for anything though, and I want others to be aware. I was excited to spend time with my daughters shopping for a dress. I was a bit put off at how you are charged 25 dollars just to try on dresses, but went ahead and paid it wanting to see what they had. I had many pictures of dresses I showed on my phone and explained the style I was wanting. I told her my price limit was around 700 but that if I fell in love with something, I would consider buying it. I did not understand the no taking pictures rule especially since a person may want to look back on dresses and make a decision later, or show someone important to them that may not be there. I agreed to follow it regardless though. My daughters sat in the back and waited but were not made to feel comfortable. The lady that had checked me in was decent to me, but the one that was assigned to “dress” me was not. She made me extremely uncomfortable and did not allow me to look at any dresses on my own. There are dresses all around the room, but you are now allowed to look at them at all. They can only bring them to you. I was brought 2 dresses that didn’t fit what I wanted at all. I asked if she didn’t have anything like it and she said “ not for that price range.” 😳I had made it clear that I would go over 700 if I needed to. I felt so upset and it broke my heart to feel that way on a day that was supposed to be special to my daughters and I. After the 2nd dress she said - well one more and then we are done. One more?! I paid 25 dollars for my girls and I to be made uncomfortable and be put down. She said that I could look good in any style and shouldn’t be worried about an empire style wait ( which is the type of wedding dress I have ALWAYS wanted ). There is even a picture of one on their website- but I wasn’t allowed to try one on. Each time she let me come out which she didn’t even seem to want to do- she literally told my teenage daughter and her friend to put down their phones like they were going to sneak a picture or something. It was all so odd and just not right. They didn’t care for the 3rd dress at all ( it wasn’t anything like what I wanted and they knew it) and I said to her-“ well they didn’t like that one at all.” she said and “it matters because they are wearing it- right?” 😳😳😳I wanted to tell her how dare she speak to me that way, but I just hurried and got dressed and left. I was allowed to try on 3 dresses - none the style I specifically asked for and not treated kindly or with respect. I should have demanded my money back but I didn’t even want to be in there another second. I don’t understand how anyone has had good experiences here, but I want others to be aware. This is not a happy place to go to celebrate such a happy occasion, and there may be better employees, but I was shocked with mine at how I was treated and my daughters also. Shame shame !!! Do not go!!
