Before opening this business, Ashley earned a master's in fine cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu Paris and worked as a food development consultant for PepsiCo and McDonalds.
Cinnamon & Sage offers full-service catering and bartending for all of your milestone occasions. Food can be served as a buffet, plated, or as passed appetizers, depending on the tone you want to create. Ashley and her team finish the preparations and cooking on-site for a fresh, mouthwatering taste. When it comes to bartending, they are happy to create a specialty cocktail for a personalized touch.

ed the requirement for the liability insurance that we needed to purchase and we were informed of this only a couple weeks before our wedding. Not only was it an extra expense, but it was very confusing to figure out what they were asking us to do. What was most upsetting is that the staff began collecting water glasses and packing up to leave - during the toasts at the reception. It interrupted one of our fathers and it is hard to hear his speech even on our wedding video. They even came and talked to us (the bride and groom) while he was speaking. The toasts were not long, and I was not informed that they would be doing this at a certain time. They seemed to be concerned only about keeping to their timeline and not the wedding itself. I would not recommend booking them for weddings.
They were timely, communicative and the food was DELICIOUS! We had the "Greek Grilling" menu and it was perfect for my summer wedding. Highly recommend!

We had guests raving that it was the best wedding dinner they've ever had. At both events, the staff was incredibly prompt, professional and friendly.
