out 120$ flower arrangement and they delivered to my wifes job. She sent me a picture and it looked nothing like the one I picked. The one they delivered her had two ugly roses and one ugly flower!!! I said nothing to her since I didn’t want to ruin her day. I didn’t go in and complain because its not about the money. Although it feels like they scammed me!! Our anneversarie is coming up and I definitely will not buy from them EVER again! Please be warned and stay away from these scammers. They can keethe money but pray they don’t do this anyone else. Not only did they make stunning arrangements, Cityview Florist also has an abundance of rental equipment that really set our wedding over the top. We also took advantage of the rental pieces they have to offer, and it made the process way better. I didn't have to track down all my own lanterns, planters, backdrops, etc., because they had everything I wanted and made it so simple for me! d I both took the day off (June 3)to go meet with Hollie at City View, and left feeling optimistic. She seem to understand exactly what we wanted and promised a quote within the next day or two via email. The next day she emailed me a very comprehensive quote that I was happy with, except I called her because I wanted to change some flowers and didn't know if it would be possible. She said she would look into it and get right back to me.. however on june 10th I still had not heard from her so I emailed her regarding the new flowers. The the next day she emailed me saying these particular flowers would not be possible, let us know how you would like to proceed. I wrote her back on june 11th directing to please proceed as originally planned, and let me know about a deposit needed. Never heard back. Emailed her again on the 21st requesting again deposit information and a confirmation . Now here's the kicker... I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THIS FLORIST AGAIN. I gave it another week to give her the benefit of the doubt- maybe she was very busy or sick. But as my wedding date approached, I eventually gave up and scrambled to find a new last minute florist. I am still dumbfounded by this; I can't imagine why someone dealing in weddings would be so careless, unprofessional and inconsiderate. By the way I found an amazing florist up in North Richland Hills who got me exactly the flowers I wanted (which Hollie told me was not possible)... Be warned Brides, she came off knowledgeable and courteous but in all actuality, some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
Holli and the staff at Cityview were GREAT to work with. They are so creative and have a ton of ideas and pictures. They also worked with my budget!
