Working with Heather at Classic Catering & Events was an absolute dream. She was personable, responsive, knowledgeable, KIND, and professional from day one; it's evident that she cares deeply about her couples and is invested in their weddings. Her attention to detail is incredible, and she offered her expert opinion and gave countless helpful suggestions around food pairings, cake choices, bar service options, and more. And not to mention the food and cakes were DELICIOUS - we received so many compliments on all of it! From helping to make the planning process stress-free, to providing the highest quality of service at our reception, to wrapping up leftovers and our cake for us to enjoy after the wedding, Classic Catering gave us the best catering/bartending experience imaginable. We can't recommend them enough!

Classic Catering did an amazing job for my daughters wedding!! She had a morning wedding and wanted a breakfast buffet and all the food was delicious!

Keeping this short will be incredibly difficult for me because I have so many things I want to say. Heather and Kim deserve more than five stars in my opinion. They did our cocktail hour and reception food, and all of our florals, and they were an absolute DREAM to work with!! Our bouquets and boutonnières and corsages and centerpieces were better than what we had envisioned. We went with their BBQ buffet dinner options and even had a hot chocolate bar. Zero complaints from anyone. The #1 feedback we had from all our guests was how good the food was. Hands-down the most delicious food I've had. Especially the grape salad, lol. If I had to sum up my entire experience with CC&E with one phrase, it would be "above and beyond." Because they really did go above and beyond to make sure that our wedding was virtually flawless. You get so much more than you pay for!!!

There are too many good things to say about Classic Catering! Heather and her team were a dream to work with. From the first email to the final confirmation, Heather was always quick to answer any questions we had, and was so flexible when I wanted to add stuff to our menu. She sent over all the detailed menu and alcohol options, and had so many great options to choose from, it was hard to pick just a couple! Not to mention, everything was so affordable compared to other vendors we researched. On our wedding day, Heather and her team showed up on time, and had set up everything so beautifully! They did our wedding cake too, and it looked just like what I had pictured, and it also tasted great too! We had so many people at our reception say how good the food was. At the end of the night, Heather packed up some food for us to take home, and it was so nice to just eat with my new husband and talk about our favorite parts of the day. I wish I could get married again just for the food! Heather and her team really knocked it out of the park, and I would recommend her to any newly engaged couple!

Heather and her mother were a huge aspect in what made my wedding as amazing as it was! We are still getting compliments a month later on how amazing the food for the rehearsal and the wedding was. There were a vast amount of menu options, and they even packed us up food for a taste test months before the wedding so I could make sure I would like everything. Being a picky eater, I was nervous, but all of the food was awesome! I would recommend the brisket and mini beef wellington, they were AMAZING! and the strawberry lemonade was a hit! Such a professional team to work with. We always received prompt responses, and they were very flexible when we were needing to wait to give a final headcount due to lack of RSVP responses. I would recommend them to every bride out there!

Classic Catering and Events were absolutely amazing! After we had our ceremony, they had my husband and I'd food waiting on us so we could eat alone together before we went into the reception. The food was amazing! They were also kind enough to send us with leftovers, which was great to have once we got to our hotel. The cakes were amazing!! Heather did a phenomenal job with my flowers, she is preserving my bouquet and I can't wait to see how it turned out! Heather also did our day of coordinating and she was amazing. I was so stress free and was able to really enjoy the events of my wedding day. So amazing and I recommend them very highly!!

Classic Catering catered our wedding and made our cake for our wedding and it was such a great decision!! We went with a cookie cake because we like them more than regular cake and it was amazing. I could not have asked for a better florist and caterer all in one, than I got with Heather and her team at Classic Catering and Events! From day 1 Heather made us feel like we were a part of her "crew," she asked all the right questions, made all the right suggestions, really listened to my vision and made it come to life - with flowers and food. I highly recommend Heather and Kim! We used them for the rehearsal dinner, reception, groom's cake, and bride's cake and we got so many compliments on our food. I worked with Heather throughout my planning process, which started over a year ago, and she was always so kind, punctual, and professional! We talked through many different ideas and menus and she was so lovely to work with and answer any questions that I had. Of course, with covid-19 this was more important than ever- she was so flexible, accommodating, and creative and was willing to work with the restrictions that we were given. I would recommend booking early just so you have time to go to plenty of tastings because they have such an extensive menu and we enjoyed being able to try a variety of dishes/cake flavors to help us pick our menu! The prices are very affordable as well. 5/5!!

