ing. In March I was contacted by Carson saying there had been a miss up and him and Katie would not be doing my wedding but that he was sending two other employees to take care of my wedding. He did offer a small discount due to the mess up and assured me that Allie (the photographer) he was sending was just as talented as Katie and she would be editing my pictures. I asked to see some photos that Allie had taken and was told anything i saw on the website could be considered Allies work also. The day of the wedding came Adam (DJ) was wonderful. Fast forward to last week I finally got my pictures and when I saw them I knew there had to be a mistake. I contacted Carson and asked if they maybe sent me the wrong photos and he assured me they were all the proofed and edited photos. They were not watermarked, and looked like an 8 year old took these with an iPhone. I feel like I hired and payed for what I was assured was professional quality I took the time to choose for my special day and what I got was awful and terrible pictures and Carson does not care or want to fix this problem. After several phone calls to him explaining how unhappy I was he replied with a very rude and offensive attitude with no solution every conversation. I was even told I had 5 minutes of his time for him to explain to me the problems. I'm writing this review so hopefully no one has these problems and the let down that I experienced.
