s. I didn’t even get to hear the music before the ceremony, but I had so many guests tell me afterwards how perfect it was, and the music for the ceremony went absolutely flawlessly! I got so nervous when it was obvious that the processional was going to end after the music I chose, and he made it loop so seamlessly that I almost didn’t notice it. The reception music during dinner was so perfect and even wound up having all of our guests doing a sing along to I’ll Make A Man Out Of You. The dancing portion was such a wild party and he was so perfect at making sure the dance floor was filled up at all times! I had ordered the virtual fireworks upgrade, but after getting to the venue he realized we didn’t have any walls that would make it look good, so he was able to pivot on the day of and had the photobooth setup ready to go even though I never ordered it. He checked with me beforehand to make sure this was okay, but I was so impressed that he had a backup ready to go! If you want to throw an absolutely perfect party, he is your guy!

One of the things we loved most was how skilled Chuck was at reading the room. His playlist evolved perfectly over the course of the night, starting with music that included everyone and transitioning seamlessly to music geared towards younger guests as the evening progressed and the older guests left. It felt like every song was chosen just for us and our guests. A number of guests said we did great picking some songs for him to play when in reality he had picked most of the ones they were raving over.
On top of all this, Chuck’s pricing was incredibly fair. He was very reasonably priced and came in cheaper than other DJs we consulted, all while delivering a service that exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Chuck to anyone looking for a fantastic DJ.

deciding between two songs for our first dance and we asked DJ Chuck if he could put them together - nothing crazy just play the first half of one song then slowly fade to the second song. He put the two songs together just right for us and our first dance was so special and uniquely ours. He was a great MC and helped guide us and our guests through the night. He played all the right songs to keep everyone dancing and everyone loved the photo booth. My husband and I especially loved the "good night kiss" where the guests leave the reception area to prepare for the stage exit and we get the room to ourselves and have a final dance. It was so nice to have that quiet moment and reflect on the night and just enjoy each other.

Not only did every single guest have as great of a time at the reception as they would have otherwise, but each commented on how much fun DJ Chuck looked like he was having. Second, the detail that he put into our experience was unexpected and touching. He surprised us with an enlarged photo of my husband and I that he'd gotten from our social media account. DJ Chuck's carefully conceived online planner made communicating our music preferences easy. His menu of additional services are special ways that couples can make their wedding even more memorable. He also was very good at transitioning between the different sections of the wedding and reception, like between the dance and the speeches etc. He also surprised us with a lovely gift at the end of our dance and it was a beautiful gesture we loved!
He's also really good with volume control. We've been to some weddings where the DJ thinks the louder the better. Chuck understood we preferred letting people eat and chat with nice background music before cranking it up for the dance portion. He got both of those down pat.
