend!!!! <3

, and continues for a full day of coordination, and everything went BEYOND our expectations. From Deanna's initial outreach in March to kick off our process, she was SO attentive to details and so organized. She set up a website for us to utilize, with all the planning tools and tips included, from a guest list organizer, to a seating chart platform, to a gratuity guide. Every single question I had was answered within hours through email, which is amazing turnaround especially during wedding season! The morning of, she texted me to check in before she arrived, asking if she could grab anything last minute -- which helped settle my nerves. She arrived right on time with her assistant, and they got right to work steaming the bridesmaid dresses and answering anyone's questions that came up. She handled coordinating with the venue regarding a rain plan, all gratuity envelopes, and making sure we stuck to the timeline (which was SO important). The rest of the day went SEAMLESSLY, all because of CBE! I cannot say thank you enough, especially coming from a control freak, OCD bride who thought I'd be worrying all day about the little things. Deanna took that stress right off my shoulders, which I will be forever grateful for!

ere for us every step of the way, demonstrating her impeccable organization skills and unwavering dedication. Right from our initial conversation, it was evident that working with her would be a joy. Her portal was a breeze to navigate, providing us with everything we needed effortlessly. Deanna's resourcefulness and genuine kindness made the entire process feel like a breeze. She wasn't just our wedding planner; she felt like a cherished friend, and we truly miss collaborating with her! For any couples embarking on the journey of wedding planning, we wholeheartedly recommend Deanna and Ciao Bella Events for a seamless and unforgettable experience. Thank you, Deanna, for making our special day truly magical!

ce, I instantly knew I wanted to bring her on to help plan and execute our big day. My husband and I opted for CBE's Coordinated Bride package, which we felt was very affordable and fit our needs perfectly. The months leading up to the wedding Deanna was there for it all (the questions, the walk-throughs, general advice, etc.) and never missed a beat. Not only is she extremely organized and very knowledgeable in the wedding space, but her positive, can-do attitude and warm demeanor made her an absolute pleasure to be around and collaborate with. Overall, Deanna and her team exceeded all of our expectations leading up to, and of course, throughout our wedding day. She played such a huge part in helping execute everything to perfection and make our day so special; I can confidently say I don't know what we would have done without her! If you are in search for a wedding planner/coordinator or on the fence about booking one, I highly recommend CBE -- Deanna's expertise and services are phenomenal and well worth it!

ly made us feel taken care of. Deanna was present at every vendor call and knew every question to ask! Her professionalism paired with her kindness and deep understanding of what we were going through made us feel so secure and at ease (even when a hurricane hit during our family photos!) She kept me calm not only during the planning process, but was such a grounding force on the day of. She kept all of us (including the venue and their staff) organized and on schedule. She made my family feel special and at ease as well, knowing what to do and who to talk to every step of the way. She was the fixer of the day and night and never let my husband or I worry. If there was an option for 10 stars, that's what I'd give. Could not recommend Deanna and CBE ENOUGH!!!

the wedding and she was absolutely wonderful. She truly cares and it shows in how she runs her business. Deanna helped us stay super organized, attended all of our final vendor appointments and made sure we felt confident that everything was completed before the wedding. On the day of, we worked with Ali and Michelle and they were so helpful, kind, professional and friendly! CBE is the dream team and we are so happy that we had them help us bring our wedding vision to life!

ssionalism can’t be matched. She is timely, organized, prepared, honest, smart and genuine. I can confidently say without Deanna my wedding would not have been what it was. There wasn’t a moment I felt worried as I knew she had everything covered, and was two steps ahead of me. I couldn’t recommend Ciao Bella enough. Save yourself the stress and actuallt enjoy your wedding day by going with De and her team :)

d groom makes the day run so smoothly! Deanna was honestly a dream! The email corespondance was quick and extremely helpful. She provided me with a website to track everything single detail of my wedding. She managed all of the vendors and made sure the space was set up correctly. We had a little issue with the florist and our ceremony arch, and Deanna handled it with no stress or anxiety. The entire day was perfect. I cannot recommend Caio Bella events enough!

