Allana was exceptional. I could not have asked for someone better to work with. I am organized and very much a planner, and was probably naive about all of the work that goes into your big day. I genuinely don't think my wedding would have come together without Allana's help. If you are on the fence about getting a planner/day of coordinator/etc like I was, absolutely do it and do it with city chic. You will not find someone better!
If you're on the fence about whether or not you need a planner, get one!! And make sure it's Allana/City Chic!! I'm not being dramatic when I say that our wedding day wouldn't have happened without Allana. Even from just a vendor aspect, almost every single person I ended up hiring was a recommendation from Allana. I hired her for "month of" services but she was truly present throughout the entire process, with the service ramping up during the final weeks when I really needed her most. She helped with contract review and helped keep us on track from a timing standpoint during the entire year of planning.
Whenever we had a "check in" call, I felt calmer when I hung up the phone because she was so helpful in easing my nerves and trying to take things off my plate where she could. The fabrication and navigation of the "day of" timeline was invaluable and I truly felt like she was invested in making sure our day went seamlessly. She even went above and beyond in providing a full length mirror, a card box, and helping get our wedding welcome sign printed.
I am so thankful for her efforts in helping to create our dream wedding day!!
We would recommend City Chic Events to anyone planning a wedding! We worked with Nicole Albanese for about a year through our wedding process. She helped us find the remaining vendors we needed while keep into our budget. She also gave us great advice and suggestions. She was always so positive, friendly, and professional.
The week of our wedding there were some weather issues that impacted our reception. Nicole helped guide us through this and was so calm, receptive, and positive.

Allana and City Chic Events are the absolute BEST! I could write a novel about how much Allana helped with the wedding but I’ll just highlight a few things. Allana was so warm and friendly, communicative, organized, knowledgeable, and a source of calmness during a busy and stressful time. City Chic was a huge part of the success of our wedding. They did the florals, bartending, decor, and planning. There were a lot of unknowns as we were the inaugural wedding at our event space, but it went so smoothly thanks to Allana and her team. They were also helpful in helping us pivot on the day of the wedding due to poor weather. Additionally, the florals and decor were stunning and EXACTLY as I had envisioned, the bartenders were rockstars, and I can’t overstate how much Allana helped throughout the planning process with my thousands of questions. From the first point of contact with Allana and all the way throughout the day of the wedding, they were an absolute dream to work with. We will forever be grateful. Thanks Allana and team!!

Where do I begin? I had the pleasure to start working with Allana in January of 2023. As someone planning out of state, finishing school and overwhelmed she was my rock. She helped bring my vision to life and was more than helpful! To say she went above and beyond is an understatement! The organization and communication was top tier. I couldn’t have asked for a better planner! She also did my florals which I can’t believe how beautiful they turned out! Allana handled everything I needed of her and she did not disappoint me in any way.

