in one. They worked with us to go line by line over all the selections and make recommendations for how much we would need for our party size. They were communicative and friendly via email and phone call, and flexible with our orders as our numbers changed. We also opted in for set up and clean up services which as a big help. On the weekend of the event all the staff were friendly and professional. Our guests loved the food and all the rentals went smoothly.

als and having all of that come from one vendor made the planning so much easier. We worked with Jason and team at Clambakes for almost a year to plan everything. He was easy to reach, responsive and helpful in offering suggestions about what to add and remove from our order.
Clambakes offers a tasting twice a year, which put all our nerves completely at ease. The event was so well done, that we had no fear our wedding would run just as smoothly. Everything we ate was incredible and the launch of the mobile bar was perfect for our outdoor, tented wedding.
Everything about the set up, food service, execution and clean up was flawless. The team knew exactly what they needed to do, made decisions to best accommodate the rainy weather, and kept cranking out hot food all night long. Our guests are still talking about all the food, but the chowder and the whoopie pies were top hits. They also had extra entrees and offered additional lobsters and steak to guests, which was so appreciated.
On the bar front, I left all sorts of cups, coozies, napkins and a bar menu for the team and everything was used just as I had in mind. I had worked with Jason to pick two signature cocktails and they were both 10/10. The Cape Codsmo and the Paloma weren't on their drink menu, but they should be now!
I can't thank Clambakes enough for the service and professionalism. Having their experience and support made our day exceptional!

t my parents' house and worked without a wedding planner, so it was definitely stressful for us. Communication could not have been better throughout the entire process and everyone was so easy and kind to work with. We had to make a tough decision to move our Saturday wedding to Sunday thanks to Hurricane Lee, and they were able to fully accommodate the change days in advance, even with other events they had scheduled. The food was amazing- I barely had a chance to eat but our guests loved everything- I'm just glad I got to go to event prior to sample their food offerings before my wedding! All of the staff were super on top of their game, accommodated any and all hiccups without any notice to our guests, and treated my husband and I like kings and queens. It was truly an unforgettable day and the PERFECT Cape wedding experience. You will not regret this decision!

we had!! We booked with them January 2023 and they worked closely with us over the months leading up to the wedding to answer all our questions.
We did not have a wedding planner and thankfully Clambakes helped us immensely by providing all our rentals, linens, a bartender and bar, tent, chairs and tables, and of course a delicious clambake dinner!
Our guests could not stop raving about the food and incredible service. The people working were kind, warm, and thoughtful. They made sure our wedding day was incredibly special and ran so smoothly. We had a perfect day and it would not have been possible without them! Walk, don't run to book them for your wedding!

d forth about a lot of items in our order throughout our yearlong planning period and they handled it all with so much grace! They came to scout the property several months ahead of time to talk through the tent sizing and setup with us in person. The tent went up the Wednesday before our Saturday wedding, giving us plenty of time to decorate it to our liking. During the set up a few of the stones on a walkway cracked from the weight of their forklift, but they arranged for the stones to be replaced for us. The tent looked absolutely gorgeous in our backyard (30x75ft frame tent). We did a combination of 60'' round table and long wooden farm tables. We couldn't have been happier with the quality and seamless setup/takedown.

nd chairs, waitstaff, bartenders, everything. The team was a true pleasure to work with -- absolutely service oriented and just a real delight. Our wedding was at the tail end of a hurricane that came through the south shore of the cape and then doubled back to hang out over Chatham and Nantucket. The day before the wedding, winds were ripping and the Clambakes team still set up the tent to the best of their ability and got everything ready to go so that by the day of the wedding (which was a typical Chatham fog fest... which was gorgeous), everything was set up and looked gorgeous. They were always on top of it with a calm, ever-present and communicative demeanor that was absolutely incredible and very needed when the outlook for the wedding looked a little wet. I absolutely recommend using Clambakes, Etc for any event and I will absolutely hire them again when the event presents itself!

I was told by SO many people they had multiple cups of clam chowder and that it was the best chowder they have ever had. I had the lobster and the steak - both were amazing. Unfortunately I didn’t eat the steamers or corn or potatoes, but many people told me the steamers were awesome. The staff is amazing and I didn’t have to get out of my chair- everything was brought to me. Jason is THE NICEST and he was so thorough with all the questions on our phone call a few days prior. The bartenders were also AWESOME!!! The drinks were delicious and strong - just how we like them. And can we talk about the price?!?! For what you get- THE MOST AFFORDABLE. I did add on the table set up and end of the night clean up— so worth it!! Don’t skimp on that since you’re saving so much on the catering bill. The only thing that I found a bit annoying was the water service charge for the actual service that they gave, but that was quickly taken care of after the event, and I have no complaints!!! Just make sure you eat and drink at your wedding when you book them- one of the best meals you’ll have!!!

om them) was set up. The linens were wet, wrinkled and dirty. My family and guests had to help set tables as well as carry chairs down the street to where our ceremony was located. I was completely mortified and embarrassed! The team of workers were just teenage kids who had to be told and reminded what to do by myself and family throughout the day. Literally had to turn the lights on in the tent myself and bring my cake out. It might sound like small things but as the bride I shouldn’t have had to worry about that stuff. The food was fine we had no complaints. I’d only use them if you want a real DIY hands on experience for your wedding.

