of wedding flowers. We entered, and were chosen as one of five finalist couples. This was in July 2010, but by October 2010, 2 weeks before our wedding, due to various circumstances the interviews still hadn't taken place.
When we were finally called about an interview, the person we spoke with was more than appologetic about the situation. They knew the contest would not be over by the time we had our wedding, and to make it up to us they offered to do all of the arranging and delivery of the flowers at their cost. Of course we took them up on it!
Not only were they completely classy about the way they handled the situation, but the flowers were spectacular and made our wedding more beautiful than we could have imagined.
