ere incredible! The florals were just what I had imagined and wanted!!! You wont regret working with this team!
So my planner referred us to classic catering for our wedding reception and initially they were great. Heather was great to communicate with and our tasting was phenomenal!! Howev...
er when it came to during our wedding and after I couldn’t not be more disappointed. I was so excited for our food to come out. We did a plated and seated dinner service at our wedding and they absolutely dropped the ball. The entire head table and several of the family tables(over half of them) had cold or Luke warm and tough food. It was bad enough that after attempting to eat my sides that were Luke warm, I lost my appetite. At that point I went to the caterer, who was helping to serve, and pulled her aside to speak. I told her that I didn’t want another plate(they were preparing a warmer plate for me and my husband) as my appetite had been ruined and I would prefer if the other guests who’d received cold food could be the ones to get warm plates. To which I received a very unkind attitude. So I went to my planner to address the issue, who proceeded to witness another incredibly disrespectful comment and attitude. To which I asked my planner if I had approached this is in a rude manner and my planner stated that no I had not and the comments and attitude was indeed rude and extreme.
I was very upset with the attitude I received and did not find out the extent to which the cold food was given out until 2 weeks after the wedding. Several guests reached out and said they were starving and didn’t want to make a scene so they ate what they could but it was by no means good food. Especially for what they were charging a plate. Many went home hungry because they couldn’t finish the food with how bad it was.
At that point between the down right disrespect I’d received at the wedding and the guests complaining, I reached out to address it. I stated the state of affairs and that I felt that half of the guests going hungry warranted some form of compensation. To which the response turned it back on me saying a guest confronted them about serving cold food in a rude manner, and that my comment about my appetite being ruined was implied as out of line. As I understand it they plated the food as the reception was starting and I recognize that we were a touch behind, but not by that much. So by the time the food reached the tables it was nearly inedible. They did not plan accordingly and I know my planner kept them informed as to where we were in the timeline. Rude confrontation or not, when you are paying several grand for a nice dinner at your wedding, you expect them to adapt and not be rude when asked to adjust tactics by a bride on her wedding day. Classic catering did apologize for the staff members attitude but it was obviously a placating note after trying to pin our dissatisfaction with their service on our guest’s response being outside of what they wanted. While I would have liked some compensation, the attitude at the beginning of the email was uncalled for and unprofessional. I would not recommend using their services to any bride if there is even a remote chance you won’t like their food or attitude.
Classic Catering is incredible! The food is delicious, good portions, and you can pick up your tasting, which was super helpful in a crazy busy time! Heather and Kim are so sweet, ...

as talking about how good the food was. She also had mine and my husbands plates fixed for us when the ceremony was over so we could eat privately and had leftovers packed up for us when we left. We definitely made the right decision by going with Classic Catering and Events and would highly recommend them to anyone!
Classic Catering was wonderful! We hired them as catering, cake, bar, and florals for our wedding. The catering menu (we did the party menu) was delicious and had something for eve...
ryone's taste. The bar was professional and made excellent batch cocktails that we requested. The cake was absolutely amazing! They styled it exactly as I asked, and everyone complimented the flavors (we went with chocolate cake, strawberry filling, and Italian cream frosting).
The florals were beautiful, and they showed me a selection of the flowers that would be used before making the final invoice. The boutonnieres were made that day, so they were as fresh as possible.
Everything they did turned out lovely and was highly complimented by our guests.

ares deeply about her couples and is invested in their weddings. Her attention to detail is incredible, and she offered her expert opinion and gave countless helpful suggestions around food pairings, cake choices, bar service options, and more. And not to mention the food and cakes were DELICIOUS - we received so many compliments on all of it! From helping to make the planning process stress-free, to providing the highest quality of service at our reception, to wrapping up leftovers and our cake for us to enjoy after the wedding, Classic Catering gave us the best catering/bartending experience imaginable. We can't recommend them enough!
Classic Catering did an amazing job for my daughters wedding!! She had a morning wedding and wanted a breakfast buffet and all the food was delicious!
Keeping this short will be incredibly difficult for me because I have so many things I want to say.