Our decision ended up really paying off as they not only provided outstanding food service, but they also provided the tent and all of the ceremony chairs. The tent was absolutely beautiful and the food was unbelievable. They did a great job of making sure everyone was safe and comfortable with their COVID protocols. We worked with Jason when booking, and he really made what could have been a very stressful process extremely easy and worry-free. If you are having a wedding or even on Cape Cod, definitely check out Clambakes. We could not be happier with our experience.

We also actually used their sister company, Anchor Tent & Table, for our equipment rentals which we would also highly recommend. Our tent sustained some high winds on Cape Cod the night prior to our wedding and required some attention the following morning. The crew came out right away and saved the day, and we are so thankful for them.
We highly recommend both companies if you are looking for an honest, hardworking crew that provides exceptional service and authentic seaside cuisine! ❤️

We used them for our bbq rehearsal dinner on Friday as well as our wedding Saturday for a traditional clambake, and the food was amazing both days. Some guest favorites during those days were the pulled pork, lobster rolls, and scallops & bacon appetizer. But ALL the food was delicious! Our guests kept letting us know how good the food was and how they'll remember it for a long time. o have any appetizers during the cocktail hour because we were so busy talking to our guests so when we went to leave to have our sunset photos taken we were trying to grab a few pieces of cheese quickly and they asked if we had a chance to have any of the chicken skewers. When we replied that we had not we were told to hang out a moment and they quickly ran to get us a plate to take with us so we had a snack. When we arrived back from the photos they had our food ready for us immediately. They were so great in making sure we had a chance to stop and eat and having everything ready for us. One of the comments we had been told the most leading up to the wedding was that it's so busy you don't have time to eat and Clambakes made sure that was not the case for us. essional and helpful. I live abroad and had to do all my planning over the internet. Even with this challenge, the staff was very easy to communicate and coordinate with. They would respond to my emails quickly and thoroughly.
Ours was a backyard wedding, so I cannot recommend enough also using their partner company Anchor Tent and Table for your rentals! Having the catering and rentals all coming from the same company was a god send! Made all the planning and coordinating sooo much easier.
And if like me, you're not made of money, Clambakes is very affordable! We had an incredible lobster buffet with many appetizers and side dishes, and it was totally within my budget! My whole family, especially my new in-laws who came in from abroad were very impressed. (Thank you Jason and everyone at Clambakes! Everything was excellent!!)

they were recommended by the residence's owners, but immediately after speaking with Dennis and Jason I knew we'd be hiring them and knew we'd be in good hands. They were responsive, straightforward and very helpful to make sure we had everything we needed. I was thankful to be able to rent much of our dinner table settings from them as well, reducing the number of vendors I had to work with.
The staff on the day-of were amazing. Bartenders were on-point and quick, catering staff were friendly, professional and made sure the cocktail reception and dinner went exactly as planned. (They even offered to shell my lobster for me so I didn't risk getting my dress dirty!)
We'll definitely use Clambakes again should we have the need.

We had so many guests tell us that it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. We also used Clambakes for our table and chair rentals, and they were very responsive about everything whenever I had questions or wanted to update my order. If you're looking for a real Cape Cod clambake experience, I don't think you could beat Clambakes Etc. for the best food and the best value.

st fabulous. Jason was wonderful to work with answered all of our questions and helped make our wedding planning flow with ease. The staff on the day of the wedding went above and beyond making the day flow so well and how they were able to make the serving of the food look so easy we will never know. The food was delicious all of our guests were so happy and full! Being that we live far all we dreamed of was having lobster at our wedding and clambakes etc surely made that dream come true!! I would highly recommend to anyone. You will not regret it! Enjoy.

we wanted to have an authentic pit-style clambake meal. I was originally concerned that the clambake style would be too informal for my wedding, but I was totally wrong. The food was absolutely delicious, the staff was incredibly professional, and the service was amazing. Jason went above and beyond to make sure that the day went perfectly. Our cocktail hour started with a raw bar boat, which our guests loved. We also had passed hor d'oeuvres with bacon wrapped scallops and watermelon, mint, and feta, which were super delicious. The clam chowder was also amazing! I was worried that the steak and the chicken wouldn't be very good for the people that didn't like lobster, but I heard from multiple guests that they were both delicious. The timing for the buffet went really well given how many guests we had. We also hired Clambakes to do our bartending, which was great. They brought all of their own mixers and ice and we provided the alcohol. In summary, Clambakes is an awesome, unique, and affordable caterer that you and your guests will never forget.

They were easy to work with and planning all the rentals for a tent, tables, lines, & place settings was made all the more easy with their sister company doing rentals. The food was not just great it was exceptional! The lobster you could break open with your hands, the chicken was moist, the vegetarian polenta I was told was amazing, and the steak was so tender my 88 year old grandfather with dentures who is notorious for complaining about even an $80 cut of steak loved it. The staff was friendly upon arrival and during the event they were present constantly serving/cleaning but barely noticed by guests (a great service).
