CJ's Tacos is a 5x award winning catering service in Tennessee. We offer two different styles of comprehensive catering services with a diverse menu and on-site staff to assist you in making your wedding the best it can be. Choose between booking our canopy tent setup, or a full service buffet style catering. We pride ourselves in being able to give customers the ability to fully customize their catering. Everything from the food, plating, presentation, and service are all areas that our customers can customize to their liking. Our food packs a serious punch of flavor, and our service is unmatched.

For years now, CJ's Tacos has focused on catering in the wedding industry specifically. We realize that every wedding we cater is a HUGE responsibility that will impact our clients lives forever. We want to help take the stress away, and give your guests a meal that they will remember for years to come.
A taco shell to remember! We prepare our tortillas by pan-frying them in about a half inch of corn oil until they get a nice golden crust. This makes for a crisp outer layer, while still retaining softness on the inside when you bite into it. These tacos will never break or crumble on you like the standard hard shell taco. We like to say our shells are the perfect middle ground between hard and soft shell. The absolute best of both worlds! If you book a buffet style catering with us, a Taco Specialist will fry tortillas on site right before service starts. Not only are the shells fresh and delicious, but this service also provides a unique scene that will get your guests talking.

it was hot and ready in time for the reception. I was impressed by their cheerful attitudes, the fact that they didn't bring the food already made so that it would be nice and fresh for the guests and that they stayed till the end of dinner to make sure there was enough for everyone. I like that they do taste testing to help Brides & Grooms decide what to choose for their weddings and that they also have a separate catering company with a different variety of food.
