I am going to share my wonderful experience with my Best Wedding Planner Ever!!! I remember calling cielo to tell her that mom had gone to heaven & I wasn’t sure if we wanted to continue with the wedding planning. But she stayed by my side regardless of My decision. I want to thank her for her role in making my dream wedding happen. After endless meetings with galore vendors and after many many tears of joy and sadness you made this happen, and not once did she say “no this can’t happen or I don’t think this can be possible” she went above and beyond and I will forever be grateful. Needless to say we are now forever friends. Mom after meeting Cielo said to me in Spanish… “Ni sigas buscando esta muchacha va ser” translación: stop looking for anyone else she’s it! The historical usage of the name Cielo dates back centuries. In Early civilization, Cielo was reserved for individuals of high social standing, reflecting their connection to the celestial realm.

BOOK CIELO ASAP. Cielo was truly heaven sent! From the start, Cielo proved to be invaluable with her expertise and connections. Although we had most everything done and booked, we immediately saw how smart it was to bring in Cielo. She smoothed out our two year long planning process and tied up loose ends. She brought uin insight to the best flow of the night from vendor and guest perspective. Cielo created a very detailed timeline for us and our key vendors. We also had a wish list of vendors we were unsure would fit into our remaining budget. Within the tight time frame, a month out from the wedding, Cielo was able to find vendors, all within budget. My husbands family snapped so many pictures in front of the huge lettter marquees of our last name. We also received so many compliments from guests when that shuttle bus pulled in at the end of a night of celebrating and drinking. I was truly in awe and happy we were able to have all these extra little details all thanks to Cielo's research and connections. On the wedding day, Cielo made sure everything ran smoothly and on time. There were a few hiccups throughout the day that she quickly fixed without us finding out about it. We still don't know how she managed to switch out the wrong colored bright red rose petals to the correct white color before the petal toss. By the time we thought of issues, like the unexpected extra kiddos at the wedding, she had already coordinated with the catering staff and venue to provide seating and plates. She allowed us to take in and enjoy our wedding instead of us stressing and hosting our wedding. If I could give any future Brides any piece of advice is to get Cielo in to your wedding process asap. She will make it all a breeze.

CIELO MAKES YOUR VISION A REALITY! Cielo is a sophisticated blend of creativity, financial responsibility, and precision timing. My bride and I had a general idea of what we wanted at San Fernando Cathedral with a broad Texas/Hacienda theme. Also we were working with less than four months. We sat down with Cielo for two hours, and she masterfully took our concepts and matched them to the right vendors to capture EXACTLY what we wanted. Best part, we came in under budget! I could reach Cielo with just a call or a text and if she didn't pick up immediately I heard from her within 30 minutes. Her network of vendors are top notch. The day of the wedding, my bride and I were so calm because we knew after working with Cielo it was all coming together as we planned...even better than we imagined. I would strongly recommend her to friends and family.

Where do I start?! Cielo was amazing!!! I honestly felt VERY overwhelmed with wedding planning. I worked & attended graduate school full-time, so planning a wedding became a bit stressful… until I met with Cielo. She has a very calm and reassuring demeanor. It was hard for me to trust anyone else as I’m usually the family member that plans and executes family events. After meeting with Cielo, I observed she was detailed oriented, a problem solver, & creative. she definitely made it easy to trust her. She also communicated very professional & eloquently with guests & family. I can’t imagine contracting anyone else. When I couldn’t make appointments, she stepped in. For example, one time I couldn’t make a tasting appointment due to an emergency at work; she cleared her schedule to sit in and helped my husband take notes. She gave her feedback on wedding options but always gave me the autonomy to decide. Every bride needs a Cielo. Thank you so so much Cielo!

Cielo and Monique were wonderful. We hired them for day of wedding planning, it felt as if my very professional and talented bestie was coordinating my wedding day. Cielo really gets to know the bride and groom, to make your special day be flawless. She takes care of anything that may arise day of. She helped decorate the venue with our own wedding decorations, it all looked so pretty! I’m glad I didn’t take on that job day of our wedding. She was affordable and worth every cent. I feel like I gained a friend after working with Cielo. I highly recommend her services.

