ed to spend time with my daughters shopping for a dress. I was a bit put off at how you are charged 25 dollars just to try on dresses, but went ahead and paid it wanting to see what they had. I had many pictures of dresses I showed on my phone and explained the style I was wanting. I told her my price limit was around 700 but that if I fell in love with something, I would consider buying it. I did not understand the no taking pictures rule especially since a person may want to look back on dresses and make a decision later, or show someone important to them that may not be there. I agreed to follow it regardless though. My daughters sat in the back and waited but were not made to feel comfortable. The lady that had checked me in was decent to me, but the one that was assigned to “dress” me was not. She made me extremely uncomfortable and did not allow me to look at any dresses on my own. There are dresses all around the room, but you are now allowed to look at them at all. They can only bring them to you. I was brought 2 dresses that didn’t fit what I wanted at all. I asked if she didn’t have anything like it and she said “ not for that price range.” 😳I had made it clear that I would go over 700 if I needed to. I felt so upset and it broke my heart to feel that way on a day that was supposed to be special to my daughters and I. After the 2nd dress she said - well one more and then we are done. One more?! I paid 25 dollars for my girls and I to be made uncomfortable and be put down. She said that I could look good in any style and shouldn’t be worried about an empire style wait ( which is the type of wedding dress I have ALWAYS wanted ). There is even a picture of one on their website- but I wasn’t allowed to try one on. Each time she let me come out which she didn’t even seem to want to do- she literally told my teenage daughter and her friend to put down their phones like they were going to sneak a picture or something. It was all so odd and just not right. They didn’t care for the 3rd dress at all ( it wasn’t anything like what I wanted and they knew it) and I said to her-“ well they didn’t like that one at all.” she said and “it matters because they are wearing it- right?” 😳😳😳I wanted to tell her how dare she speak to me that way, but I just hurried and got dressed and left. I was allowed to try on 3 dresses - none the style I specifically asked for and not treated kindly or with respect. I should have demanded my money back but I didn’t even want to be in there another second. I don’t understand how anyone has had good experiences here, but I want others to be aware. This is not a happy place to go to celebrate such a happy occasion, and there may be better employees, but I was shocked with mine at how I was treated and my daughters also. Shame shame !!! Do not go!!

dget was only $500 TOPs. I scheduled my appointment one week out and the day of my appointment i was very upfront about my constraints and I showed up by myself (didn't want the drama of family not liking my dress style or swaying me out of my budget). I told sales lady assuring me (who I believe is either the manager or owner ) that my budget was only $500 and I wanted something elegant and simple and she did not blink an eye. She escorted my to a private dressing room with a full length mirror which I really appreciated since I was dress shopping solo. She took a good look at my figure asked my dress size and then She came back with three dresses and the second one I tried on my MY dress! I ended up getting a beautiful lace sheath dress for under $300! I needed ZERO alterations. They dry cleaned the dress and it was ready for pickup the next week. Sorry for the long review but this bridal shop was a GOD send for me. If I can have a great experience on a tiny budget and small timeline so can you! My cousin also got her wedding dress from here although hers was more the traditional timeline lol.

easant. I explained the styles I liked and they accommodated it. The very first dress I tried on was perfect. Some would suggest it was made for me. Both of the ladies here are very helpful and give an honest input. Thank you Cinderella Couture. I'm so happy with my wedding dress!

one could have done better. Everyone loved our attire and I have to thank Cinderella Coture for such patience and style for the bride. Our dresses were amazing!!!

to work with...DO NOT GO OUT OF THE CITY OF KILLEEN AND EXPECT EXCELLENCE DEALING WITH HER! Not only could I not take pictures of my dresses from a catalog to send to my bridesmaids but I couldn’t even take a picture of my wedding dress inside of her shop! I live in SA as I got stationed there and was attempting to get things situated from there and couldn’t. Next, lets talk about my bridesmaids dresses...they were THREE DIFFERENT COLORS! And you know what her solution was to fix it? Nothing except blame me for not having my bridemaids pick up their dresses on time. Then when she was asked to reorder the dresses, she didn’t want to lose any money so she used a theory my mom gave her in regards to why the dresses were different colors...like my mother, my wedding planner, and I didn’t talk. Not only that the sizes were incorrect. All of my bridesmaids had to have their dresses altered because they were between 2-4 sizes too big. She attempted to use the excuse that she never ordered from the vendor in such bug bulk as the issue but never attempted to fix the problem Next we will discuss the lack of continuity she had. I will admit yes that it took me a while to get my bridesmaids dresses order from my orginal date of my vow renewal only because I was suppose to deploy. So once I did not deploy and tried to get business on the road, she had NO WAY of knowing what I ordered and what my package came with. She had an attitude and was very nasty when I informed her I had already purchased a dress package from her. She attempted to also sell me a 18mos old tuxedo for $100 when I found one on Amazon for $50 that was awesome!!! She is over priced with piss poor staff. If I could give her negative stars for the trouble she caused I would. Betty, next time someone posts something about your business leave it up. You never know who’s watching or anything. Good day to you and I pray no one had the same issues with you in the future because my experience with you sucked.

er the quality was much greater than some other places I went to before I came here. I wish the dresses were on a level where I could go through and see what each dress looked like. Instead, she told me what would be a good idea, and I did not appreciate this. Also, when I told her the colors of my wedding, she had some things to say about that too, which was kind of, I wouldn't say rude, but unnecessary. It was off-putting. Luckily, I found a dress that would look good on both girls. The service was kind of eh..but I found the dress I wanted and the price was fair.

nderella experience. The salespersons were very helpful, knowledgeable, and informative of today's fashion. I am a Coordinator of several large projects. Ms. Betty accommodated my every request. I highly recommend Cinderella Couture for all your Bridal and formal needs and even those things that you have dreamed of. Believe me you won't be disappointed!!!

a few stores that did not do much in giving you a vision, Cinderella Couture's owner goes over and above. The owner helped me find "THE DRESS" and offered a special price for it so that I could get it that day and have it ordered with plenty of time for the wedding. If you are in the area and looking for a dress (even if you aren't, it's worth the drive) stop by her shop, you wont regret it!
