The theme of our wedding was chess meets flowers and she found great ways to incorporate a chess piece into the bridal bouquet and the groom's boutonniere, and also decorated our big chess pieces with flowers. Everything looked great! It was clear a lot of time and thought went into each piece. Every little petal and leaf in the boutonniere perfectly matched those in the bouquet. The centerpieces were gorgeous and we got a lot of compliments on them. Erin was also very transparent about pricing so we knew exactly what adding roses here or there would do to the cost. This was very helpful for our planning so that we could stay within budget but also get the flowers of our dreams. Also, her team was fantastic with making a gorgeous chuppah last minute when our wedding had to get moved indoors. The chuppah looked as if it had been worked on for months given how pretty it was. We highly recommend Erin and Clark's House of Flowers!

She knew exactly what flowers would fulfill my vision and when one of the flowers came in not looking so hot, she called me before making a substitution, her recommendation looked great, and to be honest, my wedding was 3 weeks ago and the flower she substituted is still alive in the vase. so easy to talk to. All I had was a swatch from my girls' dresses and a picture of a bouquet that I thought was pretty and voila, she knew just what to do! When I told her that I was thinking of doing Bonsai tree centerpieces, she was able to find them for me, even though they don't provide them at Clark's. The flowers were beautiful, the trees were awesome (people are still talking about them!), and the cost was very reasonable. I would recommend this florist to anyone!

While Debbie was wonderful and refunded my parents for the price of the ones that broke, the damage was done for the pictures. Also, we were told to make sure that we had someone in the lobby at 11am at the hotel to pick up the flowers and that if they came early, they would call the contact person. Well, they came early and never called. So when our contact person went in the lobby at 10:50, they waited until 11:20 and no flowers! When they called and were told that they had already been dropped off, it was a full 30 minutes before they were located. This was added stress that we didn't need.
