I found working with Cindy to be extremely frustrating. I was invited to a wedding in Mexico this summer. I contacted Cindy in November 2017 to start the process of booking the tri...
p and had to leave a voicemail. Since I was at work I asked for a return call after work but received a call back during my work day. I asked for information to be emailed to me and was sent a form asking me for my credit card which stated it was a binding contract without other information. This immediately turned me off! Cindy stated that she had sent me multiple emails but typed the wrong email address for the information I requested. After receiving the information, I had many questions. I requested an invoice/breakdown of the costs multiple times which never came in a concise manner that was easy to understand. I asked repeatedly for the cost of the transfers and insurance. Instead, Cindy kept asking me to fill out the form with my credit card number. I do not buy anything that expensive without knowing what I am buying. After a couple of months, I finally filled out the form when I had received enough pieces of information to figure out an estimate of the cost. Many questions did not receive immediate responses and follow through was not good. Cindy told me she did not receive an email I sent when I called in frustration and then found it in her inbox which she had overlooked for a couple of weeks. When I emailed to confirm everything was booked for the trip, I was given an excuse that she had been busy traveling and had forgotten to charge my credit card but the room was booked. Within a week of the trip, Cindy let us know we did not have private transfers, which were never offered in an correspondence, and we would need to pay more for private transfers. We paid the difference. The trip was nice and the wedding was beautiful. The private transfer we paid for back to the airport in Cancun was a nightmare as it was not private when we had to pick up more people at a resort 40 minutes away. We were in the van for 2 hours and I had to sit against luggage. Cindy did arrange to have some money refunded for the private transfer for the three of us after I complained. I found out this week that she did not do the same for the other ten people in our transfer from the wedding. This was my first experience with a travel agent and it was exhausting and frustrating to ask the same questions without answers and to get excuses. I definitely would never use Cindy Berre Travel again.
Thanks for making our honeymoon one to remember!

h she recommended is ranked one of the most romantic hotels in Mexico! My wedding was a fairy tale. And she was nothing but sweet and patient in the process.
Cindy is by far the best travel agent I have worked with. My wife and I changed our plans more times then I can count but Cindy was always on top of all the curveballs we sent her....
We spent a week in Scotland and a week in Ireland and everything was perfect from the hotels to activities she planned for us. Cindy was always friendly to talk to and prompt in returning phone calls. I will be using Cindy again for any of travel needs.
Cindy was fantastic to work with and planned a dream honeymoon for my new husband and I in St. Lucia. We originally were planning to go to Bora Bora and Cindy put together an enti...
re trip for us in Bora Bora and did not even blink when we wanted to switch our destination entirely. Cindy even planned a car service to the airport and from the airport when we returned, which was such a nice detail that I never would have thought of scheduling. Cindy put together every single detail for the trip and even got added perks at each resort, including complimentary dinners, couples massages, and bottles of champagne. Cindy is so friendly, professional, and knows how to plan an incredible and unforgettable vacation. I recommend Cindy Berre travel for your next trip!
Cindy Berre has been a DREAM to work with. She planned our honeymoon - including a customized tour through the small town my husband's family is from - to a recent trip to visit Fe...
rrari and Lamborghini meccas in Italy to celebrate my husband's birthday. She consistently takes my vision and executes it beautifully. She's been an essential part of making sure each trip runs as smoothly as possible -- taking the time to look up history, cultural information, optional tours, as well as helpful information like train schedules. All of this and she always strives to meet our budget. We absolutely couldn't have coordinated either trip the way she did on our own. I highly recommend her and look forward to working with her to coordinate many more dream trips in the future. ~Amy S.