We hired Cielo for our December 2022 wedding and she went above and beyond for us. Cielo really takes the time to get to know you and make sure you’re on the same page which what is wanted. I wanted a strict timeline and wanted to ensure my husband and I would enjoy our wedding and boy did Cielo deliver with helping us achieve this. I can’t recommend Cielo enough, I am so glad I found her after countless hours and days of searching. I had no pictures or videos and Cielo had so many and sent them all to me the next day. Cielo made sure our day ran as smooth as it could have. Cielo is the kindest individual and does such a great job with coordinating and being there for you for literally whatever YOU NEED. Can’t recommend Cielo enough! She did such an amazing job contacting all our vendors weeks before the wedding to make sure everyone was on the same page. On the wedding day she made sure everything went smooth and made my wife and I feel so comfortable. You are in amazing hands with Cielo!

Cielo was a dream come true!!! I do not know what I would have done without her on our big day!!! We are so happy with Cielo Designs!! Cielo did a phenomenal job as our wedding planner. Not only did we give her a short timeline to work with, she ensured that every detail was taken care of. We needed A LOT of help with the planning process, especially since we were trying to plan the wedding from across the country. Luckily, Cielo was able to set up zoom meeting with us and our vendors and often met with vendors on our behalf when we were not able to attend. We used many of her vendor suggestions (she has so many connections!), including photographer and DJ who were both excellent. She is so kind and thoughtful, truly wonderful to work with. The day ran so smoothly, and my husband and I were able to sit back, relax, and be in the moment to enjoy this perfect day while Cielo ran the show behind the scenes. I highly recommend Cielo as a wedding planner, you will not be disappointed!

STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND CALL CIELO NOW! Seriously, save time and stress and hire Cielo as your wedding coordinator. If I could give her more than a 5 star rating I totally would. I originally found Cielo at an open house that was held at our wedding venue and as soon as I met her I knew I could trust her with our big day. Covid hit my city and our shutdown happened a week before our wedding and I was devastated but Cielo helped me take care of all of the rescheduling of my vendors and that in itself was so special to me and was completely unexpected. I ended up rescheduling twice due to covid so I had 3 wedding dates in total and Cielo was there ever step of the way. She was super responsive the whole three years we worked together to plan and reschedule and replan. She has such great relationships with all the BEST wedding vendors in San Antonio and she really took what I envisioned for my day and ensured to make it a reality. She is the sweetest person you will ever meet and genuinely takes her work seriously. I honestly felt like she was the older sister I never had on the most important day of my life. She took care of every little detail she was even there just moments before I walked down the aisle sewing my belt that had came undone from my dress and was able to fix it just in the nick of time. I could go on and on about how great she is and how perfect my day was and it was perfect because of her and all the extra time and care she put into my day. I promise you if you book her your wedding dreams will come true! Thank me later!

We cannot thank Cielo enough for all she did for us. Cielo was beyond AMAZING! To say the least the last couple of months became so stressful and she helped navigate all of it. She made it easy to stay on task and was amazing at coordinating the vendors. The day of Cielo and her team made sure everything was perfect. Coordinated all vendors and any issues that came up. Cielo had to come through for us during the 9th inning because our wedding coordinator had to drop out due to a death in the family. Immediately once we booked she hit the ground running for us and made our day go smoothly! She was literally any brides dream and a true gift of a person. I honestly do not know what we would have done without her help. 10/10 would recommend!

We chose to work with Cielo after our wedding had been postponed due to COVID. Cielo was AMAZING in reaching out to vendors for us, assisting with coordinating meetings, and providing her professional insight to make our day super special! There are not enough words for us to describe how thankful and grateful we are that we chose to work with Cielo from Cielo Designs. She made our wedding day the absolute most perfect day of our lives. She was absolutely amazing, she was so awesome to work with and she went above and beyond expectations. Cielo was our Heaven on Earth! Our wedding was moved back a whole year due to COVID, Cielo helped us by contacting all of our vendors even though we had hired her only as our month of coordinator. That shows how much she cares and goes above and beyond. She is also known in the wedding world. All of our vendors knew her and she knew all of our vendors which made it easier. She has does several wedding at different venues, mine was at the McNay and the event coordinator there trusted her with the task due to previous weddings she had coordinated there. Once the process began, we were blown away by how organized and attentive she was, almost anticipating any questions or concerns we had. She helped fill out all our vendor info (DJ, caterer, etc) which was a huge weight off our chest. The wedding day went flawlessly, with her in the background steering the whole ship, always with a smile and calm demeanor. She executed the entire itinerary down to the second, no surprises, just rave reviews from our guests! We were actually sad at the end of the night because we knew this was the last time we were going to work with Cielo on our wedding, and by this point we considered her part of the family. Anyone able to book her for their wedding would be lucky to have her, we certainly were!

