minute we got to the parking lot and stepped into the venue, we were speechless at the vast beauty of the estate. The oak tree immediately caught our attention, and every detail we saw after that drew us in more and more. Jennifer and Ron have done an amazing job at keeping their home and venue so well kept! Their story of how they began this venue business with their own daughter's wedding is so touching, and it makes sense why they continue to invite others into their home to host such beautiful events filled with love. They actually took part in making sure everything went accordingly on our special day, and we are so glad to have met them! I thought the venue couldn't be more beautiful the day we first visited, but when the flowers bloom and the grass becomes greener... WOW! Absolutely breathtaking!!! They have done a wonderful job with their upkeep. Kendra was our lead tour guide and ended up being our wedding day coordinator, and she absolutely played a vital role in how perfect our planning journey and wedding day went. I cannot emphasize enough how well she took care of us and our bridal party - I don't think I'll ever feel the same royal treatment anywhere, anytime else for the rest of my life! She was so patient and heard us out on every question/concern, and yet so very succinct so that when time came to make a decision, we were all on top of things. She has such a sweet personality as well, you can't help but smile whenever you're working with her! The site separations make it a fluid journey for your guests, as you begin at the lowest area with the ceremony and welcome pergola, then move up to cocktail hour where the bathrooms are conveniently located centrally, and then finally the reception area where beautiful market lights are hung. I honestly fell in love with the surrounding trees and market lights - it looks so magical at nighttime! The bridal and grooms suite are spacious and had the right amount of space for us to get ready in. We had 5 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen, and easily fit with all of our belongings. We even held a Chinese Tea Ceremony in the front of the bridal suite, no problems at all! Some other venues had a large bridal suite and a small sad room for the Groom, but that's not the case here! They had a pool table and foosball table to enjoy! Both suites also have fridges in case you have drinks you wanted to bring! With all that being said, the windy road to Circle Oak Ranch was still a worrisome thought in our minds, but with their recommendation of a Shuttle vendor, that was all resolved! All of our guests were able to utilize the shuttle pretty effortlessly, and no one had to worry about driving back home in the dark. All of their vendor recommendations were amazing - would highly suggest picking from their list because the ones we did were perfect for us! Sometimes with these venues, the photos online look good, but when you get there, you realize that it's just one particular angle that looks that good-- and if you turn around, it's not as magical. Not so, with Circle Oak. If anything, the photos under-appreciate how beautiful this place is. You could turn in a full 360 degrees and see nothing but rolling green hills, beautiful forested mountains, and sky. Another thing photos don't show is the SOUND-- sometimes at these venues, the photos look good, but you are also listening to highway traffic. Not at Circle Oak. You'll hear birds chirping, wind rustling the trees, and the sound of the love of your life saying their vows. Nothing else. So that's the venue, but what about the manager, and staff? Don't even get me started-- if I could give them 11 out of 10, that would still be under-appreciating their work. Jennifer (the owner) literally cares about nothing else except your day going perfectly. She'll assign you a personal wedding manager (we had Chelsea), who handles the details. Both Jennifer and Chelsea were such absolute professionals, remembering every tiny little detail, making thoughtful suggestions, working with us on every single solitary aspect of our wedding. No detail was too small for them to care about. Not a single thing "slipped through the cracks." You could pay top dollar for the best wedding planner in the world, and you wouldn't get better service. (And you don't need a wedding planner at this venue, because they provide!) Our officiant commented that they were the most organized venue he'd ever encountered. They literally care SO MUCH that everything goes well, it will put you at complete ease to just enjoy yourself. All the rest of the staff is equally lovely, attentive, and professional. From the bartenders, to the drivers (who take you onto the top of a literal mountain for romantic photos!), to the waiters, to the groundspeople. The whole thing is run so well, and gives you a fully personalized experience. Some other places it felt like we'd be on a conveyer belt (just trying to get through one wedding to get to the next), but not at Circle Oak. The entire experience was just so, so beautiful. Recommend, recommend, recommend.

