The natural light that floods through the large windows created the most gorgeous atmosphere for our ceremony and photos. What truly sets the Cider Gallery apart, however, is their incredible team. Coco, the event coordinator, was exceptional throughout the entire planning process. Her responsiveness, attention to detail, and genuine enthusiasm made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and even enjoyable! Any questions we had were answered promptly, and her guidance was invaluable as we navigated decisions about layout, timing, and vendors. One particularly helpful feature was their shared Google Drive, which gave us easy access to floor plans and other essential documents whenever we needed them. This level of organization made the planning process so much smoother and allowed us to visualize exactly how our day would unfold. On our wedding day itself, the on-site coordinator was attentive, professional, and worked seamlessly behind the scenes to ensure everything ran perfectly. Their team handled all the little details with such care that we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our celebration without worry. The flexibility of the space allowed us to create distinct areas for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, giving our guests a wonderful experience throughout the evening. The flow between these spaces felt natural and enhanced the overall atmosphere of our celebration. Our wedding coordinator also raved about working with the Cider Gallery team, noting how their professionalism and support made coordinating our day much easier. The staff's experience with weddings was evident in how smoothly everything went. If you're looking for a venue with character, charm, and an exceptional team to support you through the planning process and on your wedding day, I cannot recommend the Cider Gallery highly enough. Our experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish, and we'll forever cherish the memories we made in this beautiful space.

dding. Our contact, Coco Engler, was quick to respond, knowledgeable, pleasant to talk to, well-prepared in meetings, and overall a giant help! In other aspects, the Cider Gallery was the perfect venue for us. The stone and wood materials were pretty and intimate, the lighting was atmospheric, the sound system was great, and the art installation they had at the time was gorgeous! Their bar was also well-equipped and our photographer and caterer that had worked there before operated with familiarity and ease. Overall, planning was easy and fun, costs were simple to figure out, and all the services provided were of the utmost quality. Day-of, Coco and the other excellent staff took care of everything venue-side and we were able to focus on having our wedding and having a good time. I could not recommend the venue enough.

Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are stunning; we ended up going very simple with décor and florals in order to highlight the innate beauty of the space. We had our ceremony outside, and then the reception indoors. The changeover from outdoors to indoors was totally fluid; the staff handled it with ease. Cider also has a host of fun add-ons; we ended up adding some lawn games for our guests with kids, which was a great addition! All the staff at Cider are phenomenal. Attentive, professional, seamless service. We're so lucky to have this jewel of a venue in Lawrence! If you're considering booking your wedding here, by all means, DO IT!

The Cider Gallery is absolutely beautiful and we loved that it has amazing indoor and outdoor spaces. We (and our guests) loved the art on display, and had such a wonderful time in this venue. nifer in 2019 before the pandemic hit when we put down our deposit. She let us tour the space and answered our questions. Cider Gallery is very experienced at hosting weddings and they had printed information prepared that is helpful for planning the wedding and to share with vendors. During the pandemic, Jennifer was very understanding and let us postpone the wedding date with no extra cost or other consequences. From start to finish, Jennifer was very kind and accommodating! It's clear that weddings are her passion as she is very knowledgeable in the topic, offering great advice when needed. The week before our wedding, Cider Gallery spruced up the courtyard in preparation of our outdoor ceremony, adding more sod, new plants in the planters, and extra pea gravel in the paved circle rock area. Jennifer coordinated with our wedding planner as we approached our new wedding date, ensuring everything went smoothly, and provided info about decorating the space. She provided a detailed floor plan for the reception and even rented a sweethearts table for us. We rented our tables and chairs from Cider Gallery and also used them for our bar services with no trouble. They had detailed guidelines and precautions for COVID safety. We were allowed into the venue for an hour during rehearsal on the day before. On the day of the wedding, they let us inside early in the morning for setup and gave us access to the space all day. The owner group also own the Bon Bon restaurant directly next door, and they allowed me to rest there with my family an hour before the ceremony. On the wedding day, my grandmother was needing snacks for energy right before the ceremony, and Jennifer was so kind to provide some food from her personal stash. This small but meaningful thing is so appreciated! Our guests had a great time at Cider Gallery. The wedding ceremony and reception were beautiful, and my husband and I are very happy.

Our guests made so many comments about how beautiful and cool the space was, it's a historic space that can be equally historic or trendy depending on how you decorated it. We absolutely recommend the Cider Gallery and are so happy that we had our wedding there!

We received several compliments on the venue and the space is so beautiful it really takes the pressure off as far as decorating and ambience. Jennifer and her team were extremely accommodating, professional, and flexible every step of the way from the seating chart to the bar menu. I couldn't recommend it enough and it was one of the easiest and best decisions we made when planning our wedding.

We had an outdoor cocktail hour in the grassy area adjacent to the building, and then moved indoors for dinner and dancing. We underestimated the amount of alcohol need to serve all of our guests, but the Cider Gallery team jumped into action and helped provide additional stock from reserves they had, so none of the guests ever noticed. Everything was simple from the set-up to break down, and we would certainly recommend the Cider Gallery to anyone in Lawrence who was looking for a unique and romantic location to set your wedding apart. Their team was incredible helpful and attentive, the location is easy for guests to get in and out, and the set-up lends itself very well to make your wedding be whatever you want it to be.

icky part is that it's often a gamble as to if you will like the art on display at the time of your wedding. As for my husband and I--we LOVED the art on display. Price of venue is extremely reasonable and you can choose your own caterer and vendors. I HIGHLY recommend using Cider Gallery!

't have asked for a better space. It's unique and doesn't require a lot of decor to make it special. The art, wood beams, brick and stone were incredible! We had simple table centerpieces and let the room do the big work for great sight lines and atmosphere. The rental fee included the tables and chairs. Cider Gallery handled the bar services and worked with us on two signature cocktails as well as liquor, beer and wine options for our guests. If you want a unique, beautiful space for your wedding you should visit Cider Gallery!

the original structure in tact, it blends old world with modern flair. It juxtaposes exposed beams and hardwood floors with stone as well as is designed to let in lots of natural light. This venue is suited for a variety of different wedding vibes: rustic, traditional, contemporary, etc. Our theme happened to be classic-modern with black and white. The art on the wall is where the color and personality of the venue shine through. The art is wonderful (and gets switched out for Final Fridays). The staff at the Cider Gallery were wonderful to work with, especially Amanda the onsite coordinator. She went above and beyond before, during, and after our wedding to make it go smoothly and help it look great. She also let me switch some of the art the day before the ceremony that was more in keeping with our theme. The CG helps customize each couple's vision. Our ceremony was perfect in the courtyard. They have done a lot of work on the landscaping, and it has paid off. Their sound/TV system is state-of-the-art and showcased March Madness during our reception, which was AWESOME. We loved every minute of being at the Cider Gallery and would recommend it to everyone. We have gotten so many compliments on the space we chose, and it set the tone for the night. It's a bit pricey, but worth every penny. Great venue, great staff, and great experience!
