Stunning! I loved all of the flowers from Cityview! They delivered exactly what I pictured and allowed me to be a part of the process before the bug day! They were great to work with and will definitely us them again.

Absolutely phenomenal work!!! These ladies really made my wildest and greatest floral dreams come true! Holli and Carlie are great to work with and really made me feel special as a bride. I look back on our big day and still am blown away by what this crew created for us. Not only did they make stunning arrangements, Cityview Florist also has an abundance of rental equipment that really set our wedding over the top. I wouldn't use another florist for any of my future events. This shop is the real deal and can make dreams come true!

Cityview was the perfect option for my wedding flowers!! They took care of everything and were so helpful along the way! They really are a family, and they treat you like one of their own. The flowers were more than I could've dreamed of! They took my ideas and expanded them into the most picturesque and perfect day. We also took advantage of the rental pieces they have to offer, and it made the process way better. I didn't have to track down all my own lanterns, planters, backdrops, etc., because they had everything I wanted and made it so simple for me! If you want a beautiful, stress-free florist experience, I highly recommend Cityview!!

I write this poor review today to warn other brides about wasting your time with this florist, as we all know how valuable time is in the planning stages of a wedding. My fiance and I both took the day off (June 3)to go meet with Hollie at City View, and left feeling optimistic. She seem to understand exactly what we wanted and promised a quote within the next day or two via email. The next day she emailed me a very comprehensive quote that I was happy with, except I called her because I wanted to change some flowers and didn't know if it would be possible. She said she would look into it and get right back to me.. however on june 10th I still had not heard from her so I emailed her regarding the new flowers. The the next day she emailed me saying these particular flowers would not be possible, let us know how you would like to proceed. I wrote her back on june 11th directing to please proceed as originally planned, and let me know about a deposit needed. Never heard back. Emailed her again on the 21st requesting again deposit information and a confirmation . Now here's the kicker... I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THIS FLORIST AGAIN. I gave it another week to give her the benefit of the doubt- maybe she was very busy or sick. But as my wedding date approached, I eventually gave up and scrambled to find a new last minute florist. I am still dumbfounded by this; I can't imagine why someone dealing in weddings would be so careless, unprofessional and inconsiderate. By the way I found an amazing florist up in North Richland Hills who got me exactly the flowers I wanted (which Hollie told me was not possible)... Be warned Brides, she came off knowledgeable and courteous but in all actuality, some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
