e quality that he does actually enjoy his work, he really wants to make couples happy, he is genuinely excited about how he can help you and your family, and he will be there for you time and again to help with whatever you need. I had a picture of what I wanted. Greg was there to help make that picture become reality, along with all the expertise, experience, and knowledge to make it even better. He had suggestions here and there and didn't mind if they were rejected or not. He was genuinely interested in my family and our story. We would sit and bs over a couple beers (in the shop) about whatever came up in discussion. My circumstances were a little special too: though I'm from the area, I lived elsewhere and was moving even farther away. He took care of all the details, sent me photos as things progressed, covered all secure shipping, took care of the appraisal (twice after I made a change), you name it. And every time we come in he wants to see what he sold us or made for us. He'll clean it up for us with a satisfied smile that shows he's proud of what he does and his products.

When I went to Ciccarelli I explained what I was looking for an got exactly that. It had a family like feeling when I was in there and they even serve me a beer while I was lookin at rings :) mike went out of his was to ensure I was happy and he even gave me a discount!
