Terrible, a stylist Brian ruined my hair. I had long hair all one length and wanted it shaped up a little and the weight taken off because its thick. He cut these weird layers a...
ll over the front and left the back completely straight. My bangs look like i'm 6 and overall my hair looks like a BAD 80's haircut. What an idiot.
Iām SO glad I went with Circa 79 as my hair turned out amazing for my wedding! My stylist was Emma and she really did a wonderful job! My hair stayed together through the night and...

I decided to book a last minute blowout here for my rehearsal dinner and the front desk was very friendly and accomodating. Aurora was awesome and did a fantastic blowout on my lon...
g thick hair. The salon is also beautiful. When I'm in Tucson, this salon will be my go to spot!!
I booked a wedding party of 3, plus me, two moms, one grandma and a flower girl on VERY short notice and Courtney was wonderful with scheduling and making the many changes I had t...
hroughout the process. When the day came, all the ladies had wonderful things to say about their hair and makeup. Courtney did my makeup on the fly (no trial) and it came out perfectly! Melissa did some of the other ladies' hair and makeup, which all turned out great! Laura has been cutting my hair for awhile and I knew she'd know how to handle my fine hair and make it look natural and elegant, and she gave me a vintage style that I loved. Not to mention, the pricing was very reasonable based on the research that I did. I'm really happy that I chose them!
Kelle and her team are AMAZING!! I have been going to Circa 79 for a few years and knew she would do my hair for my wedding. They came to the hotel and did everyone's hair - all th...

I've been going to Circa 79 for almost 2 years now, and I've yet to be really disappointed in their service.
My only complaint was that I had over-scheduled, and yet, when 3 of ...
my wedding party members were unable to join us for hair/makeup the day of the wedding, Circa 79 STILL did not have time to do make up for 2 of my 3 bridesmaids. I had to specially ask them to do my sister-in-law's makeup. I'm not sure how all of that happened, since I scheduled the appointment about 3 months in advance. At that time, I was assured that there would be ample time in the appointment for everyone.
However, my hair and makeup came out great, and my bridesmaids' hair all looked wonderful as well. We didn't have any problems with hair falling out from improper pinning, etc. I had gone in for a trial-run in April for my hair and makeup.
I was able to pre-pay on a house account several months in advance, which was nice. I simply added a $100 charge to my regular appointment payments each time I was in from January-May, so the total bill wasn't as high on the day of the wedding.
Circa 79 Salon is the BEST! I planned my wedding from Chicago. I found Circa 79 online and trusted my gut. Boy, did it work out well! The venue is gorgeous for a wedding party....
While the stylists (and artists) worked on our hair and make-up, the big doors were open which made it feel like we were outside (it was spring, so good weather). They have local art on their walls and played great music in the background. And, of course, the stylists were incredible! I gave a loose description of how I wanted my hair and Kelly rocked it! Everyone complimented my low, loose bun. It looked amazing! And, my make-up was perfect. My bridesmaids looked stunning and our moms were gorgeous. It was a wonderful experience as well as a wonderful service. I highly recommend Circa 79 to everyone.
Kelli did an amazing job on my hair! Not only was it beautiful, but it stayed up the whole night. Many of my bridesmaids went there as well and the staff did a great job on everyon...

Fine hair in need of volume + heavy veil...could have been a disaster, but with Gabi's patient touch, all went perfectly. This place is a total deal, with a nice, clean, fashion-fo...
rward aesthetic (no Tucson bleach and blue eyeshadow here). I did my own face, but I'd trust them with it. Take a look. You'll be glad you did.
