The staff was more than willing to meet up with me the morning of the wedding to give me the flowers. They were so helpful! The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because communication was a bit difficult and some of the details I had requested and confirmed the week of the wedding got a little jumbled. Calls and emails weren't always returned but staff was very helpful when I stopped into the store. The boutonnieres I received on the wedding day were not what I had ordered, but they were still absolutely beautiful so it was not a big deal. The flowers for my mother-in-law came as a pin-on corsage instead of the wrist corsage I had ordered. That was a bit more of an issue as her dress did not allow for a pin-on corsage, but we also found a way to work through that. But again, everything was absolutely gorgeous and on budget. The details that weren't quite right were very minor and easily dealt with the day of the wedding. I might recommend visiting the store in-person the week of the wedding to confirm details.
