What a mess we had with this vendor! We called and called about the chair rental for a couple of weeks prior to the wedding and never got a response about delivery time for the chair rentals and cushions. They even got payment a couple of weeks prior to the event! ON THE DAY the chairs and cushions were to be delivered we were told that they didn't have enough chair cushions of the color we had requested (our entire color palette was done to compliment champagne colored cushions) They didn't care that they couldn't accommodate the rental nor gave us any solution. We just had to take the different colored cushions or not. End of story. I couldn't have worked with a more disengaged person at a rental company. Apparently the 2 girls we had worked with over the last year had recently left the company....No doubt for good reason. I will not ever recommend this place to anyone having a special event. They leave you in the lurch and could care less. Mind you, had no problem accepting payment but couldn't even determine (prior to delivery date) that they didn't have the cushions we had reserved in Feb 2023! Do not use this vendor.