From beginning to the end of our journey planning my dream wedding, Allana did freaking FANTASTIC. I wasn’t a super crazy nit-picky bride but whatever I wanted or had ideas to throw at Allana she made happen. I would send her pictures and inspiration random times to see what she thought and was always honest with me. I probably texted her way too often and shared way too much personally but she was so easy to open up to and communicate with. Weddings are stressful and emotional, so I think that’s important to have that openness with your wedding planner! I couldn’t have done literal thing without Allana and our day was beautiful and my Pinterest brought to real life. 10/10 recommend, her and her team are great 🤠
I am extremely grateful that I found and worked with Allana, owner of City Chic Events, on our wedding weekend. We had a very unique vision for our wedding that consisted of 2 separate days with one of them being 70s disco themed, and Allana not only understood our vision but was enthusiastic about it. We hired Allana for the month of coordination, but she made herself available to me consistently since we established we were going to work together (a total of 8 months!!). She provides her clients with a checklist, a shared Google Drive, and other resources to stay organized and handled the coordination with vendors early on. Allana was truly a lifesaver when she visited our original venue and had a difficult conversation with me about her concerns. While it was really hard in the moment, she handled my overwhelm like a pro and quickly worked to find a new venue/solution. One of her first suggestions ended up being our reception venue and it was PERFECT. Beyond all of the fantastic work she did checking in with me and coordinating with vendors, Allana and her assistants did such an amazing job on both days of our wedding events. The setups were incredible, the events went smoothly, she made sure I ate and was taken care of, and handled the various personalities of our families very well. Allana goes above and beyond for her clients, and I would not pass up on working with her in whatever capacity you need!
Allana is the most fantastic planner! We booked her for "month of coordination" pretty far in advance (9 months), and she was there with us the whole time, answering emails, giving recommendations, and taking phone calls. I can confidently say I could not have had my wedding without her. Her tools and comprehensive planning checklist were a lifesaver when I felt lost. She was also only a phone call away if we had questions or I was freaking out (which happened once or twice). The day of, she was at the venue early, ready to take charge and make sure everything was exactly what I wanted. She set up decor, talked with vendors, helped pack things into my car, and did everything with a smile. If you need a planner, you NEED to have Allana and City Chic Events.
We cannot say enough good things about everyone at City Chic. Nicole was our “month of coordinator” and that’s in quotes because she has been soooo helpful for the last ten months leading up to our wedding. I don’t know what we would’ve done without her!! Our day truly went perfectly and in large part because of everything she did contacting vendors and managing family and friends throughout the wedding weekend. Our vendor team was so impressed with how detailed she was and our bridal parties and families couldn’t believe how organized our itinerary was and how smoothly our day of went! We didn’t meet her assistant Courtney until the day of and she just jumped right in and was so sweet and helpful whenever we needed anything!
Allana did our flowers and she was AMAZING! I had no idea how to describe what I liked and she somehow took my random explanations and a few inspo pics and created the exact look I wanted for bouquets and centerpieces. Everything was so gorgeous! She really went above and beyond. She had everything set up and cleaned up at the end of the night so quickly too! Cannot say enough good things about city chic as a whole, one of our best decisions made while planning!!
We were referred to City Chic as a wedding planner from our friends who recently got married. We wanted a day of coordinator. We met Allana and she became involved from the day we contacted her. She was great with reaching out to our vendors before the wedding and making sure we had everything we needed. When it came to our actual wedding day, Allana was amazing! We did not have to worry about anything because Allana took care of everything from making sure everyone was where they needed to be, collecting everything at the end of the night, and even checking in on our dog at the venue for us! With both of us working a full time job, we definitely needed a day of coordinator and could not have been happier with Allana.
We used City Chic for our flowers, which were so beautiful. Allana and her team listened to my personal preferences and made very thoughtful suggestions to help refine my vision. There was a great variety of flowers and we got a ton of compliments. Allana was also super responsive and easy to work with, and the whole process went smoothly. Highly recommend City Chic!
We could not have asked for a better florist for our wedding! Allana really listened to what we envisioned for our day and delivered. She was extremely accommodating for what we needed as well. We needed a chuppah for our Jewish ceremony. Allana was one of the few vendors who was willing to set up and take down the structure without overcharging. She even allowed us to drop this off to her ahead of time, and she transported it with the rest of the florals. We had an outdoor ceremony, and it ended up being quite windy, but this was not an issue at all as Allana set everything up so well. While we only used City Chic for flowers and not wedding planning, Allana's keen eye to detail and experience as a wedding planner was certainly helpful in creating such a beautiful result. Definitely would recommend hiring Allana and City Chic for your day!

