What made my experience even better was the staff. Courtney was sooo helpful and patient during our initial visit. Her and Phaedra are just so warm and welcoming, they really make you feel comfortable and well tended to. You also can’t beat the Meagan Kelly dresses where, if you choose to buy one of her dresses, she will literally make a whole new one specific to your measurements. She will even do some customization if you so desire. And all without breaking the bank! She helped me find dresses based on what I was interested in but also encouraged me to try some dresses that might’ve been a bit different. She was also very supportive of my budget which just reassured the fact that she wanted what was best for me. After finding the dress, I went to another shop to try on some others just to make sure. Once I knew that I wanted the dress, Rose was kind enough to let me come back and try it on one more time since she had some extra time in her schedule. After saying yes to the dress, Rose went through all of the next steps with me so I left the store without any questions at all!

I had my best friend/MOH and My daughter with me and a handful of people on zoom. HEATHER was incredibly sweet, and receptive. She observed and listened well enough to tell me when I wouldn’t like a gown based on the things I had previously said I didn’t like when trying on other dresses. She could even tell when I was overwhelmed and needed a minute to breath.
I picked a dress, went home and realized I hated it for me. I got ahold of her and explained my thoughts. Needless to say, I went back less than 48 hours later, by myself, and simply enjoyed the experience. Heather helped walk me threw the process and made me feel like an absolute princess.
