This quickly changed when we saw the gorgeous, ancient oak tree marking where we would become husband and wife.  Jennifer, the owner and one of the day-of coordinators, is one of those rare people who genuinely cares about you and treats every wedding as if you are family.  Circle Oak made our wedding day magical. Our wedding day coordinator Chelsea is a godsend and cured many aspects of my anxiety. The wedding could not have been more smooth and flawless. The price was not inexpensive, however compared to other venues we toured, the value was among the best. The entire venue is like a magical oasis out in Fallbrook, no road sounds, just the sounds of the crickets and the party the DJ sets with amazing music choices! The caterer was great, numerous folks have stated it's the best wedding food thy've ever had. We used all Circle Oak recommended vendors, and everyone was fantastic, working together with ease.  We were able to have the majority of the wedding party stay down the street 3 minutes away at the Welburn Gourd Farm, which was also perfect. Most importantly to us, they were able to accommodate our ring bearer/fur baby Pumpkin and made us feel like he was a welcome member of the family. I was a bit sad to leave at the end of the wedding, knowing that I wouldn't get to be a bride again at Circle Oak Ranch. It's a once in a lifetime joy to get married here. I feel so blessed to have had my special day here. 

, to the beauty of the property made Circle Oak an easy choice. I cannot emphasize enough how accommodating Kendra was to our planning process. Although planning an intercultural wedding was at times difficult to navigate with our own families, Kendra was able to ensure that families and us as the couple were happy. Kendra, thank you so much for working everything out during our rehearsal and for keeping everyone on track and ON TIME throughout the whole event. Family members have expressed how beautiful the venue was and how absolutely smooth the night went. The team here are masters at what they do and took so much on that would be stressful for planning off of our plates leading up to our wedding. Book them!

minute we got to the parking lot and stepped into the venue, we were speechless at the vast beauty of the estate. The oak tree immediately caught our attention, and every detail we saw after that drew us in more and more. Jennifer and Ron have done an amazing job at keeping their home and venue so well kept! Their story of how they began this venue business with their own daughter's wedding is so touching, and it makes sense why they continue to invite others into their home to host such beautiful events filled with love. They actually took part in making sure everything went accordingly on our special day, and we are so glad to have met them! I thought the venue couldn't be more beautiful the day we first visited, but when the flowers bloom and the grass becomes greener... WOW! Absolutely breathtaking!!! They have done a wonderful job with their upkeep. Kendra was our lead tour guide and ended up being our wedding day coordinator, and she absolutely played a vital role in how perfect our planning journey and wedding day went. I cannot emphasize enough how well she took care of us and our bridal party - I don't think I'll ever feel the same royal treatment anywhere, anytime else for the rest of my life! She was so patient and heard us out on every question/concern, and yet so very succinct so that when time came to make a decision, we were all on top of things. She has such a sweet personality as well, you can't help but smile whenever you're working with her! The site separations make it a fluid journey for your guests, as you begin at the lowest area with the ceremony and welcome pergola, then move up to cocktail hour where the bathrooms are conveniently located centrally, and then finally the reception area where beautiful market lights are hung. I honestly fell in love with the surrounding trees and market lights - it looks so magical at nighttime! The bridal and grooms suite are spacious and had the right amount of space for us to get ready in. We had 5 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen, and easily fit with all of our belongings. We even held a Chinese Tea Ceremony in the front of the bridal suite, no problems at all! Some other venues had a large bridal suite and a small sad room for the Groom, but that's not the case here! They had a pool table and foosball table to enjoy! Both suites also have fridges in case you have drinks you wanted to bring! With all that being said, the windy road to Circle Oak Ranch was still a worrisome thought in our minds, but with their recommendation of a Shuttle vendor, that was all resolved! All of our guests were able to utilize the shuttle pretty effortlessly, and no one had to worry about driving back home in the dark. All of their vendor recommendations were amazing - would highly suggest picking from their list because the ones we did were perfect for us!
