We hired City BBQ for our vow renewal, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience! From the planning process through the end of our celebration, everything was wonderful.
Dani was amazing to work with during the ordering process. She was incredibly responsive, patient with all of my questions, and so accommodating when I made changes to our menu. She helped guide me through the different options and quantities and made recommendations that helped me feel confident in our final menu. Planning food for a larger group can be stressful, and she made the process so easy!
The food was absolutely amazing, and we received so many compliments from our guests. Everyone loved the menu, and quite a few people even went back for seconds! We had plenty of food for our entire party and still had leftovers, so the portions were perfect.
The buffet presentation was beautiful as well. City BBQ did such a great job setting everything up, and the cast iron serving pieces really elevated the look and made the buffet feel special for our event.
The catering staff was wonderful and went above and beyond throughout the evening. They assisted with cleanup, helped cut and serve our cake, and even packaged all of our leftovers for us to take home at the end of the night. Those extra touches were so appreciated and allowed us to enjoy our celebration without having to worry about all the little details.
Everything was delicious, plentiful, beautifully presented, and handled with such great service from beginning to end. We would absolutely recommend City BBQ for catering and would happily use them again for another event!

Dani did a fantastic job from coordinating the tasting to all of the communication leading up the big day. I love how responsive she was to our needs throughout the entire process. Everything she did felt very personalized and thorough. Rose and Megan did a phenomenal job on wedding day and even checked on us several times to take our plates and see if we needed anything else which was a super nice touch! If you are looking for a caterer you can count on, look no further.

We had their triple Q, coleslaw, cornbread, salad, bacon green beans, and Mac n cheese. Everything was delicious!
The staff members were professional and so fun. They kept the buffet filled and moving quickly. They even danced with us and made our reception so fun!
Our guests were highly complimentary of our food saying it was some of the best wedding food they had been served.
We would definitely recommend City BBQ!

She paid special attention to the details, my timeline, and other details such as placing my cake topper and bringing out a cupcake at the perfect time for my husband and I to sing happy birthday to his mother. Her and her partners worked so hard and never stopped the entire time. I can’t say enough how perfect the food was. VED the tasting that was set up at the Blue Ash restaurant with Kim Minton and team. We were spoiled with being able to try everything on the menu. This was so fantastic because we were able to try things we had never had before. We discovered we LOVED the smoked turkey and gumbo, and we ordered both for our event. It was so easy to set up the order with Kim and even submit changes when preparing for the event. We got the full-service catering, which included the set up and clearing of plates, etc. and it was the best decision ever! The staff on the day of the event were so organized, set up everything perfectly and timely, and were so friendly to us and our guests! They checked in with me to make sure everything was perfect. When we were dancing, everything was cleaned up, leftovers were packaged, and more. I can't recommend City BBQ enough! Best decision for catering...and can't wait to order again sometime soon! Our guests wouldn't stop talking about how great the food and staff were! Thank you so much!

! People went crazy over the sides and the brisket. "best food I've ever had at a wedding". As a bride, City BBQ was the easiest vendor we worked with. Being from the Cincinnati area we had lots of BBQ options, but City BBQ was the winner because they were so easy to get ahold of, most reliable and had the best prices. I'll admit I wasn't the easiest bride to work with, but with all the changes I made they were always accommodating! City BBQ was the best decision we made.

City BBQ also did my appetizers - a fruit plate, vegetables, crackers, cheese, and meat. They did a great job setting up our event and ensuring our buffet style layout was set the whole time. They did a hog for us which was also nicely displayed. A couple servers made sure to check in with me (the bride) to ensure I did not need anything else and to make sure all was going how I wanted. The food was delicious - we had zero complaints only raving reviews from guests! Everything was warm and delicious! I also had City BBQ cut my cake so I didn't have to worry about that either. Overall I would definitely recommend City BBQ especially for an outdoor backyard wedding. My guests count was about 160 which they managed great. My food layout was also appealing which I greatly appreciated!
