We went to see Ashley and she made us feel so comfortable. She was extremely knowledgeable helping us decide what would be best for so many different age groups.
Now to the special day of food was absolutely without a doubt amazing every single one of our family members, friends and contacts remarked all night, long and the following few days about how special the quality the content and the service of Citi barbecue
If you are considering catering, you could never go wrong with them we cannot thank them enough for making our evening so very, very special
On a second note, they cleaned up and then wrapped up all of the leftovers. We had a huge football party on Sunday and consumed every last bit of Citi barbecues fabulous food.

When we picked up our sampler at the very beginning, I believe it was the manager of that restaurant that assisted us, and he was so nice and so happy and even gave us some cake to try! The food was AMAZING and everyone was getting the name of the restaurant so they could have it again. The staff during the wedding reception was extremely professional. I never even saw them put the food at the sweetheart table, it was just waiting there for my husband and me when we got there. I never noticed them setting up or cleaning up and leaving, that's how efficient they were. If I ever have an event that needs catering I WILL be using City BBQ again.

the day before our wedding due to fraud and City Barbeque still showed up for us and didn’t even let me know about the issue until the next day as to not cause any additional stress on wedding day. It blows my mind that they would show up for us before we even had the opportunity to pay them! Both Brittany and Ashlee were so sweet and easy to work with, and all the food was delicious!!

We were a little worried about distance from our venue at first (Huntersville to Morganton, NC), but did not have any problems with food quality or delivery time. They are affordable, personable, and professional. It's worth it to do full service, and definitely get the banana pudding!

They made us a plate and delivered it so we could at least have a bit to eat! They also packaged us up a to-go bag to eat afterward with the kindest handwritten note on the bag. Secondly, the caterers that came to our event gave very thoughtful effort in keeping the food fresh as our dinner was running behind. They were LITERALLY holding the food up close to the heaters to keep them warm during all the way too lengthy speeches. Thirdly, the compliments we got on how good the food was AMAZING! everyone talked about how good it was the entire weekend. Half of our guests’ favorite was he bone in chicken, the other half’s favorite was the brisket. Which means both were absolutely delicious and competed fairly with one another. The mac and cheese and the green beans were YUM! The caterers did a great job at cleaning up after AND they wrapped up and saved extra food so we could enjoy for lunch the next day without even knowing they did so!! Do yourself a favor, if you are having a wedding in North Carolina, give the people what they want and go with City Barbecue!