the wedding industry. She helped us plan every step of the way and was a huge help the day of the wedding. I cannot recommend Deanna at Ciao Bella Events enough!!!

with a friend (Deanna!) that helps make the wedding of your dreams come to life. I opted for the Coordinated Bride package where I had access to Deanna and her resources starting 2 months in advance. We got engaged in late July 2021 and got married in late April 2023 so I had plenty of time to knock off the big ticket items myself and having a planner step in at the final sprint was exactly what I needed. I was able to text Deanna like I was texting a friend, and all of the resources available through AislePlanner were invaluable. I was also able to seamlessly link her into my Zola, wedding ceremony planner (Provenance) and on every email to vendors. After talking so much with Deanna leading up to the wedding I did truly wish that she would be a part of the day of, but due to a previous booking I worked with two of her associates Ali and Andrea who were AMAZING. It was as if I had been working with them as well the entire time. They came out on Thursday to a venue walkthrough with my whole family which was so helpful. They truly made the day go off without a hitch. From steaming dresses to coordinating timelines, entrances, and keeping me calm since it was a literal monsoon on 4/29/23, they do it all. Run don't walk to the easiest way to enjoy your wedding!!!!!!!

dditionally, Deanna was on top of all of the little details on the day of so that we could be stress free and enjoy the day. I would highly recommend Ciao Bella to anyone getting married in the NJ area :)

kful to Deanna and her team for keeping my wedding day on track. She even troubleshooted some challenges that came our way with a smile and a solution. I'm beyond grateful for all the help CBE gave me leading up to the big day too – if it wasn't for Deanna, the day would have gone very differently. So thank you Deanna and Ciao Bella for giving me the joys of my wedding day!

e the planning load with experienced professionals and enjoy our wedding day without managing the event ourselves. Since my husband and I were planning the wedding with minimal input from our families, Ciao Bella offered us guidance and expertise on all things wedding planning. From helping us decide on picking the right décor, the ceremony processional/recessional order, and even allowing us to vent during our chats. Deanna is extremely kind and pleasant to work with. When our time was over, I was sad that I wouldn’t get to chat with her as often because she was just a light in the planning process. The most valuable tasks Deanna led were the day of timeline and executing tasks along with her assistant on site. Handling all the vendors in a discreet, confidential way and ensuring the wedding day was seamless. I 100% recommend working with Ciao Bella and would give SIX STARS if I could.

. She made sure all the small details were taken care of and allowed me to truly enjoy my wedding stress free. I'm forever thankful for her and CBE!! <3

er knowledge of the wedding industry in every meeting that a bride would never think to ask or know. She took on tasks flawlessly such as making our timeline, walking us through getting a marriage license (reached out to the borough for us), collected vendor COIs and made sure the venue was on page with everything. Deanna did an amazing job leading our rehearsal. For our wedding day, her and Michelle were absolutely rockstars making sure everything was perfect (and it was)! No detail was overlooked. Throughout the day, the team would ask if my husband and I needed anything. Deanna kept a water bottle in our backpack for us the whole day- a small example of how these little things make CBE next level. I cannot thank CBE enough and wish it’s much deserved success. They put myself and my husband’s wants and needs over everything. I wish every bride the wonderful wedding planning/ wedding experience I had thanks to Deanna.

n arrived. I knew we made the right choice before even meeting her in person. When she arrived at the venue she was immediately on top of everything from grabbing the rings and marriage certificate from us to making sure the room was being set up. She had the answer for everything and advice for me all throughout the day. We did not have to worry about a single thing. Something was wrong with the photo booth that the DJ provided. Deanna ran to the bridal suite, grabbed my Polaroid cameras and set up her own little photo booth. Our ceremony was on top of a mountain, which the venue provided golf carts for us to get up. Deanna drove me up in her personal vehicle so that my dress did not get dirty. She really cares deeply for her brides and that is something I’ll never forget. When booking with Ciao Bella, you are getting the best possible service and you can enjoy your event knowing they have it covered.

