kes, disorganization, chaos, and a lack of accountability that left us stressed and disappointed. The most devastating mishap was during the ceremony- my husband’s parents were sent down the aisle without him, forcing him to walk alone to a different song than the one he had carefully and intentionally chose. This once-in-a-lifetime moment was ruined. After the ceremony, my husband and I were left waiting in a lounge without direction. We were told by her assistant that she would return to help bustle my dress, take my veil, and cue our entrance, but she never came back. I ended up doing our first dance tripping on my gown and tangled in my veil. The venue setup was another mess. Despite walking through all the details ahead of time, her assistant seemed completely unprepared. My husband had to step in to help set up, and even our florist had to stop her work to assist. To make matters worse, multiple members of our bridal party later told me they felt disrespected and spoken down to during rehearsal. That’s the lasting impression they were left with. Perhaps most disappointing of all, when Cindy was made aware of the ceremony mishap on the night of the wedding, she never addressed it with us. A simple acknowledgment would have shown some care or accountability, but we received none. I had reached out to her after the wedding to address these issues, but she largely placed blame elsewhere instead of taking responsibility for what went wrong. Overall, she over promised and under delivered. The day was tainted by her lack of professionalism.