Heather and co were really great to work with. We had a short timeline (3 months!) and lots of food allergies, but they were very accommodating and provided good service for us. They were punctual and the set up was nice. They also packed us to-go boxes so we could eat after the reception when we got to our hotel. Since we had such a short timeline, we missed the opportunity to do a tasting and made our choice solely off of reading reviews. I do regret this, because the food was just average. A few items were quite delicious but others were not good. We used them for food and drinks, and not for cake or flowers.

As a former bride, I used them for my wedding Nov. 3, 2019, I’d like to scream from the rooftops.. Phenomenal! Heather went above any expectations I could’ve ever imagined. From catering, coordinating my wedding day, flowers, to being my personal best friend for the day.. I couldn’t of asked for a better group of people to work with! They are very organized, met up with me on multiple occasions up until the wedding. Were available 24/7 via text, phone or email.. Heather was always there. I’d recommend her to absolutely anyone, she gave me so much ease on the most stressful day of my life.. I felt not an ounce of stress! I can’t thank Classic Catering enough for being so great & just being down to earth. You will not regret using them for any of your needs!

Heather and the Classic Catering team met all of our needs! Our food was wonderful, flowers were beautiful, and Heather did an amazing job coordinating our day. She made a very stressful time much easier for us. All of our vendors were very pleased with the way she reached out to update them on our wedding day plans! We felt like we could reach out to Heather any time to answer all of our questions and she ALWAYS replied! We have even told all of our friends getting married to use Classic Catering! Classic Catering and Events is wonderful!!! We used them for our daughter’s wedding this past weekend and Heather made sure that absolutely everything was perfect and exactly what our daughter wanted. We used them for food, flowers, bride’s cake, groom’s desserts, bar service, and directing of the rehearsal and the wedding. As the mother of the bride it was such a relief to know that Heather was taking care of everything. I was able to relax and enjoy the day with my daughter without stressing! The food they prepared was delicious and the florals were gorgeous. The wedding cake was the best I have ever tasted. I was very pleased with the pricing. Classic was the most affordable catering service I found while searching. The fact that they attended to every little detail made them the perfect choice for our daughter’s wedding weekend. I highly recommend Classic Catering and Events to anyone planning an event. They are greater than a ten in my book!!!

When looking for a caterer for my son and daughter law’s wedding I was drawn to Classic Catering because of their reviews and for their fair pricing. Heather was such a pleasure to work with at every step of the process. Their were certain requests made by my daughter in law and they were so open to accommodate her request, even if they had not done it in the past. The food was outstanding and there was plenty for everyone. I know some chose to not do a dessert table if having a wedding and grooms cake. I would highly recommend you do one. The banana pudding shooters and key lime pie tarts were delicious. Everything was beautifully displayed. These ladies do a great job and make a point to make it personal for the bride.

We couldn't have gotten a better caterer! If you are in the area these are the people to go with! Classic Catering did a fantastic job! They gave us exactly what we wanted and asked for. They went above and beyond with all of the things. My guests couldn't stop talking about how great and wonderful there food was. They were so easy to work with and were willing to do anything to make our day special!

We had classic catering & events booked since last October (2018) for our weddings catering, cake, florals, coordination, & planning. She decided that we “were not a good fit for them” this week (July 2019) & dropped us from all services leaving us now 3 months from our wedding day with nothing. I highly do not recommend Heather or anyone who works for her for anything, unless you enjoy scrambling last minute to find all new vendors for your big day. Biggest mistake of my life was booking them for my wedding!