My fiancé and I started working with City Chic Events in the midst of our wedding planning. From the second we started working with Allana, I felt a sense of ease and relief. Planning a wedding is one thing but working with someone who has experience navigating the entire process including the little hiccups along the way, made the months leading up to our wedding day less stressful. In the weeks prior to the big day, she worked with each of the vendors to ensure that our vision came to life. Although our wedding day through a few curveballs ours way, she was able to help keep everything on track and it all turned out amazing. We couldn’t have done it without her!
I cannot say enough good things about Nicole and her team at City Chic. Nicole is incredibly punctual, organized, and detail-oriented and also an absolute ray of sunshine. She made sure all of our vendors received timely communications leading up to our day and helped me solve any last minute questions/issues, even making herself available for my random phone calls the week before the wedding. On the day of, I received so many compliments about her services from my family as well as our guests- she was on top of EVERYTHING, even handling things I hadn't even thought about. I'd always heard from people that something is bound to go wrong on your wedding day and you just have to roll with it, but I can honestly say it was the most perfect day and I didn't notice a single thing out of place. To me, that's the sign of a great coordinator, and I would highly recommend Nicole if you want a similar experience :)
Allana was our day of coordinator and did our flowers. She did an amazing job from recommending vendors to making the whole day run smoothly. We didn't have to worry about anything on the day because we knew she had it handled. She even noticed that we had overpaid one of our vendors and got us a refund.
Allana was our day of coordinator, hired pre-pandemic. She helped us navigate that chaos and contract adjustments, putting us at ease when we were now tasked with planning a second wedding. Allana helped us find our absolutely killer band, asked questions we didn't think of no matter how many websites we read, helped us save money where we could, and made the wedding day of our dreams a reality.
I am a super organized, type-A person (spread sheets were mentioned in my MOH speech...) and I debated getting a day of coordinator because of my organizational skills. I would absolutely do it again in heartbeat. I didn't have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day. All the plans we had talked about were laid out and executed as such, and instead I got to have an absolutely incredible, carefree night. Do it, book the planner.

Nicole is an amazing coordinator!! From the moment we hired her, she began helping us execute our vision. She created a detailed timeline, coordinated with all our vendors, and was so supportive throughout the entire process. Part of the reason I love Nicole is because I always felt like I could go to her with any question or concern I had. She was easy to talk to and it was comforting to know I had someone thinking of all the little details. I had an idea for a map of our favorite locations in the city to provide for our guests and Nicole made it for me! She always seemed so excited to talk about the wedding and genuinely wanted to be involved. I was thinking about the wedding constantly but there were still details I hadn't thought of. That's what Nicole is for! I would absolutely recommend Nicole with City Chic. I don't know how I would have gotten through the last months of wedding planning without her.
Hiring Allanna from City Chic was the best decision we made in the wedding planning process. We had to postpone our wedding due to Covid, and having someone handle all of the vendors, getting new contracts in place, etc., was such a god send! As the day approached, she had everything so organized and ready to go. If there was a problem on the wedding day, I didn't know about it. Not to mention, she had questions that I wouldn't even have thought of asking. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner/day of coordinator I would strongly suggest it, but only from City Chic!

Allana was a Godsend to us! She is invaluable when it comes to your wedding and you need to hire her! She is amazing! So detail oriented, organized, prompt, kind, caring the list goes on. She is the BEST there is! I would recommend Allana time and time again to anyone who is planning an event. Without her, our day would not be half of what it was. Allana also did our florals and they were more than I could ever imagine. They were beautiful, timeless, fresh etc.! She is great at understanding the couples vision and executing it. Highly recommend Nicole A. as a wedding day coordinator, although, she did so much more than help the 'day of'. She was extremely thorough, patient and organized in making sure our schedule the entire weekend was perfect. She worked and coordinated with all our vendors the day leading up to the wedding and then at the venue she helped decorate our welcome table and table scape flawless - it looked effortless and even better than we expected.
It was the perfect amount of communication and I completely trusted her in making decisions or game time calls, knowing that we were on the same page.

