The owner of the company has an extreme lack of professionalism and follow through. 1) I got married on October 5, 2024 and did not get (a portion) of my pictures back until February 11, 2025. Almost nearly 20 weeks after my wedding and I did not get updates on the timeline to receive my photos unless I reached out multiple times. 2) I say 'a portion' of my photos because when I did get some pictures back. The owner said that she would give me an additional album the next day because all of the photos had not uploaded yet. That conversation was over a month ago. I never got any pictures back of me with my family nor any of my husband with his, which is deeply saddening. With that being said, the quality of the photos that I did receive were beautiful. The owner is very good at her craft. However, that does not make up for the lack of professionalism.

Sydney was absolutely amazing through every step of the process!! We had sneak peeks back with the quickness, can not recommend her enough!

Sydney was fantastic and I so highly recommend her. In addition to being available spur of the moment for our micro wedding she was able to make another night for an engagement shoot, both times having the shots to me that night. I love out photos and you were such a blessing to our day! Thank you!

It truly breaks my heart seeing all the positive reviews knowing that I wasn’t given the same quality of service and respect. When I first started communicating with Sydney/Savana she got back to me right away and seemed to understand what was important to me when it came to capturing my wedding day. I felt confident in my choice of hiring her as my photographer. Two days before my wedding Sydney/Savana reached out to me through text to let me know due to medical reasons she wouldn’t be able to be my photographer. She assured me her replacement was amazing and I would be in great hands. I was bummed but I completely understand things happen that can’t be controlled. However, The replacement she picked was absolutely horrible. I felt so uncomfortable being photographed. The photographer was zero help on trying to pose us or even trying to be engaging with me or my wedding party. It was truly awful and had me so worried she wasn’t able to get any good photos. Almost three months after my wedding I still had no communication with Sydney/Savana. I reached out to her through text and email three times in regards to the photos. I totally understand it takes time to edit photos but I was hoping she could at least let me know she received the photos since she wasn’t the one who was able to be at the wedding to take them. I was finally able to get a answer from Sydney/Savana after I sent an email saying that ignoring a client for months is unprofessional. That night I received my photos. Let’s just say I broke down crying. Not only were the photos taken horrible it was clear the editing was rushed and made the photos look even worse. Out of 500 photos I maybe got 10 that were somewhat okay. I am devastated. I spent so much time and money to plan my wedding and I have no photos that are worth saving. I wish I would have hired someone else.
