Classic Limo

I booked a limo for 6 hours for a bachelorette party for 15 girls. The limo picked us up from Big Sky and drove us to downtown Bozeman. When I booked the reservation I asked for 6 hours total and I clarified that meant 2 hours of drive time plus 4 hours at the bar which the booking agent confirmed was correct. However, once we were at the bar the driver casually mentions that we actually had to pay for the driver's trip to come get us and we also must pay for his return trip to drop us off meaning we only got 2 hours at the bar, not 4 (even though my confirmation says 6 hours starting at 8 pm). When I found this out I called the company right away (while I should have been having a good time with my best friend who is getting married) and got Jesse and he told me that this information was told to me when I booked it. I told him it wasn't and I asked him to play back our recorded conversation, which he refused to do. Jesse insisted it was my fault even though THEIR booking agent confirmed what I had told her to be correct and never mentioned the cost for both ways of the trip. So in a nut shell we had to leave 2 hours earlier than we wanted AND Jesse still insisted they were going to charge us an additional $130 on top of the $1020 I had already paid for the limo and tipped the driver $180! Instead of admitting the agent's mistake they fought and argued with me over $130 after the $1200 that I already spent. I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and reported their dishonesty and deceitful company policies. Apparently they need that $130 way more than I do. I wish I would have gone with Karst Stage instead of this company and had they not been booked up, I could have avoided this worthless waste of money. If you have no other choices and you must book them- know that you've been warned! (By the way, Jesse was so difficult to deal with that my husband had to step in because of the terrible way he treated me). Hard to believe you've been in business for 30 years with that kind of service Classic Limo- What a joke.

Total Rip-Off! Jesse sneaks in charges and they do not stand by their reservation quote. $130 in up-charges. There is a phone recording of the booking, which Jesse admitted can be interpreted multiple ways. It was not made clear and with Classic Limo, the customer is apparently always wrong. Long story short, the reservation amount (over $1000) has been paid, but not the $130 extra. Jesse was quick to say, we'll send it to collects then. Total scum! Where's those competitors at? Definitely better to choose them then this shotty operation. They brag about 30 years. In 30 years, you would have thought that screwing people wouldn't be their business model. But hey, they get the reputation that they have for a reason.