Allana was hands down the BEST vendor we hired for our wedding! Allana was our day-of wedding coordinator, but she helped us plan our dream day for almost TWO YEARS! You will NOT find a better Day of Coordinator than Nicole from City Chic, I repeat, will NOT! We could not have been more pleased with Nicole. From the very beginning she was on top of everything when it came to our vendors, logistics, and all of the other million things that it takes to plan a wedding. Her positive attitude and upbeat energy made it such a joy to work with her. She was so much more than a Day of Coordinator. She took the reins and went full speed ahead with every detail in the planning. She was extremely professional and always made sure to be available whenever we needed her. She went above and beyond in so many ways. I cannot praise her enough. We are so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with her. We hired Allana 4 weeks (!!!) before our wedding date after hearing from our wedding reception venue that we would not be allowed to dance or get up out of our seats due to COVID. Just one month before our wedding date, we switched to a backyard tent reception at a family member's property. Instead of laughing at this idea, Allana excitedly took on the challenge to plan a brand new wedding in a month, and our day was better than we ever envisioned. We think it was even better than our original wedding plans! We were so lucky to work with her, as she knew all of the right people to get the job done and get it done WELL. She has so many connections to different vendors (that are the highest of quality), and there is no way we would have been able to pull this off without her. Thanks so much, Allana!
There is no way we could have ever pulled off our backyard wedding without Nicole from City Chic Events! She was organized, flexible, optimistic, cool under pressure and was nothing short of amazing. We had hired Allana as a coordinator for our scheduled May 2020 wedding, and as you can imagine it was a hectic time. Before the world got crazy, Allana was fantastic to work with, extremely organized and determined to make our day as smooth as possible. As things took a turn, Allana went into reschedule mode - regularly checking in with us and our vendors. Ultimately we decided to cancel our big day, but Allana helped us to the very end. When we throw a big anniversary party in a few years, we know exactly who we will call for help. I would encourage you to do the same!
I never thought that I wanted nor needed a wedding planner/day of coordinator. WOW. I was so wrong. Looking back on my wedding day, I don't know how it would have been possible without Allana and her team. Allana and her team made everything possible, all of my visions and dreams come together. The best vendor we had for our wedding! We hired Nicole for our wedding and not only is she amazing, she’s so welcoming , organized, helpful, and just an overall fun person. She made our wedding planning fun and thought of every little detail to make our day great. Planning a wedding during the stress of coronavirus caused several hiccups and she was by our side through it all and even made a beautiful note to match our invitations so we had something to send out to our guests. She handled our other vendors with ease and our family and friends just loved how sweet she was to all them, she truly became more of a friend than our planner. She timed moving our outdoor wedding up by a few minutes and we beat the rain by literally 2 minutes! Everything seemed to go perfectly due to her help. I would highly recommend a planner but ONLY if it’s city chic!
WOW! WOW! WOW! We hired Allana as our wedding coordinator, but we got SOO much more than that. We can’t say enough about how amazing Allana was. We truly could not have done this without her. From the moment we started working with her she went WAY above any expectations we could have ever expected from her. From being on every phone call with us, to helping us re-schedule multiple venues due to our first venue going bankrupt and then the pandemic, she was ALWAYS there to help us. She truly wanted our wedding to be everything we dreamed of, and she went above and beyond to make that happen. She even hand designed our florals EXACTLY how I imagined them if not even better. AND after all the endless hours helping us find new venues/ solutions she tried to give us a discount because she felt bad for us (no way we were ever going to take money back from her!!!) There were so many negatives to planning a wedding during such a stressful time, but working with Allana was the biggest blessing we could have asked for. I can’t put into words how much we appreciated everything she did for us. Everyone who is planning a wedding NEEDS Allana there. Through every unexpected twist and turn she was there for us with not just solutions, but actually went through every step alongside us. I wouldn’t have had my dream wedding if it wasn’t for her. She really listens to every little detail and dream you have for your big day. And then she somehow makes it happen( even in the midst of a pandemic) she finds a way. We had not just one wedding fall through, but two and without Allana I can’t imagine the breakdowns and stress I would have had. Hiring Allana with City Chic was not only the best decision we made for our wedding, but it was hands down the best money we spent. Not only is Allana's attention to detail unparalleled, but she is so personable and has the most up beat personality. She helped our day run flawlessly, arranging vendor meetings and organizing our contracts as well as coordinating our vendors at our reception. Thanks to her, our reception was beautifully put together and ran like a dream. We would 1000% suggest hiring her for your day of, you will not be disappointed! She helped fix my hair when it was out of place from the windy day, helped with my veil, getting a few stains out of the hem of my dress, etc etc. She had a HUGE emergency kit (I'm talking your dad's fishing box but 10 times as big) and left it open for wedding party/other guests to grab what they might need (hair spray, repair kits, you name it).
She was definitely worth every penny and honestly deserved more. Hire her! You won't regret it. If you're wondering if you should have a coordinator, you should. It truly is necessary the day of, since the venue contact person is there for the venue more than you, your maid of honor/best man/parents shouldn't have to be the go-to person for all the little things, and she will help you with all the nitty gritty you don't even think of but things that are important!
We truly had the best day of our lives, and I owe that to our wedding planner, Allana. She was eager to make all of our wedding dreams come true. She was organized and punctual and helped to make everything run so very smoothly on the big day. It was easy to work with her. She answered questions promptly, and worked professionally with all other vendors, all the while advocating for us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted! She was wonderful and I loved working with her!
Allana was an absolute life saver during our wedding planning process and throughout our wedding day. She helped ease our mind with things we were stressed about, provided great recommendations and suggestions, and overall did an amazing job making sure that everything ran smoothly on our big day. We had a big wedding party with lots of people involved, and she made sure everyone knew where to go and what to do, ensuring both myself and my husband were not bothered or stressed out :) Her and her assistant also helped with all of the set up, decor, vendor coordinator, and timing. I hired Allana almost 18 months before my wedding as a month-of coordinator. She was the first vendor I hired and was absolutely essential throughout the entire process. She provided so many helpful hints, suggestions, recommendations, planning tools, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure that we were on track (and most importantly on budget). She helped me choose vendors, negotiate contracts, execute my decor visions, coordinate my florals, and gave feedback on all my crazy ideas. She checked in on me emotionally and kept me calm through all kinds of wedding nonsense.
As someone who works in events, it would have been too easy for me to become a total bridezilla and obsess over every detail, but with Allana, I was able to hand over the event management and completely enjoy my wedding. She is also a genuinely delightful person who clearly loves what she does.

