What a mess we had with this vendor! We called and called about the chair rental for a couple of weeks prior to the wedding and never got a response about delivery time for the cha...
ir rentals and cushions. They even got payment a couple of weeks prior to the event!
ON THE DAY the chairs and cushions were to be delivered we were told that they didn't have enough chair cushions of the color we had requested (our entire color palette was done to compliment champagne colored cushions) They didn't care that they couldn't accommodate the rental nor gave us any solution. We just had to take the different colored cushions or not. End of story.
I couldn't have worked with a more disengaged person at a rental company. Apparently the 2 girls we had worked with over the last year had recently left the company....No doubt for good reason.
I will not ever recommend this place to anyone having a special event. They leave you in the lurch and could care less. Mind you, had no problem accepting payment but couldn't even determine (prior to delivery date) that they didn't have the cushions we had reserved in Feb 2023!
Do not use this vendor.
The receptionist were very patient with answering all my questions. The setup crew was diligent and even came back out to help us when the weather was not cooperating with the tent...
(no additional charge). I will definitely use this company again when planning another event in the area.

bummer was that I placed my order and then the week of the wedding when I found out it was supposed to be heavy thunderstorms the day of delivery, I called to add delivery to my order. They wouldn't allow it, saying they couldn't add on to an already existing order. It ended up being okay, but it would have taken a huge load off our backs (literally). Guess I should have added delivery right off the bat but I didn't realize how much room all the rentals required! The loading/unloading guys were very helpful though and easy to work with.
