Circle Oak Ranch is a family-owned countryside wedding venue situated in Fallbrook, CA. Nestled in San Diego’s serene De Luz Valley, this stunning outdoor location provides a scenic setting for once-in-a-lifetime celebrations of all styles and sizes. The property is both picturesque and private, located on 13 acres of beautiful Southern California woodland, about halfway between Anaheim and downtown San Diego. It offers incredible natural surroundings, invaluable amenities, and a dedicated coordination team ready to put every detail in place. Circle Oak Ranch is owned by Ron and Jennifer Hammerton, a husband-and-wife duo who love sharing their property with to-be-weds looking for something different. Ron’s parents originally purchased the land in the early 1970s before turning it into a working ranch, complete with cows, horses, vegetable gardens, and more. Over the years, the ranch evolved into a wedding venue, hosting various gatherings with friends and family before opening its doors to the public. It has been designed for both versatility and comfort and offers an extensive selection of spaces to choose from to bring celebrations to life. Cannot recommend Circle Oak Ranch enough.

on to the cocktail hour and on to the reception made the whole event flow so smoothly, and so many of our guests commented on how incredible the space looked and felt. The 'top of the hill' location is SO beautiful at golden hour, and creates the backdrop for some of the most unique and special portraits.
But above all, the Circle Oak TEAM is unbeatable. I worked closely with Kendra and Jennifer leading up to our wedding day, and they quickly answered and addressed any question or concern I had. They are so prompt, organized, enthusiastic and encouraging — they made me feel so calm and prepared leading up to and on the wedding day.
So grateful to this team and this venue for our perfect day!

s their stuff when it comes to weddings; they were super on top of coordination with all our vendors and creating a timeline for the day, and they made our wedding day (and the months leading up to it) as stress-free as possible for us. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous; we got married in November and couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. The ceremony/cocktail/reception areas are all just perfect, and there's even a special spot on the mountain where they sneak couples away for pictures at sunset...an absolute dream! All of our guests keep complimenting us on our wedding and saying it was one of the best weddings they've ever been to, and I can honestly say that a lot of that credit is due to Circle Oak. lives. The grounds are stunning and you really feel like you are in your own world and like it is truly YOUR day. Above all else, Jennifer and her team are what make this place so special. Their expertise put us at ease throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer questions and offer guidance. On the day of our wedding, Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect and as stress-free as possible. She was kind, patient, and poised throughout the entire day. It was the most perfect day for my husband and me and many of our guests shared that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Oh my goodness, where do I even begin?!?!? I fell IN LOVE with Circle Oak Ranch from the moment I toured the venue all the way up to my wedding day. There are no words to describe how absolutely beautiful this venue and location is! It still is...

uite a bit of venues before we settled down because at every venue there was just something missing. Right from the first moment, we met Jennifer, we knew that this is the place we want to get married. We always joke around saying that we picked COR solely because of Jennifer. The entire planning process was not only stress-free but it was actually fun! Jennifer and her team (Chelsea and Kendra), were extremely easy to work with and ensured that everything we envisioned came to life. They responded to every email by the end of the day, and always made me feel important. The day of the wedding was literally perfect. Everything ran so smoothly. Where do I even begin? From the moment we met Jennifer on the tour of the beautiful venue, we knew she stood out from the rest. My husband and I truly felt she loved what she did and cared about each couple she worked with. This initial positiv...
e gut-feeling about her was what got us to book this venue the Monday following the Saturday we toured them (mind you, we had seen at least 10 other venues before them). Then, when we actually got to work with Jennifer and her team, their care and love was proven time and time again.
Leading up to the wedding day, Jennifer and her team (hi Chelsea, Kendra, and Ron!) answered our millions of questions, were game for any and all requests, helped us with a lodging issue we had, and everything in between. We literally made so many changes to our wedding itinerary, even up until the last few days before and they all did it with a smile and positive attitude. I knew they wanted to make sure we had the wedding day we wanted and the wedding of our dreams.
On the actual day of the wedding, we felt taken care of the entire time. Jennifer was our day of coordinator and she made sure to check in on us, was there with anything we needed (literally anything!), and made sure we were fed and our drinks were filled the entire time. Kendra is also a bustle QUEEN. I had a custom 9-point bustle and she knew how to bustle it and had my dress bustled to get into without even me showing her the video on how to do it! And Ron the man! He made sure to be there with his truck or golf cart for transport every time. Honestly, these people are top notch and KNOW how to do weddings. They were one step ahead every time and every need was anticipated and met.
I cannot say enough good things about Circle Oak Ranch. The hubs and I are so glad we chose Jennifer and her team. We have immense love nd gratitude for them and our only wish is for one of our friends/family to get married there so we can see them again and experience their magic from a guest’s perspective! RUN, don’t walk, to book these wonderful people! You will not regret it :)

It was obvious that the owners spend ongoing efforts to keep the ranch well cared for, and that extended into included perks such as separate grooms and bridal suites, easily accessible bathrooms, golf-cart transport, plenty of parking, and all the amenities that create a comfortable outdoor wedding for you and your guests. It meant less sleepless nights knowing that Kendra and Jen were there to answer any question, anticipate planning needs along the way, and keep organized in prep for the big day. Everyone we worked with was very genuine and approachable!
If you're a bride (and/or groom!) who is looking for a seamless experience planning your wedding and then *BONUS*, actually loving every minute of your big day - this is the place! Our wedding was this past fall of 2021 and despite being in the middle of a pandemic, our guests felt so safe and we still hear from so many of them how ours was their favorite wedding they've ever been to! Without Kendra, Jen, Ron, and the vendors (especially the ones recommended to us by the venue itself), we may not be able to remember those candid moments every couple deserves to have at their wedding day. I don't think we'll have an anniversary go by where we won't wish we could go back and re-live that evening all over again - it was a dream!

