his is a family owned longhorn ranch and the owners are so sweet & kind. They made me feel so welcomed and comfortable especially on our big day. I loved that we had free rein to do things that we wanted such as bring our own decor/food/drinks/alcohol. This saved us so much especially since we had many family members that wanted to help us out with these things. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the beauty of this place. Our experience was absolutely amazing and we can’t thank Vivian and David enough for helping us throughout this process.

ordable prices, but the customer service is unmatched. Any questions we had were promptly answered and they even provided resources to make the planning process easier! The venue itself is just stunning, and I highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for one. They are super accommodating as well by letting you bring your own vendors which is not something you see often. They even let you go take pictures by their longhorns!

out if we wanted a different color we would have to meet up with vendor who does that for them. I decided white was good because i was having color napkins in my colors. My husband was with me during the tour and understood they were included as well. My best friend visited as well and understood same thing. On wedding day going to start decorating and there wasn't any linens. I asked was told they weren't included. What? Freaked out upset almost in tears what am I supposed to do? Contract didn't say they weren't included nor did it say they were but the way they talked about them you would think so. I was told they have show linens that they could get but would have to charge me $400 extra of course what else am I going to do. David said since we didn't included catering or bar they just assumed I didn't want any extras. But also admitted changing contracts at least 2 times since we had signed. Did bring out show linens which where wrinkled and dirty. We literally had to use decorations to hide the different dirty spots. The entrance table which had my sign in hearts had a bunch of black all over top. Luckily just used my sign in hearts and just spreading them out to hide the marks. My sister had mentioned to David that it wasn't fair for them to be charging us since they weren't clear and caused the confusion. Then after wedding almost week later they gave me a partial refund of my 500 deposit saying they charged me 10 plus tax to clean the linens for each linen. Which ended up being more than half my deposit. Which they also said it took 14 hours to clean. Seriously charged me to clean the linens that were already dirty 😒 and not just a little dirty filthy. It would of been better to just say they charged me to have them. So just make sure everything is super clear and listed on contract. Not something a bride wants to deal with on her wedding day.

and going to numerous open houses at wedding venues, Circle of Seven Ranch was the needle in the haystack we were looking for. The venue is very clean and spacious with a beautiful open layout. They have big windows that allows you to overlook their stunning property especially their pond with a fountain. If the weather permits, you’ll have the best view of the Texas sunset beaming through the venue. It’s got that Western Texas vibe that hits home if you’re from here. The size of the venue was perfect for our 100 guests wedding. The owners, David and Vivian, are some of the sweetest people we have ever met. They are wholesome, kind hearted, and we can’t thank them enough for their hospitality. They are very understanding and were accommodating through-out the entire process and they were quick to respond back with any questions we had. When we told them we were going for a tropical wedding in the winter, they were genuinely more excited than we were. I highly recommended them and their venue if you want personalize your special events!

There are so many other features and amenities available to you when you book the venue. David and Vivian are such a big help and will be there for anything you may need before, during, or even after the ceremony. They did a wonderful job hosting our wedding. The venue itself is already beautifully decorated with a homey and rustic scene. Even with COVID, we had ample room to place tables for everyone to properly social distance during the wedding.
The view from the windows is gorgeous with the pond and longhorns that you can see around the property. There are multiple areas that you can get pictures taken, including a few gazebos and a dock on the pond that you can get that perfect sunset picture on. Plenty of parking for guests as well! The bridal suite is also a lovely touch as it gives you an area to get dressed with your bride's maids and a full bathroom attached in case you are in a rush to the venue! Overall very pleased with this choice of venue.
