Kris dressed in a tux and was waiting outside the museum to be a part of our grand exit and send-off. He opened the door for us, helped us inside, and whisked us away in style to our hotel. rasota erased all these fears for me pretty early on. His communication was 5 stars (always answering emails/questions in a very timely manner). It was such a good predictor in advance with him being so responsive, understanding and very clear. It made me feel comfortable knowing this aspect was all taken care of and we could rely on him completely.
