There aren't enough words to describe how happy I am with Nikki's service. She is a preferred vendor at our venue, and everything we saw on her instagram was absolutely stunning so we knew we wanted to at least meet with her. After our initial consultation we had a few conversations about what we could get for our budget, and she mixed things from her different proposals to give us the perfect package. Our ballroom was truly breathtaking and everyone couldn't stop telling us how beautiful our wedding was, and that was all thanks to Nikki. She handled all the florals as well as room décor (chargers, linens, napkins, chargers, pipe and drape, etc.) and it was so great to not have to deal with multiple rental vendors and do it all through Nikki. 10/10 would recommend her for floral and room décor needs!
The services rendered by Nikki and her staff at Ciao Bella was impeccable! Nikki was able to capture my vision and transform the event design for my wedding into a vintage, modern wonderland! She is the only designer that was able to take lemons and incorporate them into my wedding vision and made it lovely! She was punctual, followed through with details and reassured me that all would be marvelous, and it was! Thanks again Ciao Bella for your services! I highly recommend that folks utilize this firm and employ them for their wedding!
Nikki at Ciao Bella did an AMAZING job on our flowers and centerpieces for our April wedding. She re-created the most beautiful bridal bouquet from a picture that I found online with the most vibrant anemones and eucalyptus. She took the time to e-mail me a copy of her design plan with options before we reviewed it in person so that I could carefully prepare for our meeting. I highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking a creative eye when it comes to flowers and design!
Nikki did a great job of making all of our centerpieces look great and just how we wanted them, and my girls and I liked our flowers. The reason I gave her a 3 instead of a 1 is because the centerpieces in our tables really did look beautiful, but she failed when it came to some important details. During the planning phase we had to make alot of revisions, and she didn't have a checklist of who typically gets flowers, so since we forgot to include the preacher and she never mentioned anything, he didn't get one (not so big of a deal, but it gets worse). She also forgot to put the 2 large arrangements outside during the ceremony, and it looked like the ceremony site was really lacking something. It was still beautiful b/c Glendalough (our venue) is a beautiful place, but it would have been stunning if she did not forget to put the large arrangements there. They were supposed to be 2 of the large centerpieces to be repurposed on the reception tables. Lastly, she made my mother and my mother in-law's corsages with large FAKE PLASTIC leaves. Who would do that for the mother of the bride?! The person who is paying for everything and going to every meeting with the bride should be the last person to get anything fake especially since we never once tried to haggle on price or get it lowered. We paid ALOT of money for our flowers and went $2,000 over budget (spent $5,000 total to get most of what we wanted), and it is so obvious in our pictures that it is fake, and is so disappointing and upsetting. Just grab some leaves from the bushes or trees outside if you are out of real leaves. My mom was so embarrassed getting fake stuff when we paid so much money. I do not recommend her.