My daughter and I had five months to plan her wedding. We thought we could just throw it together without help. Well, we couldn't. I was referred to Allana Amiran of City Chic Events. We knew as soon as we met with her that we'd hire her to help us have the wedding we wanted. She was there from the absolute beginning, in between and very end. She was in constant contact with myself and the bride. Helping us to set up timelines, contacting vendors, negotiating contracts and always working to get us what we wanted at a fair price. I cannot say enough good things about this fine lady. My daughter and I had a few hiccups along the way and Allana was always there to help us through and encourage us. Always taking the time the issue at hand needed to get things worked out . Just for reference, we had to change venues on a dime and she was there to navigate us through with so much finesse and professionalism. My daughter and her now, husband had the wedding they dreamed of due to all the help and knowledge of Allana. They said they'd do it all over again. Our day was stress free, love-filled, joyous and beautiful. Thank you Allana!
I can't begin to describe how great Allana and City Chic are! Allana was the day-of coordinator for my wedding. She was so helpful during the planning process in the month leading up to the wedding. She was very responsive to emails and so easy to work with because she was so kind. She took over communication with vendors which made things much less stressful for me. She was also a great resource for answering any questions we had and had great input while we finished up planning details. On the wedding day, Allana was so incredibly helpful and made sure everything moved smoothly and stayed on time. I honestly can't imagine the day going as well without her help. First of all, she set up the decor beautifully and I was so happy with how everything looked. She also helped cue us for our entrance at the ceremony and the reception so it timed perfectly with the music. When the ceremony ended way earlier than the church predicted, Allana was on top of everything to make sure the guests arriving early to the reception were comfortable and had a place to go before it started. She even helped fix my broken bustle! I think one of the best things she did that night was just to be a good support system for the groom and I. No other vendor will check in to make sure you're doing ok or if you need anything. She was always there to answer questions and direct us if needed since it's easy to get overwhelmed and forget what you're supposed to do next. Overall I'm so happy with how everything turned out and I'd highly recommend City Chic! They will make sure your wedding is perfect.
Allana is extremely helpful creating a detailed plan and orchestrating the vendors. We so appreciated every detail she monitored for our daughters wedding so that we could enjoy the wedding day.

