reat advice, accommodating, and prompt with replying to emails and phone calls! I would 100% recommend City Art to anyone looking to have a truly magical evening that people will never forget! I hoped to post pictures, but they haven't come in yet, so I'll just leave another review when they do!!
For logistics: I had 200 people, 5 food stations, 2 bars, a band, 10 standing cocktail tables, 6 tables for seating, and a few miscellaneous tables for the cake, presents, ect. And there was plenty of room! The space is much bigger than it looks with nothing in it!
I loved having my rehearsal dinner here. It was the perfect size for a small group and absolutely beautiful. They are a little rigid with times and I thought a bit expensive, but it was beautiful and the guests loved it.

an be challenging and sometimes difficult to work with. Biggest piece of advice is to choose a caterer who you like and knows the space well--they will be your main point of contact with planning the details of your event and should know the rules and etc.

City Art is a beautiful venue. The fact that it is an art gallery makes it unique from all other venues. It makes for a very classy looking reception and guests can walk around and look at art work in addition to eating and dancing.
We used City Art for our rehearsal dinner and couldn't have been happier. It is such a unique space and all our guests commented on how cool it was.
If you have a vision of something different this is a great place. If you need a small and personable venue check this place out.