We could not have asked for anything better on our wedding day. We used them for everything. The coordinating made everything run completely smooth for the rehearsal and the wedding. They even contacted our vendors weeks before the wedding to plan everything out. The food was kept hot and refilled throughout the entire reception. It was great. I am also not a big cake eater and they managed to make a beautiful cake that I could not have enough of. They made the day truly enjoyable for everyone.

I got married this month in the Tuscaloosa area and we chose Classic Catering after being referred to them by our venue. Choosing this caterer was the BEST decision. After one meeting, my husband and I left completely sure that they would give us everything we wanted for our reception. We had a Star Wars themed wedding and the cake turned out better than I could have ever expected! Also, they are very easy to work with and were more than willing to go beyond their menu to complete something custom for us. In addition, Heather was a wonderful wedding coordinator. I highly recommend those vendor!

I absolutely love everything that Heather and the rest of the team at Classic catering has to offer. After searching through several other caterers, I came across Classic late one night and decided to email them. Classic Cattering & Events catered my daughter's wedding this past Saturday. Everything from our first meeting to the reception was wonderful! They are easy to work with and the food was amazing!

They say that the food can make or break a wedding reception. Let me tell you...the food prepared and served by Kim and Heather at Classic Catering and Events MADE our reception. I mean WOW. Probably the thing we have heard most in the days following our wedding is how excellent the food was! They made sure to prepare a to-go box for my husband and I to take with us since we didn't get to eat at our reception, and we have to agree with our guests. The food was EXCELLENT! It was also displayed beautifully. From the photographs I have seen, it almost looked as good as it all tasted. Since we had a December wedding, we also had a hot chocolate and coffee bar provided by Kim and Heather. People certainly enjoyed it, and commented on how yummy and warm the drinks were! There was plenty of food and beverages for everyone. When it had all been eaten, the staff at Classic Catering and Events made sure that everything was spotless. The best part of booking with Classic Catering and Events was not even the food, though. Kim and Heather were an absolute JOY to work with. They are such kind and attentive people, and you could tell that they genuinely care about making weddings special for the couples they work with. Whether I needed to make a change in my headcount or add to the menu, or even if I just had a quick question, they were always so responsive and helpful. I know how completely busy they were with a wedding or event almost every weekend of the year, but when I needed them, they made me feel like I was their only bride. Kim and Heather, Thank you for your kindness, your hard work, and for sharing your gift with us and with our family and friends. Kim and Heather provided the food and flowers for my wedding December 29, 2018. The food was delicious and the flowers were beautiful! I am in awe of what the ladies did on Saturday - they came in, set up - and showed out! We got so many compliments on the food and they sent us home with a plate when it was over❤️. They also stayed behind and made sure everything was spotless when it was over! Heather worked with me on the flowers and gave me the most detailed quote I have ever seen and her arrangements did not disappoint! All the bouquets were gorgeous and she put together the most beautiful centerpieces even with all my last minute changes! I will definitely use them in the future for any event and have recommended them to several friends who are just engaged! They are amazing to work with!!!

Classic Catering and Events did a wonderful job with catering our wedding. Very responsive and easy to work with. We loved how we could customize our menu, especially since my mom and brother have celiac disease. We were able to create a menu to fit their needs and have things that the guests would enjoy as well. They also went out of their way to make gluten free cupcakes so they could enjoy the wedding cake as well. Would recommend these guys to anyone, thank you Classic Catering and Events!

Classic Catering and Events catered my daughter's wedding a couple of weeks ago and did an outstanding job! We met with them, chose a menu, even changed it up a bit a week before the wedding, and our experience with them could not have better. They are professional, flexible, informative and the food was delicious! Wedding guests were still complimenting the food the week after the wedding! They also provided the wedding cake which was beautiful and delicious. If you want a professional catering service with good food and a stress-free experience, then definitely give Classic Catering and Events a chance. You won't be disappointed!