Cielo was absolutely amazing! We booked her for 2 weeks prior to the wedding and I could not have asked for anyone better! She was so organized, worked to get all the vendors aligned on set up and the timeline. Everything came out perfect!! Such and incredible help!! Thank you so much Cielo!!!

Cielo was absolutely amazing! From beginning to end, she was there for everything! There were times where I felt I was overstepping and over asking and she never once got frustrated with us. Just one friendly piece of advice, get her services for more than one month out. We only booked her for her 2 week service and I didn’t realize what all goes on for a wedding. We compiled a lot in two weeks which she did amazing but we could have used more time so that we weren’t crunched for time. So, GET HER SERVICES FOR 1 MONTH OR MORE! You won’t regret it!

Booking cielo as our wedding coordinator was the best thing we could possible do for our wedding!! She did such an amazing job and she met ever expectation that we wanted for our special day. I will forever be grateful for her because she was there for us if we ever needed her throughout the whole process until the day of the event and even after and she’s extremely nice and kind hearted!! Me and David appreciate all of the hard work you did for us and making sure that we had such an amazing day and making memorable memories for the rest of our lives!❤️

My daughter’s Quinceañera was a memorable event for everyone. It will be remembered forever. Family and Friends are still talking about Kenzy’s XV. I owe it all to Cielo. She stood by me through it all. I would not have done it without her. I had never hosted an event before and was clueless but she was there every step of the way. Thank you Cielo ❤️

Cielo is amazing! We hired her for partial planning and she was amazing from the minute we met with her! She made our wedding day and the planning process a breeze! She attended all our vendor meetings and asked questions that we didn’t even know we needed to ask! She took the time to plan out each aspect of our wedding starting from arrival time to clean up! I never personally realized the extend of planning a wedding and honestly could not have done it with out the help of Cielo. One piece of advice I’d give all brides- get a wedding coordinator! Better yet- get Cielo as your wedding coordinator!

Cielo was great throughout this entire process for our special day during a worldwide pandemic. She helped us and made us feel comfortable that everything will go smoothly during the day. She was easily and readily available to text or call anytime or to meet up! She ensured all the vendors were set and knew what they were doing. She had all the items ready to go and packed at the end of the event as well. She’s such a sweet soul and would definitely recommend her!

Cielo helped us make our wedding day a success! We loved meeting with her and chatting. She’s kind, easy to talk to and has lots of experience and advice. We had our wedding all planned out to take place outside and due to weather had to change to inside. Cielo took care of everything and made our dream wedding come true! She truly was a wonderful planner and now friend! We loved that she was familiar with all our other vendors also. Our wedding would not have been a success without Cielo. Her knowledge, expertise, professionalism, and rapport with event planning industry vendors made her a dream to work with. She sat down with us on day one to not only discuss what we felt was important to us for the wedding, but to also get to know us as a newly engaged couple. She walked us through the entire wedding planning process from start to finish, with our vision and best interest in mind. Her friendly personality and positive attitude always shined bright even through the most stressful times for us. She was patient, organized, reliable, and had an attention to detail—all very important qualities for a wedding coordinator to possess when managing a wedding for 240 guests. She worked with our very hectic schedules (my husband is a doctor and I’m an ICU nurse) to make sure that we had the opportunity to have in-person meetings with potential vendors in the industry. At vendor meetings, she asked questions that we never would have thought of asking. I recall Cielo had gotten into an unfortunate fender bender from one cake tasting to the next. She STILL showed up to our second cake tasting because she said she wanted to make sure we were taken care of. She is undoubtedly dedicated to her profession and truly cares about her clients. She provided us with several helpful strategies to reduce wedding costs, and managed all the to-do lists and budget spreadsheets on a platform that was easily accessible to the three of us. On wedding day, she relentlessly kept the vendors and wedding party on task to ensure that everything ran smoothly and according to the agreed upon plan. Our dream wedding became a reality because of her coordination and we couldn’t have asked for anyone more perfect for the job. If you’re still questioning whether or not to hire a wedding planner for your big day, the answer is yes—wedding coordinators are a worthy investment and Cielo is absolutely top notch.

