Circle C Barn was exactly what we were looking for while planning for our wedding. They were extremely communicative throughout the payment process and while planning the wedding. The Couch's were able to allow us a walkthrough and our engagement shoot same day. They were so communicative and a joy to work with.
We held our son's bar mitzvah here. They were great and so flexible about our unique event and everything went perfectly. We were able to have all our extended family and friends joining us from out of state stay on site with us, which was amazing. I highly recommend them.

Circle C Barn Venue at Copperas Creek is a wedding venue located conveniently in Caldwell, TX, between Houston and Austin. You can book one day or the whole weekend for exclusive access to our venue and lodging. We have on-site lodging for 40, with lodging for another 20 just ten minutes down the road.
A rustic, elegant barn venue is perfect for your wedding. It offers 6,000 square feet of space for up to 200 guests - 250 with the outdoor patio. The temperature-controlled Circle C Barn Venue at Copperas Creek offers high-beamed ceilings with elegant yet rustic lighting. The interior is stunning, with simple grey shiplap, rustic accents, and unique decor.
The wedding party's dressing rooms are in front of the venue, with direct access to the restroom. Enjoy the wall of windows as you view the patio space with lights, an outdoor entertaining area, grazing longhorns, and a lighted pavilion. Our pavilion is one of our outdoor ceremony sites, which offers views of a beautiful pond with a lighted fountain. The newest addition is our Covered Outdoor Open Air Chapel. When selecting a three-day package, you have included on-site lodging for two nights:
The Farmhouse, which sleeps eight, has four bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, and a bedroom with four makeup and styling stations. The Stablehouse, which sleeps six, offers two baths and a full kitchen. Lodging in additional cabins on-site or at one of our other nearby unique properties is available in Venue Weekend packages as well as separately with one-day packages. We are Handicap Accessible and Dog Friendly for Ceremonies. Schedule a tour to secure your date.

Their vision has been to create a Weekend Wedding Experience combining the Wedding Venue and their On-Site Lodging for a unique memorable experience. Their recent addition of a Covered Open Air Chapel and Bell Tower show their continued dedication to providing this memorable experience.