is so green and up to date, we saved a lot of money on flowers. Literally needed minimal flowers - the venue is to die for. Jennifer was beyond prepared for our meeting and had everything ready to go. We could tell within the first few minutes that she runs a tight ship and is alll over it. That alone gave us ease and instantly took the stress of wedding planning and all the nuances away. The venue is engineered for weddings - everything has a purpose, is so intentional and well thought out. Then there’s Kendra. An angel sent from heaven. She was the coordinator assigned to us when we booked the venue. She helped with all of the preplanning, and day of coordination. Not only did everything run smoothly, perfectly, and on time, but she was having to deal with some fun and rowdy wedding party friends and did it with grace and a smile on her face. She kept us fed, hydrated, and laughing the entire day. She is ON TOP OF IT and was catching mistakes in contracts we sent to her that we reviewed and didn’t notice. Her attention to detail is next level and so appreciated. Literally stop your venue search, and book Circle Oak. You won’t have ANY regrets. No one has to “work” the day of the wedding. They set up and pack up decor, manage your vendors and day of coordination, have an in person planning meeting, as well as a menu tasting event. From the site visit, planning meeting, menu tasting, rehearsal walk through, and wedding day spanned out over a year or so for us, in different months, it remained pristine and perfect regardless of current weather conditions. Our guests have all said this was the PERFECT venue and really enjoyed themselves. Thank you Jennifer, Kendra and team for making our special day quite literally PERFECT.

n’t included. Chelsea was our main coordinator and was so easy to get in touch with in the months and weeks leading up to our wedding. Our wedding day went so smoothly because of their attention to detail at Circle Oak and being such a well oiled machine. My husband and I felt so taken care of and stress free knowing we had Chelsea and others making sure everything went smoothly. The ceremony tree is to die for! And you can’t beat the beautiful lights over the reception area. Just do it! Book Circle Oak Ranch! You won’t regret it at all!

ur family and friends were so impressed by how she handled everything. All the vendors included (DJ, caterer) were super great and professional, and made the whole process very easy. The venue itself was really beautiful (I mean that oak tree - come on!). It was remote and peaceful, which was exactly what we were looking for. Our guests all raved about the ground and the general flow of the venue. We couldn't recommend Circle Oak more, it was truly worth everything that we paid for and more.

ifer was so kind and accommodating throughout the whole process, and Chelsea was the best coordinator I could ask for. She kept us on time perfectly and knew to anticipate anything and everything. Leading up to the wedding was a really busy time for us, and I felt like Chelsea truly knew how to step in and make us feel at ease that everything would go smoothly. On top of the venue being gorgeous, we really appreciated its unique business model and transparency. The tasting event they held for us to try the catering menu was also such a cherry on top, and felt like another addition to our special season of festivities. We loved our day so much and wouldn’t have changed a thing!

was what really made this experience so magical though. People kept asking me how wedding planning was going, and my response was always “great, my venue and vendors are amazing!”. This is the most well organized operation I had seen in the whole wedding planning process. The inclusive package and pricing are all very transparent. We enjoyed that we also had some flexibility with other vendors, such as florist and photographers. Every email we had was answered so quickly and professionally, even if we had lots of questions about certain things! The final planning meeting was so thorough, and we seriously were amazed at how well thought out everything was! Circle Oaks also made sure all of our vendors were on the same page as well, which was so helpful! Fast forward to the wedding day, I was amazed at how well we were taken care of! My older guests were so appreciative of the golf cart access. We received so many compliments on the greenery and pristine grounds. The food was amazing and the whole night was so magical. Anytime we needed something, the team was so helpful. Ron and Jen are so generous and warm-welcoming. The decorations were all packed up so nicely and we didn’t have to worry at all. I 100% recommend Circle Oaks Ranch and have nothing but amazing things to say!!

Wedding and when we stumbled across Circle Oak Ranch, we fell in love with a photo of the reception area at night under the String Lights. Photos don’t do the beauty of the venue enough justice, it is so secluded and absolutely gorgeous. All of our wedding guests keep raving about how beautiful the venue was, but most importantly how incredible the staff was and how focused they were on the wedding guest experience. Jennifer, Chelsea, and Kendra and all of the Circle Oak Staff were so attentive, responsive, and so helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process and made the actual wedding day go so seamlessly. When we first toured the venue we were so impressed when they walked us through all of the details and how organized everything was. Having the DJ, Catering, and Bartenders included in the Wedding Package made everything way easier because they had such a well established working relationship and helped bring everything together. Circle Oak does a Tasting Day well in advance of your wedding day and it allows you the perfect opportunity to feel like you’re attending a wedding there and get to meet other couples, recommended vendors, and try all of the amazing food!! I have anxiety so I was a little nervous to start the wedding planning process and was afraid the day of the wedding I wouldn’t be able to enjoy everything because I would be caught up in the details. Having Chelsea as our wedding coordinator was seriously a dream!! She took care of absolutely everything and we knew we were in amazing hands. She kept things moving and on schedule and was focused on making sure everything came together. Chelsea and the entire staff were so catered to making sure my husband and I could just enjoy our special day with our family and friends and soak it all in. We are so grateful to have found the venue, and for the people there. The venue itself is stunning, in a serene outdoor magical landscape. We recommend circle oak 1000%.