il hour and reception food, and all of our florals, and they were an absolute DREAM to work with!!
Our bouquets and boutonnières and corsages and centerpieces were better than what we had envisioned. We went with their BBQ buffet dinner options and even had a hot chocolate bar. Zero complaints from anyone. The #1 feedback we had from all our guests was how good the food was. Hands-down the most delicious food I've had. Especially the grape salad, lol.
If I had to sum up my entire experience with CC&E with one phrase, it would be "above and beyond." Because they really did go above and beyond to make sure that our wedding was virtually flawless. You get so much more than you pay for!!!
There are too many good things to say about Classic Catering! Heather and her team were a dream to work with. From the first email to the final confirmation, Heather was always qui...
ck to answer any questions we had, and was so flexible when I wanted to add stuff to our menu. She sent over all the detailed menu and alcohol options, and had so many great options to choose from, it was hard to pick just a couple! Not to mention, everything was so affordable compared to other vendors we researched. On our wedding day, Heather and her team showed up on time, and had set up everything so beautifully! They did our wedding cake too, and it looked just like what I had pictured, and it also tasted great too! We had so many people at our reception say how good the food was. At the end of the night, Heather packed up some food for us to take home, and it was so nice to just eat with my new husband and talk about our favorite parts of the day. I wish I could get married again just for the food! Heather and her team really knocked it out of the park, and I would recommend her to any newly engaged couple!
Heather and her mother were a huge aspect in what made my wedding as amazing as it was! We are still getting compliments a month later on how amazing the food for the rehearsal and...
the wedding was. There were a vast amount of menu options, and they even packed us up food for a taste test months before the wedding so I could make sure I would like everything. Being a picky eater, I was nervous, but all of the food was awesome! I would recommend the brisket and mini beef wellington, they were AMAZING! and the strawberry lemonade was a hit! Such a professional team to work with. We always received prompt responses, and they were very flexible when we were needing to wait to give a final headcount due to lack of RSVP responses. I would recommend them to every bride out there!

Heather did a phenomenal job with my flowers, she is preserving my bouquet and I can't wait to see how it turned out! Heather also did our day of coordinating and she was amazing. I was so stress free and was able to really enjoy the events of my wedding day. So amazing and I recommend them very highly!!

em, to a month after our wedding, they have been nothing shy of amazing. I didn't know what to expect, but after booking them, I immediately knew we went with the right catering company. Heather was always so quick to respond to my emails and work with me on all my millions of questions. She felt more like a friend, then someone we were paying to provide food for our wedding. Speaking of food, the BBQ pork, potato bar, salad bar, and rolls were all delicious and displayed beautifully! I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone! We feel like they are not just a company, but friends for a lifetime
Classic Catering is the best. They were so easy to work with and always ensured they had everything correct. I would definitely recommend!

recent global pandemic and unfortunately had to make the heartbreaking decision to delay our wedding after family members contracted COVID. Classic Catering and Events was unwilling to refund us, reschedule us or compensate us for the $1000+ we had already paid at the time we notified our vendors of the postponement. We are now out $1000 during a time already full of hardship and hurt. It was so shocking how Heather Jones was not understanding or compassionate during a time when everyone is being impacted by such unprecedented times. Please do yourself a favor and do not use this company for your wedding or catering events. Their unwillingness to work with us shows their true unconcern for their customers. ALL of our other vendors and the venue have been so understanding and willing to work with us. I’m happy to recommend those good companies if anyone needs recommendations!

er throughout my planning process, which started over a year ago, and she was always so kind, punctual, and professional! We talked through many different ideas and menus and she was so lovely to work with and answer any questions that I had. Of course, with covid-19 this was more important than ever- she was so flexible, accommodating, and creative and was willing to work with the restrictions that we were given. I would recommend booking early just so you have time to go to plenty of tastings because they have such an extensive menu and we enjoyed being able to try a variety of dishes/cake flavors to help us pick our menu! The prices are very affordable as well. 5/5!!

ey were punctual and the set up was nice. They also packed us to-go boxes so we could eat after the reception when we got to our hotel.
Since we had such a short timeline, we missed the opportunity to do a tasting and made our choice solely off of reading reviews. I do regret this, because the food was just average. A few items were quite delicious but others were not good.
We used them for food and drinks, and not for cake or flowers.
As a former bride, I used them for my wedding Nov. 3, 2019, I’d like to scream from the rooftops.. Phenomenal! Heather went above any expectations I could’ve ever imagined. From ca...
tering, coordinating my wedding day, flowers, to being my personal best friend for the day.. I couldn’t of asked for a better group of people to work with! They are very organized, met up with me on multiple occasions up until the wedding. Were available 24/7 via text, phone or email.. Heather was always there. I’d recommend her to absolutely anyone, she gave me so much ease on the most stressful day of my life.. I felt not an ounce of stress! I can’t thank Classic Catering enough for being so great & just being down to earth. You will not regret using them for any of your needs!