Kim & Heather are absolutely fantastic! I used several of their offered services for my wedding - catering, cakes, event planning, & floral services. The food was incredible and all of our guests raved over how yummy the food was and that the line was worth the wait. I decided to go a less traditional route for cakes. I had a donut tower cake with a chocolate on chocolate layer for the topper. She had extra sheet cakes for guests that wanted cake instead of donuts. My husband had a strawberry cake with strawberry icing. I left cake toppers and flowers & they worked their magic! Heather was beyond helpful in planning my wedding. I basically told her what I wanted every step of the way & she made it happen. She did my invitations, favors, programs, coordination, and so much more. They both knew budget was a main concern for me. Let's be realistic though, you can't get something for nothing. You have to expect to pay for some things especially when you have a large number of guests. There's not a thing I would change about our wedding and Classic Catering & Events was a huge part in making it what it was! They are both very responsive and are always happy to answer any questions. Parts of my wedding is also featured on their website. Side note: Several of our friends are getting married (and friends of friends) and they have booked Classic Catering & Events for their weddings, baby showers, some for event services for lingerie showers, and have all been elated with the service!

Heather and Kim are AMAZING. They have accommodated me and my then fiancé to the fullest with their services!! We used them for catering our wedding, flowers, AND cake! EVERYTHING turned out amazing. Poor things had to deal with all my crazy bride questions and plan changing whenever I changed my mind (which was a lot 😂). I highly recommend Classic Catering and Events. Lifelong family friends so it was no question who I'd use for the caterer of my wedding. They are easy to work with, laid back, quick to reply, and AFFORDABLE. Their food is amazing. You cannot go wrong with Classic Catering. Love everything about this vendor!

I was planning a rehearsal dinner, but live out of town. Classic Catering and Events was recommended to me. They were fabulous! All of my communication was via email and they quickly replied with all the vital information. We chose the menu and the food was great! Worth noting that the strawberry shortcake was especially good and my guests totally agreed. I had a change in number in the week preceding and that posed no problem for them either. They went above and beyond to help in any possible way. We had the pleasure of eating their food at the wedding reception as well. Not a bad bite and the cake was beautiful!

Wonderful people, very friendly, laidback and easy to work with. Food was delicious, and the setup and breakdown was all seamless. They catetered dinner and make a wedding cake and all of my guests said both were excellent :). I was very pleased and would definitely recommend these folks for catering.

Extremely disappointed in this vendor. Booked caterer for 150 guest only had 120 at the most and ran out of food. I know for sure there were 12 individuals that did not get food and not sure if there are more. Will not recommend them and I am sure my guest will not use them either.

Kim and Heather went above and beyond to make our wedding day special! From the first time we met up with them, they made us feel welcome and were very eager to work with us to create our dream wedding. They understand that weddings can be both stressful and expensive, so they do everything they can to make it possible for people to have just what they want and to stay in budget. We went with a taco / nacho bar, which was a huge hit! It came fully loaded with meat, every topping you could imagine, queso, and salsa! It was a huge hit with the crowd. For cakes, we decided on a half-naked traditional white cake with buttercream icing and a chocolate cake with peanut butter icing topped with mini Reese cups. Everyone “oohed and ahhed” over the flawless looks of the cakes and the flavor! The cakes were perfectly cooked and the icings were not overly sweet. After booking this awesome duo for our catering, I discovered Heather is also a coordinator! This was a huge plus for me, as I did not want to be stressed on my wedding day. Heather was a life-saver for me. The morning of our wedding, I discovered our champagne flutes had gotten cracked during travel. She was almost to the hotel to meet up with me when I called her and asked her if she could pick up some just like the ones we had. In no time at all, she was at the hotel with the champagne flutes in hand! Heather did a wonderful job making sure all the vendors were on time and that the set-up crew was doing what they were suppose to be doing. Not only did these two ladies make our day perfect, but they were fun to talk to and easy to work with. There were many times I would randomly think of a question, and I would get a response within just a few minutes. We will definitely recommend them to friends and will use them for any future events we may have! Two thumbs up.
