We hired city bbq for our wedding of 100 people. Set up was smooth, the buffet line went quickly, and the food was absolutely delicious! They packed up our leftovers and swiftly moved equipment out of the way after dinner. I would hire city bbq again for any event! We got so many compliments on food from our guests. :)

Her communication throughout the planning process was clear, timely, and reassuring—she truly took care of everything.
One thing that really stood out to us was how attentive the team was to allergies. They were extremely careful to avoid cross-contamination and ensured everything was safe for our gluten-free guests, which gave us so much peace of mind.
On the day of the wedding, the staff went above and beyond. They handled setup beautifully, kept the serving area tidy, cleared plates, and were so kind and helpful—especially to our elderly guests. It was seamless, and we didn’t have to worry about anything.
The food was an absolute hit with our guests. We highly recommend City Barbeque to any couple planning their wedding. Thank you for being such an important and memorable part of our big day!

actually tasted GOOD. I had multiple wedding guests compliment the food at our wedding, admitting they had low expectations since "BBQ food at a wedding" didn't sound too exciting to them! But they raved about it afterwards. I also cannot recommend enough the Rustic Lemonade Stand. We had a lunchtime wedding and I honestly feel this is a MUST. Find the room in your budget. It is so cute and guests had such a good time, even the photographer and musicians enjoyed drinking the lemonade and tea! And they let us take any extra home!

Abbey Mohr the Northeast Ohio wedding specialist was top notch. She was super organized and was very specific/ detailed in answering my questions. We were missing a few things at other tables we had set up around the barn, and the servers from City Barbecue supplied all the things we had missed - even though they had nothing to do with the food from the other stations. At one point the guy from City Barbecue asked me if they could help me out with anything else because they were all set up and had some free time. They were all wonderful. I can’t say enough about them. I’ve been a City Barbecue customer for years now. The reason I chose them was the consistently wonderful food and their amazing work ethic I saw when I came to their restaurants. The service was impeccable, speedy, delicious, and gracious. You can’t go wrong with them. Highly recommend!

as extremely helpful. The day of it was a breeze I literally had to do nothing. Harrison came in set everything up amazingly and made sure everything was labeled. The food was a huge hit and everyone enjoyed all the different options! Everything came with its own packaging, they provided everything down to silverware, napkins, and plates! I could not have asked for a better experience and would recommend City Barbeque for any catered event!

d up after themselves. We asked for them to pack up all the left overs and put it in one spot for our guests to take home. They asked us if we needed anything constantly. We will recommend the full service catering from City BBQ to anyone planning a wedding or a big event!
