To start the process, City Barbeque offers to-be-weds a complimentary tasting. With this, you can experience their expertise firsthand, and fill your menu with your new favorite meals. Some of your options include pulled pork, smoked turkey, and a show-stopping smoked hog. There are also vegetarian choices, including a black bean burger and vegetable pasta. At your reception, the food can be set up in stations or as a mouthwatering spread.

And, totally unexpectedly, we received a "midnight snack" at our home after the night wrapped up - a little delivery for the 2 of us of a sampling of everything from our order, enough for the 2 of us to snack on from the day, including a piece of our cake! City Barbecue also provides iced tea and lemonade for the cocktail hour. Their food and set up went perfectly with our rustic, outdoor venue.
