Wedding Welcome Party Wow!
We could not have picked a more perfect venue, a more lovely night, or a more attentive crew than what was provided aboard the Manhattan II. Our guests ...
started raving about the adventure even before the evening was over. Captain Conor created an itinerary that included the Manhattan skyline, the Statue of Liberty, and the spot where the bride and groom were engaged, the Williamsburg Bridge.
Adam was my touchpoint with Classic Harbor Line. He was a pleasure to work with, always quick to answer a question and clear in his response. He made it easy to organize what became the out of the ballpark, home-run hit of a welcome party.
Two nights later, the night after the wedding, a few members of the family played a little game of what was your favorite moment and what was your favorite food/drink. The food on board the Manhattan II was mentioned as a favorite. Compliments to the chef.

I have booked the Sunset & Holiday Cocoa cruise for my family to celebrate my child's first birthday.
This included 6 tickets, a bottle of Champagne and a cheese board. Unfortuna...
tely my child got Covid and we had to take her to the hospital that day, so we couldn't take part in the cruise. I called and sent several emails on the day and the days after. I had no response. One week later I finally managed to get hold of a representative who told me they don't refund and don't care what happened, all they can offer is a 50% voucher if we ever want to book tickets again.
Very bad customer service and company. They are clearly just trying to make a profit not caring about their customers at all. They didn't even offer us to move the booking to another day in the future or at LEAST refund the Champagne we didn't drink and they can sell to someone else.
I will certainly never book them again, and I share my experience with all of our guests so they won't book them either. And we regularly have visitors from overseas.

ate some special requests. The crew was friendly and helpful and all of our friends and family had a wonderful time. It's a little choppy when you start out, but then super smooth! Highly recommended!

A chase boat was provided to capture one of a kind wedding photos with the Manhattan as the stage and the Statue and NY skyline as the backdrop.
I cannot recommend this amazing wedding experience more, nothing else can parallel this venue for this special day!

ssic Harbor has done many weddings (actually the pictures they showed of past wedding seemed very dated) but our ceremony was perfect. During the planning process I worked with 2 sisters (Sarah and Susan) and they couldn't have been more helpful or responsive to my endless array of questions. Always polite and patient even when I was asking for things that are not allowed on a cruise! Our captain (Cait) and crew were terrific. I highly recommend this company for ceremony, rehearsal dinner cruises or just a cruise around Manhattan (maybe even a site for a proposal!)! The boat (the Adirondack) was gorgeous! They all helped in making our day spectacular! Thanks guys!
