Let me put it this way, after meeting with Rich within a few minutes I decided he would be the person to capture those memorable moments from our wedding. We cancelled the appointments we had scheduled after him. That was pretty bold on my part because usually I don't make snap decisions like that; but I was sold on his upbeat personality, style, portfolio and his overall approach. Throughout the planning process, Rich spoke with me multiple times on the phone and offered so much valuable information about timeliness for photos, etc. My fiancé and I initially booked an Engagement session within our wedding package, however we live in CT, and Rich even offered to meet us halfway between his town and ours for the shoot. On the day of our wedding, Rich and his second photographer showed up early (without my asking) and spent the entire time taking photos. During the night of the wedding, Rich or his associate were constantly by my and my husband's side to snap whatever photo we requested and I know they captured all the little details of the night as well. Although I have not received my pictures yet, I know they will be absolutely beautiful.
