My son ordered flowers for my birthday. When the flowers arrived, they looked as if they were left over from a previous or existing bridal or birthday celebration. The arrangement was very festive and contained very few fresh flowers. The ar...
rangement was full of glittered plastic trinkets and heart decorations. The vase was too small, and the flowers had just been stuffed into the container. The next day I smelled a foul order and could not figure out what it was; the following day I figured out it was the flowers. I changed the water in the container and found mold. I called the florist and for the first two days did not get an answer; I left a message, but no one called me back. On the third day, I did speaker to a man who told me he would call me back, but he never did. Not a happy customer; I told my son never to use this florist again.

ound, and then promised to send two more arrangements. He did not. Nor did he refund the money. This place should be ashamed for ripping off senior citizens. My mother in law lives right across the street from this place and she has never seen anyone go in or out of the building. What could really be happening there?
