Without making a scene, he was able to talk them down & stop them from causing a scene as well. All while explaining that he was playing music that the Bride & Groom had requested! July 14, 2018 was my son’s wedding day and the following day my cell phone was ringing and ringing with texts expressing over and over again by guests about the fantastic time they had experienced the night before. The night included the music requested by the newlyweds for a “dance party!” The dance floor was the place to be!!! Dancing, singing along to the requests, all experiencing a night to remember!!! Bob was on top of the agenda the entire night with not only the music, but he handled the microphone to lead a crowd of 175 through… the bride & dad dance, the groom & mom dance, the bouquet & garter tosses, and the anniversary dance all while periodically throughout the night taking requests and checking in with my son and me to make sure the night was proceeding exactly as we had hoped! I can say without a second of hesitation I would recommend Bob Norris of The Class Act to all couples looking for a DJ that you can be assured will provide your guests with a night to remember!!!

t if we booked that month we got free up-lighting. A couple of days before the wedding, my husband was talking to Bob about the last minute details and mentioned the up-lighting. Bob said he didn't have that in our contract, but that he would honor it. However, he said he would only provide 4 lights for free, but that our reception space would look better with 8, and that the extra 4 lights would be $175. We paid it, but I feel that if you offer free up-lighting, it should be enough for whatever the space needs. The night of our reception, our DJ Zach came sharply dressed, kept things moving, constantly checked in with myself and husband, and kept the dance floor packed. He even found a square dance song for my parents and their friends to perform!

Throughout the day Ron was consistently touching base with us to make sure that we were all ready for the toasts, cake cutting, and first dance. The play list was an amazing mix of songs we requested as well as crowd pleasers that got everyone dancing. I've been to weddings where one song can kill the dancing, but Ron did such a great job reading the crowd and transitioning from one song to the next that there was never a lull on the dance floor. The Class Act was organized, communicative, and more than delivered on their DJ services the day of the wedding. I highly recommend them for those who want a great DJ on their big day!

our wedding we couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome, Our DJ was professional and got us back on track since our wedding ceremony was running later than expected and he helped us catch up with everything including making sure we were served our food and even got our drinks at the head table for us. e, and we had quite possibly his worst employee as our DJ. There were a few situations that I will forever hate thinking about like his attitude towards my husband and I. That being said, the music and the party atmosphere all night was amazing. Our guests had a great time, and I got to dance with my husband and all of our friends like we wanted. Once Bob got word of how upset and disappointed we had been, he called immediately to resolve it with both my husband and I, as well as my parents (who were paying for the wedding and had direct problems with the DJ as well). Bob was extremely apologetic and wondered what he could do to make it better for us. Where as I will never get that night back, I can say that I know if Bob would have imagined the DJ would have been like that to us, he would have never sent him and sent one of his other employees instead. I was rather upset over the whole situation but I am giving 4 stars for how Bob handled the situation, how much of a respectful man he is, and how good the music and party atmosphere of the whole night was. We had our dream wedding and it's not worth letting the DJ that was present with his issues ruin those memories for us. Thank you Bob for being a true class act, standing by your business name.

My dad passed away earlier this year and instead of a father-daughter dance, we asked them to do a memorial song and introduction. He truly did my dad justice with his words and the way he encouraged guests to come dance their best moves. The dance floor was full all night and the guests had nothing but nice things to say about the music and his professionalism. The whole experience was an absolute pleasure. I HIGHLY recommend them!