Cielo was incredible from the start and was a huge part in making our wedding the most perfect day! We ended up having to move 2 hours away 2 months before our wedding date, and on top of all the planning I was also in my final semester of grad school so stressed out does not even begin to express how I was leading up to our wedding date! Cielo worked with me the entire time with so much patience and enthusiasm, scheduling all of my vendor appointments when we could visit San Antonio and always made sure I left happy. (I am not the best at speaking up for myself sometimes) No detail was left out. She was also stern when she needed to be, im sure we weren’t the easiest of clients at times given our hectic work schedules but she would make sure we were always on track with planning and payments to vendors. So don’t let her sweet smile fool you, she gets the job done! I can honestly say she gave us amazing vendors to choose and work with, we wanted to work with smaller local vendors and they were each just as passionate and talented as she is! The one vendor we weren’t as happy with, we had actually booked ourselves before Cielo. On the day of we had a few hiccups here and there like most people but I honestly didn’t notice because she was on top of everything! Our family and guests were so impressed with how organized and smooth everything ran, which is all thanks to Cielo, you are amazing and thank you for making our day so special!

At first, my husband and I thought we could plan our wedding by ourselves! We quickly realized we were naive and needed a lot of help, especially on the day of our wedding. We were fortunate enough to find Cielo through the Church where we got married. The moment we met her we knew we wanted her to help us plan our big day! I love how organized she was and how comfortable she made us feel through the entire process. As soon as we signed up Cielo to be our wedding planner it felt like a huge weight was lifted off our shoulders. She was very helpful and created a detailed timeline of our wedding day, became the point of contact for our vendors, and gave us a lot of ideas and advice for the day of. Before we signed up Cielo we had signed a contract with a caterer & linen provider that became non-responsive as we got closer to our wedding day. Cielo was able to find us a different caterer for our wedding and a linen provider ONE MONTH before our wedding day, which we wouldn't have been able to do without her. On our wedding day we did not worry about a thing! She took care of it all and helped give us the wedding of our dreams.

To say that Cielo went above and beyond for our wedding is an understatement. She is incredible! Cielo is attentive to detail and thrives in a stressful situation. Cielo thought of things we never would have, making our wedding day even more special. We quickly learned how much can go wrong in wedding planning, but Cielo put our worries at ease and handled every bit of it. Cielo not only put us in contact with vendors, but also contacted vendors herself and communicated with them up to the day of the wedding. Cielo did so much for us we cannot express our gratitude enough. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator and/or who to go with, we highly suggest setting up a consultation with Cielo, you won't regret it.

My husband and I went into wedding planning thinking we could do it all and maybe just find somebody that could handle stuff the day of, until our lives started getting in the way and we realized we needed help. We wanted a wedding planner that covered an array of tasks along with being a reasonable price. Cielo was IT! While the majority of our wedding was already planned before we hired her (we wish we would have found her sooner to get better ideas and recommendations on stuff), she was still showing us so many things we were still forgetting from vendors and contracts, to the details that are displayed throughout the wedding to the day-of schedule. We were living in a different city when we hired Cielo which was difficult, but she made it very easy to communicate by phone, email and text and always gave us timely responses. Along the way we encountered numerous issues with some vendors and she was wonderful to always handle them and just keep us updated. She even helped us with resolving issues with vendors after our wedding weekend even though there was no telling how many days after the wedding it was going to take. She knew what we wanted and made sure to always keep that number one. We knew she probably had other weddings she was working on while working with us on ours, but she was always made us feel like we were her top priority. She knows how to make you feel special and go above and beyond. She found us a wonderful calligrapher that did all of our signage (gorgeous work!), including stencils for our pallet program which she even helped us put together since we were already getting down to the wire. While there were some mishaps the day of, she helped us navigate through them with ease. Don’t think you can plan your wedding all on your own, we made that mistake and wish now we would have realized it sooner. We are so happy we had Cielo there to guide us and tend to our every need on the day-of.

If you’re looking for a dedicated, down-to-earth, professional wedding planner Cielo is your girl! I honestly could not have pulled off our wedding if it wasn’t for her! I booked Cielo for day-of coordination and I felt so calm and clear minded as we approached our wedding day. Had it not been for her expertise and hard work we would have been a mess for sure. She organized our reception venue, decorated our entire reception (intimate wedding with ~65 guests), cooridinated our rehearsal and kept in close contact with myself and my now husband to ensure we had everything we needed. I will recommend her to all of my friends and acquaintances because I know they will not be disappointed with her work.

Cielo is AMAZING!! I never thought I would need a wedding planner for my wedding, but I came to learn I was out of my mind. Throughout the planning Cielo was so helpful especially when my husband started getting frustrated with the venues requests and with the help of her connections Cielo would ease our problems and made it possible for us.
