I put this same review on Google, but since there weren't as many reviews of Cielo on The Knot when we were looking, I figured I'd put it here as well. We chose Cielo Catering for our wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we made. From start to finish, their team demonstrated an unwavering commitment to quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. The food Cielo prepared for our wedding was simply outstanding. Numerous guests approached us during and after the event to rave about the cuisine, with many stating it was the finest they had ever tasted at a wedding. The lamb, salmon, fresh vegetables, lentils and grains were cooked to perfection, showcasing Cielo's culinary expertise. Much of this was done on an open grill in the pouring rain, it must be mentioned! The appetizers and cocktail hour spread were equally impressive, both in terms of taste and presentation. One of our top priorities was to have a genuine family-style dinner service, which can be challenging to find. Cielo not only accommodated our request but executed it flawlessly. They collaborated with us to develop a menu that beautifully incorporated our favorite dishes and those cherished by our families, creating a truly personalized and unforgettable dining experience. Cielo's professionalism and attention to detail throughout the planning process were exemplary. Despite coordinating everything remotely, we encountered no surprises during our tasting, and their coordinator Jordan consistently demonstrated a keen ability to manage every aspect of the event. Their sincere dedication to bringing our vision to life made us feel genuinely valued and cared for as clients.