Through her work and recommended vendors, they helped our vision come to life and even exceeded it!! Not is Deanna amazing at her job, you can tell she loves doing it. She is so easy to get in touch with and is quick to respond. 10/10!!!!

d were with us every step of the way. I got make up on my dress, and boom she had a shout wipe to clean it. I was dying of thirst during our first look pictures, and they literally fed me water. Would highly recommend hiring and would hire CBE again 10 times over!! My in-laws also ended up having her help coordinate for our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner the night before and have nothing but amazing things to say. Lastly, Deanna helped specifically soooo much with our wedding timeline and making sure all of the vendors were on board with what we wanted, which was huge because our photographer was giving us push back on timing and she handled it all perfectly!

r. I felt an instant connection on our discovery call and knew Deanna was the right fit. I had major issues with my venue after changing management and Deanna was amazing to help assist with all the issues that came up. She was so easy to communicate and always available to answer any questions leading up to the event. Deanna also helped to manage all my different vendors which also had some other hiccups. Lastly; on the day of my wedding, the venue didn’t follow any of our requests, so Deanna and her assistant Alicia made sure they made the room exactly how we discussed. Without Deanna, my wedding wouldn’t have been my vision at all. I’m so happy to have worked with Deanna and appreciate everything she did. She’s extremely talented and will help bring your dream wedding come to life!

for any questions. Her advice was so helpful and I could tell how knowledgeable she is from being in the industry for so long. She made sure she had all of my vendor contacts as well as the contracts in case of any discrepancies. She was coordinating with all of my vendors before the big day. The morning of, her and her assistant, Ali arrived right on time and got to work. They steamed my dress along with all of my bridesmaids dresses (8!). They laid out all the details for the photographer to capture detail shots in another room. They were so on top of everything and made me feel so secure. We still had a good amount of setting up at the venue to do which I was very stressed about but Deanna and Ali went to the venue early to do it all. They did an INCREDIBLE job. I could not have asked for a better company to work with. When we met them there, they coordinated with the photographer, videographer, caterer and DJ to ensure that everything was running smoothly. There was an issue with the cake that my husband knew about but Deanna told him to not tell me until the next day (thank you!!). Deanna was so professional and took charge, even though the pre-ceremony was so hectic and with such a large wedding party, she was able to keep everything running smoothly. We especially felt how important Deanna was when she left after the contracted 8 hours. Our reception entrance was running behind and therefore dinner and the timeline was pushed back at least 20 minutes. So, I wish we could’ve had Deanna and Ali with us the entire day. Overall I could not have been happier with her services and would 100% hire her again. I will recommend her to anyone getting married! Deanna was a dream to work with!

w weeks leading up to the wedding, working with me to build out a great day-of timeline, coordinating transportation for our guests to the afterparty and back to their hotel, and so much more. The day of, she and Alicia arrived with a treasure trove of emergency kit items (shout-out to the double-sided tape!), were right by my side whenever I needed anything like water or a snack, and ensured everything at the venue was set up exactly how I wanted it. They were also super communicative with all our vendors to make sure everything went smoothly and according to schedule, and were so attentive not only to me but to my mother and our whole family. I had the best day ever thanks to them. I can't wait to hire them for another event!

ted hiccups/challenges throughout the day, but Ciao Bella Events saved the day. We’re so appreciative of Deanna and Alaina for all their help in making our day perfect!

h all our vendors and kept me calm the day of our wedding. My husband had a wardrobe malfunction and they were prepared with a sewing kit. They were on top of keeping everything running on time and smoothly. Hiring Deanna and her team was the best decision we made and I definitely recommend hiring her and her team.

all of our vendors. We were able to enjoy our day knowing that all the little things were taken care of. I highly, highly recommend booking her. Trust me, it will make your life easier.

ing they were absolutely amazing. A million little things you wouldn’t think of (example : double sided tape) she had. One of my bridesmaids dresses broke, boom she was there to take care of it. I needed some champagne to calm my nerves, she was next to me handing me a glass. My limo was late, before I could even ask.. she had already called. She made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it, without me having to do it. She made my day so stress free so I could really just ENJOY. Which is all i wanted. It was truly the best desicion I made for my wedding. So ladies, If you are on the fence about this, DO IT. If it’s something you didn’t think about, think about it, you need it!
