CiCi's Cakery was founded in 2015 by Theresa Cheung, who is a self-taught baker and foodie at heart. After graduating from Parsons School of Design and working a decade as a lingerie designer, Theresa gave up her career to become a stay-at-home mom. When she found out her daughter has a nut allergy, she taught herself to bake and decorate cakes so her daughter can have a cake for her 2nd birthday. Four years later, her daughter has outgrown all her food allergies. And Theresa continues to use cakes as her blank canvas to create one-of-a-kind designs. Her style is modern, clean, and artistic. Theresa's priority is not solely focused on design, but the overall taste is just as important. She uses top quality ingredients that make a difference in the flavor combinations.