They are the VERY BEST!!
Heather and Kim with Classic Catering and Events could not have done a better job catering my wedding on 11/2/19. They were so helpful and nice every step of the planning process. ...
They even accommodated to my special food requests. The food was to die for and got several compliments. They also made my cake, which was both beautiful and delicious! Everything was exactly the way I wanted it, from the food, bartender, and even cake cutting. If you’re looking for delicious food and exceptional service...you’ve found it!
Classic Catering and Events is wonderful!!!
We used them for our daughter’s wedding this past weekend and Heather made sure that absolutely everything was perfect and exactly what ...
our daughter wanted.
We used them for food, flowers, bride’s cake, groom’s desserts, bar service, and directing of the rehearsal and the wedding. As the mother of the bride it was such a relief to know that Heather was taking care of everything. I was able to relax and enjoy the day with my daughter without stressing!
The food they prepared was delicious and the florals were gorgeous. The wedding cake was the best I have ever tasted. I was very pleased with the pricing. Classic was the most affordable catering service I found while searching. The fact that they attended to every little detail made them the perfect choice for our daughter’s wedding weekend.
I highly recommend Classic Catering and Events to anyone planning an event. They are greater than a ten in my book!!!
When looking for a caterer for my son and daughter law’s wedding I was drawn to Classic Catering because of their reviews and for their fair pricing.

Their were certain requests made by my daughter in law and they were so open to accommodate her request, even if they had not done it in the past.
The food was outstanding and there was plenty for everyone.
I know some chose to not do a dessert table if having a wedding and grooms cake. I would highly recommend you do one. The banana pudding shooters and key lime pie tarts were delicious.
Everything was beautifully displayed.
These ladies do a great job and make a point to make it personal for the bride.

g. They even contacted our vendors weeks before the wedding to plan everything out. The food was kept hot and refilled throughout the entire reception. It was great. I am also not a big cake eater and they managed to make a beautiful cake that I could not have enough of. They made the day truly enjoyable for everyone.

They say that the food can make or break a wedding reception. Let me tell you...the food prepared and served by Kim and Heather at Classic Catering and Events MADE our reception. I...
mean WOW. Probably the thing we have heard most in the days following our wedding is how excellent the food was! They made sure to prepare a to-go box for my husband and I to take with us since we didn't get to eat at our reception, and we have to agree with our guests. The food was EXCELLENT! It was also displayed beautifully. From the photographs I have seen, it almost looked as good as it all tasted. Since we had a December wedding, we also had a hot chocolate and coffee bar provided by Kim and Heather. People certainly enjoyed it, and commented on how yummy and warm the drinks were! There was plenty of food and beverages for everyone. When it had all been eaten, the staff at Classic Catering and Events made sure that everything was spotless.
The best part of booking with Classic Catering and Events was not even the food, though. Kim and Heather were an absolute JOY to work with. They are such kind and attentive people, and you could tell that they genuinely care about making weddings special for the couples they work with. Whether I needed to make a change in my headcount or add to the menu, or even if I just had a quick question, they were always so responsive and helpful. I know how completely busy they were with a wedding or event almost every weekend of the year, but when I needed them, they made me feel like I was their only bride.
Kim and Heather, Thank you for your kindness, your hard work, and for sharing your gift with us and with our family and friends. Daniel and I couldn't have been more thrilled with how everything turned out! Booking with you was such an excellent decision, and we have been singing your praises to whoever will listen! We hope to be able to work with you again some time in the future.
Brides reading this--BOOK WITH THIS CATERING COMPANY! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

y - they came in, set up - and showed out! We got so many compliments on the food and they sent us home with a plate when it was over❤️. They also stayed behind and made sure everything was spotless when it was over! All the bouquets were gorgeous and she put together the most beautiful centerpieces even with all my last minute changes! I will definitely use them in the future for any event and have recommended them to several friends who are just engaged! They are amazing to work with!!!
