Working with City Beautiful Events specifically Christine and Caroline was the best decision I made for my wedding. They made everything so much easier and so much fun. I truly fel...
t like I had a supportive team behind me the whole time. Christine had great recommendations for vendors and I felt like we were always on the same page. Our wedding day went off flawlessly and I know Christine and Caroline we’re responsible for that. They are both so sweet and I can’t recommend them enough.
As the Father of the Bride and have never planned or executed a wedding, you could say our plate was full. However, when my daughter brought up the idea of a Wedding Planner, I was...
still skeptical. We decided to take on the additional expense and hire a planner. Thank goodness we found City Beautiful Events, and specifically Caroline Kemp. What a professional! I could not imagine getting through the wedding day without Caroline. Not a worry in the world for any of us. Did not have to remind everyone of our timeline, no vendors to oversee, no guests special requests to concern ourselves with. What we had the ability to do, was watch our daughter on her most special day! Caroline flawlessly orchestrated everything from behind the scenes. I have two more daughters, and when their wedding are scheduled, I know who will be my first call, Caroline at City Beautiful Events.
I recently attended my niece's wedding in Orlando. Caroline Kemp was her event coordinator. This beautiful angel made her day as stress free and perfect as possible. She went ou...
t of her way to make sure all the details were taken care of, even some that were not her responsibility. She was professional, friendly, caring, detailed oriented, and totally make the bride and her family feel confident that things were being take care of as to their wishes.. If anyone wants the perfect person to help make for a prefect wedding, you have to call Caroline - you will not be disappointed. Many thanks for all that you did Caroline!!
We used City Beautiful Events as our day of wedding coordinator!

ked all the right questions about aspects of the day we may have forgotten about.
On the day of the wedding she brought Kelsey with her! Kelsey was equally as amazing. The whole day flew by without a single hiccup having the two of them there.
Originally we thought we wouldn't need a day of coordinator. After having one, especially one as amazing as Caroline, we would recommend them for any friends getting ready to plan a wedding.
We used City Beautiful Events for our wedding in Orlando and Christine is the best wedding planner hands down!! Since the beginning working with her, we felt so much at ease with a...
ll the planning that was going to take place. She made sure to keep us involved in the planning without being overwhelmed. We lived in different states, one in Washington DC and the other in Florida, but that was not a problem. Christine was there and if we needed to check up anything in Florida, she was willing. She is really good with texting and calling and we had many group calls since we couldn't always meet in person and everything worked out great.
Once the big day arrived, everything fell into place, from the rehearsal the previous day to driving us out herself to our hotel after the wedding!!!
The wedding was so perfect and all thanks to Christine and her team. She worked well with other vendors (many of them had worked with her already, which was great). From food, to decorations, every guest was happy and satisfied and the wedding was a great blast!
So if you are considering hiring City beautiful events for you wedding, do it and it will be the best decision!!!