I was looking for a wedding planner for months, and every one would want to have a phone conversation first and I didn't feel like I was vibing with them. The moment I contacted Allana, she told me that we should meet in person and I knew that I found someone that was committed! When we met her, her personality, charm and charisma pulled us in and we decided to hire her on the spot. This was the best decision we made during our planning process!
She made sure that we were always on schedule, she came to all the meetings with us, she answered all of our calls and messages in a timely manner, and always put her two cents in which I really appreciated. As brides and grooms, we are overwhelmed with ideas and it's always good to have someone there that will bring you back to earth. There are so many aspects that I didn't know about that she brought to light and my wedding would not have been nearly as beautiful without her!
My husband and I truly feel like our day would not have gone any better, and are sure that had Allana and her team not been there, chaos would have taken over! There were things that happened that I didn't even know about because she handled them so well!

Nicole and Allana are absolutely amazing! My husband and I met with them a couple times prior to the wedding date to go over information, walk through the venue, etc. Nicole was our same day coordinator. She truly made us feel at ease and comfortable throughout the whole process. I’m pretty sure I would have exploded without her help! She was in constant communication with me no matter the questions or whatever I needed. A couple days before, she scheduled a phone call with me to go over the final timeline for the wedding day and to answer any q’s I had. The weather was unfortunately not on our side but Nicole made me feel at ease no matter the outcome in our wedding day. We asked her to assist with our rehearsal the night before the wedding and she was so personable with our bridal party and family! Day of, I had NO worries. Despite the crazy weather, Nicole made everything go so smoothly and my husband and I focused on enjoying our special day. Nicole is super bubbly, personable, fun, and very professional! I am a perfectionist and have a hard time letting other people take control but trusted her 100% due to her organization and professional demeanor. I highly recommend!!!
Allana and City Chic Events did an AMAZING job with the day-of coordination of my wedding!There were even other vendors I hired complimenting how fantastic Allana was! She literally thought of every detail for the big day, and made sure everything ran smoothly and according to plan. Do yourself a favor and hire Allana and City Chic to handle the wedding coordination for your wedding too - you will NOT regret it!
Allana did such an incredible job!! At our wedding she was so attentive, making herself very available throughout the planning process, and kept all of the details together on the rehearsal and day of!! My fiance, mom and I love details and Allana was able to keep up with us and then some, adding great advice and solid POVs throughout.
We truly couldn't have had such a flawless day without her! She was hustling to make sure everything was in place and we were not worrying about a thing.

Her personal touches, including checking in on how I was feeling and providing emotional feedback, a professional and sensitive view on things, and helping me execute and troubleshoot every detail was exactly what I needed! She helped my mom and I and every stage and specifically on the wedding day she was worth her! At least 10 times that day I shouted please someone get Alana! And I knew she would be right there to fix a broken bustle on the dress, to help me make sure I got the sunset photos I wanted, execute my timeline and dinner plans so that we could get sparkler photos, and more. I would highly recommend any bride consider her for finalizing and tying up every loose end as well as taking some of the pressure off. She's perfect in pricing and the best decision we made for our wedding day!