She was so flexible with all of our changes due to our military requirements and made us feel like we were her only wedding even though this beautiful ranch is pretty much booked for double hitters every weekend! You will feel like every detail is covered, the stress removed and be able to enjoy the day because of Jennifer (aside from your crazy family she cant help that :) but she tries!!) and she does this all effortlessly. e beauty of the property to the built in flow of events this venue was everyhing i had wanted. It allowed us to get a more country feel while stll being in san diego which is exatly when my husband and i wanted! From the very first visit, Jen and her team were extremly responsive and never made me feel like i was being a bother for reaching out with any questions. They were very organized and on top of everyhthing which made me feel very confident. With the pandemic, we did have to postpone and they made it such a smooth and stress free process. They thought of every detail and made sure that our day was still as special and still had every detail we wanted. I felt so confident trusting this huge day to Jen and her team. uring the process and they made sure that we were able to have as normal of a wedding as possible while still being cautious and following California's strict guides (or you can have it as strict as you want). Not enough words can describe how incredible the process was to have the most stunning wedding all of our guests have been to. This venue has INSANE oak trees that make your mouth drop. My husband and I knew immediately that this venue is where we wanted to start our marriage and our guests couldn't agree more. It is all outdoors, but fear not for weather because Jennifer has a back-up plan :)
Jennifer has yearly vendor meet-and-greets and has teamed up with the BEST vendors out there to help making planning a BREEZE (including her neighbor who teamed up with this venue for a Bridal Air-BnB on a lake....STUNNING!! Seriously, it's a brides dream to get ready for her wedding day while looking out on a private gorgeous lake...wow!) She also has recommended hair and make-up team, desserts vendor and so many others who know Jennifer personally. Ask anyone who works with this vendor and they will tell you how incredible it is.
Jennifer and her team are so fast with responding to questions (no matter how many you have) and they are so accommodating!! Jennifer ALWAYS has a smile on her face and you can tell that her and her husband were meant to be a wedding coordinators because they are both genuinely so happy to have you and your guests.
I honestly can not say enough positive things for this venue. I have had a few friends of mine reach out and ask about our venue and I highly recommend to every bride who dreams of having that rustic ranch style wedding!
Plus, having guests under the oak tree during warm weather is perfect because they are all underneath the shade, no sun in anyone's eyes. It is truly the most stunning venue I have ever been to and that includes beach weddings. Something about that 500 year old oak tree just makes the ceremony so intimate.

The timeline and coordination on the day of the wedding was error free and perfect. Jen’s partnership with the DJ (Station Identification) and catering companies made for an efficient planning process, as well. We LOVED the DJ and bar vendor, who accommodated our signature drinks. This venue is the perfect combination of elegant, rustic and whimsical. The giant oak tree at the ceremony site made the prettiest backdrop and the market lights lighting up the dance floor and reception area shined as bright as our smiles that day. The venue itself was gorgeous and was all-inclusive having separate spaces for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. They had great recommendations for other vendors as well. going on all season! I never felt like just another bride to them. Jennifer made everything easy for me and was quick to respond to my emails and answer all my questions. You can tell that Ron and Jennifer take pride in their business and making each couple feel like their a priority.
Their property is unmatched with the ceremony being under a huge Oak Tree, then an easy transition to cocktail hour in the middle of the property and then up to the reception area which is under more beautiful trees. They also have a location up a hill they take the bride and groom to for photos where you get a beautiful view of the hills. Since this is a private property located between residences, the only people at your wedding are your guests. You don't have to worry about anyone random watching your wedding or being in the way for any reason.
We are so thankful we came across this venue and that Circle Oak Ranch provided us our dream wedding. I'm just hoping we know someone else who gets married there so we can enjoy the venue as guests!

I mention the bathrooms?! I know its a weird thing to mention but this place is in a rural area and I seriously did not expect the bathrooms to be so luxurious! So nice for your guests! The reception is a stunning paved area that has this gorgeous canopy of trees complete with lighting. And... the owner Jennifer is so kind and accommodating to her couples. t was a problem. For example, our marriage license was accidentally left at the venue and run over by a car. Only later did I learn that she searched the property, found it, and mailed it herself.
The venue is thoughtfully designed and beautiful. My guests came up to me all night asking "How did you find this place?."
Jennifer and her husband, Ron, are constantly investing money back into their property to keep it in tip top shape. Their pricing is very transparent and we were never surprised by any hidden fees.
If you are seriously thinking about booking this place, do your self a favor and do it! It was the perfect place to celebrate one of the best days of my life.
